“Never a bad meal.“

“For six years I have been looking for a new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since my old favorite one closed. I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. The fish I had was just amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Needless to say I will be back again and again now to experience more culinary delights!“

“Where can I begin… the food was delicious! Friendly service and real conversation. My family and I are from Indiana visiting for the weekend and we wanted to try Grandma B’s. Went on Saturday morning and it was so impressive we said “We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave!” Only to return Sunday morning and they had standing room only! Sadly my party and I were just going to head back to Indiana, hungry when they called us back in and said”We’re going to make room for you all up top.” They proceeded to prepare another area upstairs to accommodate our party! Hands down best food in service in Pittsburgh!“

“Whenever I visit Pittsburgh I always go to Cafe Raymond for breakfast. I love their blueberry ricotta pancakes, they are so delicious 😋. I always receive great service and the staff is very friendly. Stop in, you wont be disappointed!!!!“

These chefs know what they are doing!!! Unfortunately, they aren't open on Sundays when we are normally in town otherwise we'd be here monthly!“

“We went to G’s for our anniversary and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Great quiet and cozy atmosphere, stellar service, and incredible food and drinks. Every dish was full of flavor and the textures were all beautifully done. Even the bread basket was amazing with maple butter. It felt like a 5 star dining experience for a reasonable person. “I booked their banquet room for a combo birthday party for my daughter and husband and everything was great!!! They let us show up hours early to decorate and the food was amazing. The best part was our server/bartender though. She was so busy taking care of the whole party and never once looked overwhelmed or flustered. “Big portions, home cooked food. We go once every few months and I've never had a meal I didn't like. The French onion soup and the pecan balls are my favorites. Their pizza crust is probably the only thing I avoid; it's not bad, but it's not good.“

“Love the food. Had the chicken Parmesan half hoagie last night with fries. I get a side of their hot sauce to dip my fries in. It is very spicy and most people probably can’t handle it but it is one of my favorite sauces and I always get it for tenders or fries.

Bri is the best bartender, Gwyn is a close 2nd and the owners are so friendly. Love it!“

“We needed a place that had power during the wind storm to feed our kids and actually called asking if they had a kids menu they said yes and even told us what was on it over the phone. We ended up going the kids got chicken, fries and applesauce. Husband and I got salmon and swordfish both vary good, the bread was good,my salad was good husband said the house dressing was a little strong but still good. The waitresses were all great and super friendly. Even the customers were all friendly. The place is a little pricey though so be prepared but worth it for the price, the amount of food and the service. We'll be back!“

The buffet had several kid-friendly options, so at $14 a person, this would be a great place to bring the family on Friday night. “So, the novelty of New Amsterdam was their iconic rooftop bar in the heart of Lawrenceville. However, they have since added a roof and enclosed that rooftop bar, and it's just not the same anymore. Perhaps it's only temporary, and they'll take it down in the spring? I don't know.“

“Inndigo Blue is a nice restaurant. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food was excellent. I had a cup of French onion soup and a chef's salad, both of which were quite good. My server (Kimberly) was helpful and very pleasant. She was appropriately attentive to my needs without being in any way intrusive. I live about 4 hours away and was here on business staying at the Comfort Inn (attached). I don't know when/if business will take me to this same address again, but for a simple, tasty dinner, Inndigo Blue is a winner. Thanks!!“
