“The food is always great here, but dear god, they don't pay these kids enough!! The employee who took care of my order was here alone and had to take the orders of an entire college bus that pulled up by himself. Somehow, he was polite the whole time. I praise the resilience of the staff that stay here because they just aren't making enough to deal with the stress of the busyness of this spot. For being the second most popular fast food place in America, 12/hr just ain't worth their time.“

“I had chicken with extra hush puppies and coleslaw, my fiance had fish and fries and he ordered the shrimp and rice. He really liked the shrimp and rice, I love their coleslaw. The only thing I didn't like is the took the condiment container in the back, I wanted more cocktail sauce they gave me cocktail sauce in their to go containers, yuk. Not the same.

“It's latin food truck but they also have hotdogs, Philly cheesesteak and chicken wings. Their pastelitos (aka empanadas) are amazing, especially the cheese pastelito (totally recommend if you're vegetarian). Totally recommend if you need a good snack to-go that is much better than anything taco bell has, with better quality meats, ingredients, and is more natural. Quesadillas are another great item on the menu. Doesn't come with the typical sour cream, salsa, guac, but doesn't need it. If anything the pink sauce is enough if you ask for it. It's a shame there's no tables or chairs set up to eat. I just had mine standing up.

Vegetarian options: Some items like the cheese pastelito is highly recommended. Many items I'm sure like the quesadillas for instance can be modified to be cheese only, which would still taste amazing and comes with fries. Tostones (deep fried plantains) is another good option.“

“Had a great experience today. Line was short and order came out very fast. The girls at the drive thru gave my dog Goliath a piece of cheese and he gobbled right up. He loved the attention they gave him. When we got home he demolished his half pounder! He loves his Arby's roast beef!“

Food was delicious me and my partner bought 2 different salad bowl and omg they were both delicious we couldn't chose which one was better both were 100/10 . “Last owners were great, but new owners are super welcoming and sweet. The food AMAZING. I had black beans over white rice, chicken in sauce, sweet plantains and let me tell you… FLAVORFUL!!!!! Clean bathrooms and clean dining. You get nice Spanish gospel music while you eat. I like the new addition where they have a buffet still options to choose from. You want delicious Spanish food in a welcoming atmosphere… this is your place!!!!!“

“Went through drive threw. Younger generations working. Very nice. Fries were luke warm. Same with burger. Teenagers mostly age between 16 and 20.
Only thing I was disappointed in were the fake eye lashes and the length of the nails. Their nails could be considered a weapon. Also, be worried if only 1 fake eye lash is missing. All in all the girls were nice and the service was goos

“I used come here often back in June and July, during this recent summer. The one cashier in particular was super nice and I haven’t seen her the past few times I’ve been there. She used to work the drive thru everytime I would come by. She was appealing to the eye. I’m sort of hoping she makes another appearance, wish I knew her name. Other than that, the food is aight.. a bit under filled.

“This is definitely the best Subway in the valley. It is hands down the cleanest. It always looks like they just opened and you can tell they take pride in the place. I never see anything on the floors even behind the counter its kept very clean. Its always quick and the people are very nice.“

“Plains Burger King is by the best burger king in Wilkes-Barre. From breakfast to lunch the service and the food are very good. The breakfast staff are so friendly and very nice , the breakfast manager is always smiling, making you feel good when you walk in the morning and order your breakfast and she is always so pleasant. Also, their French fries are the best they have a lot of taste, and the salt is just right.“

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious.
