“The cafe is clean, and very well priced! I got a bagel sandwich with bacon, and 2 drinks from the fridge and paid $16!! You go to any airport and you’re paying $16 for a bag of chips and a deep breath. The sandwich was made fresh, nothing frozen, very tasty! Great experience and food, made my flying experience here a lot better and a great way to start my morning.“

“This place is really fantastic. My only complaint is that there is just not enough seating. I very often try to go there to do work and there is no where to sit. The vibe is very nice but just not a lot of tables. They have some seating outside but it’s not as nice, especially when it’s cold.“

“its monday august 4, 15:30. maybe 5 people inside and 2 guys working, greeted me immediately with pep! i had one simple beverage and one with complicated requests. repeated it back to me and made sure i got exactly what i wanted. had the first drink before i even paid! loved it. great service. made one of those days into a pretty good day.“

“Food is very good and there is a large assortment of Asian food which is unique for a small town like this. HOWEVER, they sell fake labubus for $18. Make sure to check the packaging before you buy it, because they are fake. But if you don’t buy the labubus you will have a great time.“
“I was there this morning and one person (I think he said his name was Aman) was running the whole place by himself. And it was busy! I know this happens by chance sometimes, but this guy was pumping out drinks, serving food, and taking orders seamlessly and without attitude.
Kudos, dude! You deserve the biggest raise allowed.“

“I seriously love my Dunkin, and don't have one were I live so when I come to work this is the 1st place I stop! Ima drive thru type of person so of course they got to know me and my boyfriend pretty well, we always laughed and joked. Well one day he misunderstood me cuz he can barely speak or understand English and made the drink i used to drink instead of the one I been getting for the past month or more, and I just so happened to have a free coffee on my app and the coffee was cheaper then the drink I got so he actually made me pay the difference even tho it was his mistake I meen who does that!?!?! Then I asked for xtra mocha, well the 1st one has so much in it I wouldn't even of been able to drink it, and the one I got ....well it pretty much just taste like ground ice smh!!! Then I got a donut, it was on it's side the icing slide off and not a single napkin!!! I feel like that was sayn a big f you!! I been going there for about 6 months or more and I will never go back!! I DO NOT tolerate rudeness and ignorance, especially when I'm giving them MY money!!He definitely just lost a customer!!!!!“

“Although there is a long line many days - the staff does a great job of staying on top of it and smiling through. And...when mobile app equipment was down and they had no way of telling people ordering...drinks were put first upon your arrival and free for the inconvenience. Keep up the good work - being across the street from 46K students and 20K employees makes this a very busy Starbucks!“
“Staff was exceptional! Served 20 people in the short 10 minutes we were there, and continued to be pleasant. The only downside is that Starbucks does not have a card tipping option at this location. Shame on Starbucks, these people deserved it.“

The bathrooms though were super dirty and needed a cleaning very badly. We also were the only ones that had placed orders inside and after using the restroom we were still waiting for our drinks because they were all only worried about making the drinks for the drive thru.“

“Staff are amazing there and always so kind to me. One time I had a big order and they offered to bring it to my car. It was freezing cold outside and they were very busy. I told them I couldn’t let them come outside with no jacket so I went in but was so appreciative of the offer. However this last incident is what made me have to write a review. I come here every Sunday and always very kind staff and they are always working so hard. You can see them through the window moving quickly around to get the orders out. This Sunday I forgot my wallet and the district manager was there and covered the cost. I was already having a rough morning with two toddlers in the backseat and would have to drive all the way back home to get my wallet. I told them I would go home and come back and they told me it would be no problem and that the district manager said he would cover my cost. He gave them his card and paid for me and told me to have a good day. I was not expecting that at all. It really really changed the entire course of my day! Thanks so much Dunkin manager and staff!“

“The most incredible venue for a wedding. We recently had the pleasure of having our wedding (rehearsal, ceremony & reception) at the Graduate Hotel. The atmosphere, staff and venue were absolutely perfect. Both Jessica and Mark went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch. And the food was to die for! Every step of the wedding planning process, Jessica worked with us to make sure our wedding day so special and everything we hoped it to be. On the day of, Mark went above and beyond to carry out our vision and make it perfect. Their hospitality was more than anyone could have asked for and we will forever recommend this venue to all.“
