“I usually love eating here and understand that it gets very busy. However, they do not run reservations well. I checked in 30 minutes after making my reservation. My quoted time was 40 to 55 minutes. We waited an additional 30 to be told that I wasn't checked in properly. Waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes and still was not seated.“

“I love everything about this place. The desserts are wonderful. A custom cake can be done with no hassle and always looks and tastes great, but really, one of the things that stands out for me is that they don't ask for a tip, even though it may be well deserved. I assume they are paid well for their positions and I appreciate that from the owners. Because everywhere you go you are forced into tipping. I spend a lot here and have no problem with that.I just appreciate no tipping.“

“My son and I had dinner for Mother’s Day. Our first experience at this restaurant. Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. The app, sides and entrees, as well as the gluten free chocolate cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.“

“I love the smoothies! The Bowls are great as well. My only concern is how much sugar natural or not is contained in the products. I really wish there were more smoothies that contained less sugar. Kale, spinach, wheatgrass, beets, carrots. Everything tastes like candy. I want a smoothie/ smoothies bowl that a can be proud of consuming after a workout. Sugar is sugar regardless if it’s natural or not. But I do love the products“

“Taipei is by far the best sushi and Chinese restaurant in the Fox Chapel area. The servers are courteous and the specialty sushi rolls are noticeabley larger and tastier than Jimmy Wan's. In my opinion, Taipei also offers a better selection than Jimmy Wan's. We also appreciate Taipei's complimentary fried wontons served before each meal and orange slices provided at the end of service. This family-friendly restaurant always make us feel at home.“

“the one white lady there assumed I was trying to get extra food for less money. but I opt for the more expensive breakfast option and ASKED the person waiting on me if I can replace the grits with a meat. he charged me for the $10 breakfast meal AND $3 for the extra meat making it $14 altogether with tax.so he didn't opt the grits out for the meat. she came to my table with an attitude and walked away from me even tho I wasn't finished explaining what happened. To that lady...PLEASE don't assume ppl are trying to do wrong. like YOU said the guy doesn't really wait tables and this was only my SECOND time there that's why I asked if I could do that and he still didn't do it cause he charged me for the 10 breakfast meal and 3 for extra meat.“

“We always have a great experience here, but today was exceptional. Our server, Lexi (Alexis H) was fantastic. I have been in the guest service business for 30+ years and top notch service is hard to come by. She was amazing....friendly and attentive without making us feel rushed....just absolutely great!!!

“Visited Olive Garden (260 Mall Blvd, Monroeville, PA) on Veterans Day 11/11/2025, and the experience was absolutely perfect. Olive Garden offered a complimentary meal from a special veterans menu, and I truly appreciated the gesture.
Service from Bailey M was excellent and friendly. My guest ordered the Tour of Italy ($22.49) and I had Spaghetti with Marinara and 3 Meatballs ($16.78), both served hot, fresh, and delicious. The famous salad and breadsticks were just as great as always.
Thank you to the management and staff for honoring veterans and making our visit memorable. Highly recommended!“

“Harmarville location was my family's savior today! Sonics in Pgh Mills never took our order so we went to Burger King and our grandchildren were VERY happy! There was a long line (it was 1p) but it moved very fast about 3 min. And we had our food they got the food right even with my picky grandson. Thank you for saving the day!“

“I was at the Bob Evans in Monroeville on Thanksgiving Day. Waited over 2 hours to get a pick up that was ordered days before. Take out orders were left out in bags on tables for hours. People were furious! one man & a waitress got into a big verbal fight. Swearing at each other. I developed covid symptoms 2 days after being there. Just saying to many people in a small are it not appropriate. I would never recommend going there or picking up food on a holiday.“

“Made the mistake of going here on a whim for lunch. Waited 40 minutes for our food to be ready. It was all made right, and tasted great (not quite worth the price, but where is any more?), but the wait time was unbelievable. If I'd known the delay before ordering I would've gone somewhere else. Staff was apologetic and doing their best to handle the demand.“
