“Food was amazing. Location is awful. Came out after dinner and our car was smeared with ketchup packets. Wish it was in a different area, would definitely go back. Feel the area is not safe.“

“For six years I have been looking for a new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since my old favorite one closed. I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. The fish I had was just amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Needless to say I will be back again and again now to experience more culinary delights!“

“We are regulars at Big JIm's. We love the food and the people even more. We were there when the dude came in complaining about his fish sandwich like a maniac. He was screaming, refused the staff's offer of a replacement. The staff tried to be accommodating. Even worse, he presented himself as "someone Important" and threatened the people with the "review he was going to write'. Well, clearly his review is terribly written, and lacks punctuation. Not a review I would expect from someone "so important".. Happy Mr. Important will never be back! Don't believe a word he said!“

“As a Buffalonian, I've had a mix of experiences at various concert music venues. My Thursday night (10/22/2026) at The Thunderbird for Claudio Simonetti's Goblin stands as one of my all-time favorites.

The venue was small, intimate - giving a sense that you were among a hip crowd. Staff was very gracious and welcoming, especially the kind lady working the ticketbooth that night.

Can't speak for the drinks or the food quality. But as a venue for hearing awesome music, it's hard to beat one like The Thunderbird.“

Went on Saturday morning and it was so impressive we said “We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave!” Only to return Sunday morning and they had standing room only! Sadly my party and I were just going to head back to Indiana, hungry when they called us back in and said”We’re going to make room for you all up top.” They proceeded to prepare another area upstairs to accommodate our party! Hands down best food in service in Pittsburgh!“

“I can imagine this place getting packed after work and on weekends. I was in town and stopped here. Was lucky it was Wednesday for the special of the day. I LOVE hot dogs. Got the Chicago with fries and a Weldwerks POG Gelato. All was delicious- the dog, the fries and the beer. Service was awesome and they were friendly. I asked for recommendations and they don’t fail. 100% worth the visit.“

“My only criticism is how brightly lit is the place; it is a much beloved local bar. Friendly people and competent servers, good selection of drafts and bottles and the menu looks good and people seem to be happy with it.

Lots of bar space for you and a friend or 3 but also dining in the bar and back.

Son got burger and fries to go and he was happy.

SAT are $3.50 Miller products which works well for me; only Gooski's has lower tho it is their each&every price.

I got there about 8p on a SAT and there was a seat unoccupied, allowing me to order easily, tho we sat at a table. Minutes after the bar tables filled up.

I happened upon a spot out front but that may have been good timing.“

“My sister, her husband, my husband and I went to R-Place last night. I haven't been there in many years and my sister was never there. We had the Lasagna special and my husband had their pierogis. Everythjng was delicious! If you want homemade pierogis, R-Place has the BEST! The potatoes and cheese are full of cheese. The potatoes are orange with all the cheese. We will be back! “This place is such a gem! My fiance and I drive 35 minutes here for the food, best breaded zucchini in Pittsburgh hands down, best nachos, and the flatbreads are amazing. The staff are always so kind and the atmosphere is great for a date night or a family night! 10/10 recommend this one for sure.“
