“My husband and I have been loyal customers to this Tony Roni‘s for years, Tony Roni’s is so good that we drive from Glenside to this particular Tony Roni‘s in Spring House for many reasons. The food is extremely good, and extremely fresh. We have had salads we’ve had pasta dishes, and we’ve had pizza in particular lately. We like to get their cheesesteaks
they are extremely large fair portion and the beef is delicious. I did note the last time that they had made a change in the beef and they told me it was the ribeye beef, but I preferred the older, traditional beef. I thought it was more tender and they kept it so that you have a choice of both ribeye and the traditional, tender beef. I don’t know if anyone else had noticed that. In my opinion, the traditional beef is more tender.
But I appreciate the courtesy and personal service that Louis the manager remembered me and said we have the traditional beef as well! I thought that was excellent, I guess you can see why my husband and I when we have the urge for good Italian food or pizza and cheesesteak. We take the trip over to Spring House..

“On the last day of my extended July 4th weekend, I finally swung out to Peppe Steaks. Honestly, I wish I had done so a long time ago as this is now my favorite cheesesteak place. I ordered no onions, Cooper, and seeded. Side of onion rings. The bread is Liscio's and, frankly, I prefer Sarcone's because I like a little more chew and a harder crust. But Peppe toasts their bread just enough to give it a little crackle. Wonderful. The meat was seasoned and the Cooper was mixed in uniformly. The ratio of bread to meat to cheese was spot on. The end result was a steak that tasted meaty, cheesy, and clean. Not a greasy, bland, mushy mess that you find at a lot of other places. Definitely worth the trip!“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

“I moved to North Wales, PA in May 2022. I don't eat at fast food places & have never eaten at this McDonalds. However, I pass it on way home from everywhere & stop 2 or 3 times/month for a chocolate shake. The shake is always good & the service is always friendly & happy. “The DM Sadonna was so welcoming. I passed her when shopping in Whole Foods and was asking about a food item. She kindly let me know she was unsure as she was not a WF employee. Fast forward when I went to order from PLNT she greeted me with a warm smile and hello as she recognized me from earlier. As I was deciding what to get she recommended the chilli and offered a sample. DELICIOUS! While preparing my order she held small conversation with my friend and I and still made a phemomenal burger. For my very first time meeting her, it felt like an old friend. I can only imagine the how she makes her staff feel. Definitley would go back just to say hello the next time Im food shopping in WF. “I only visit this Abington location or the Hunting Park location because the young people working at both locations are always respectful. When an error is made they listen and make it right.

During my previous visit I explained that my chicken had not been seasoned properly. When I returned yesterday they made sure my chicken was seasoned all the way through. Their willingness to correct mistakes is very important to me.

The store is always clean and my food is always fresh. I will continue coming back to these two locations because of the excellent customer service.“

She has provided me and my family with exceptional service and attention to detail on our orders whether dining in or taking out. “I wanted to recognize the manager at Chick-fil-A Horsham for the way he handled an issue with my mobile order. Some of the items I specifically ordered were missing from my bag, and unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I had already reached my destination.

When I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager, he listened to my concerns, handled the situation quickly, and most importantly, made me feel heard and valued as a customer.

Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes makes all the difference. When you place a mobile order with specific items, you trust that everything you ordered will be in the bag when you leave.

“Arrived during lunch rush in the drive thru line which moved quickly; an employee was handing out samples of milkshakes or something similar to customers. The food was hot and fresh. Lots of traffic between the Wawa and Chick Fil A entrance so you need to be watchful.“

“Friendliest employees, best fries between here, Lansdale, Quakertown, and Hatfield. I’m here biweekly to treat my kiddos and they never get an order wrong. It’s also one of the cleanest inside and outside.

I was jamming to my music after a long day at work coming through the drive-through and I forgot two things that they stopped me by running outside to let me know with smiles on their faces and silliness all around. I’m thankful cause my goodness I would’ve had some disappointed kiddos had I forgot the Oreo McFlurries!

Thank you to the staff for always being kind and courteous and being aware of the quality they serve up. It might just be a McDonald’s to everybody else, but the food is always hot. It’s never looks like it was sat on and they’re always friendly.

“Hot take, Cane's is better than cfa. Chicken is so good, not greasy, crinkle fries are great. Whether dinning in or drive thru, food is extra hot. We drive about 20-30mins to get it. The sandwich or tenders can't go wrong! And you know what's best? They are open late! :)“

“Don't choose curbside pickup, the staff will just leave your food at the pickup shelf inside without ever bringing it out. I waited for 15+ min before calling, and nobody picked up after over a minute. On top of that, the order was wrong and they missed an extra sauce. Very disappointing.
Edit: Customer service reached out to me and offered me 2 box combos to make up for it. I adjusted my review from 1 to 4 stars.“

“This was easily the best chick fil a I have eaten at. The lady at the counter was incredibly efficient, and we had our food to our table in easily less than 5 minutes (with a shake too). The restaurant was clean, with fresh flowers on the table.“
