“Huh... The negative reviews for here surprise me. I've been getting take out and delivery from here for over ten years and although the food quality varies at times I feel it's always above average for taste. I really like the food from here and I recently took a few friends here and they really enjoyed the Lo Mein. I don't get anything fancy though. Usually just egg rolls or shrimp rolls, pork fried rice, Sweet and sour chicken etc. Still, I never got a bad meal here and service was always good if not exceptional and the prices are average for this type of food. A very good value and a good meal, so a solid 4 stars from me.“

“Hunan Palace is take out only. That doesn't bother us at all. This was our first visit. The food here is much better than our former Chinese restaurant. We ordered a variety of items; springrolls, general tso chicken, beef and broccoli, bbq spare ribs, chicken on a stick, vegetable lo mein. We felt the springrolls could have used a little more flavor but that's just our opinion. Every other dish was excellent. Plenty of sauce on all the dishes. The spare ribs were tender and moist not dry or stringy as they can be from other restaurants. Their chicken on a stick is prepared differently than I had ever had it. It had a light coating on it. No dried out, leathery chicken here! We will definitely be making Hunan Palace our regular chinese restaurant.“

“Tried a dozen places since we moved here 8 months ago. This is the first place we found with normal looking fried rice (Brown and white fried with char spots and multi colored) and not the all yellow rice. This was clearly cooked fresh, tastes fresh, will return.“

“Yummy yummy is the only Chinese store that I eat from. The general tso wings is out of this world, amazing and fresh shrimp fried rice, my children loves the pizza rolls. Everything I’ve ever gotten from them is amazing. We take out at least once a week.“

“I am closing in on 40 and have been coming to this restaurant since I was a small child, some of my earliest memories are family dinners at Da Chen. The staff here are amazing— kind, attentive, helpful, and generous. Their house made duck sauce and crispy fried wonton chips ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD. Do not sleep on them if you only ever order take-out! You receive the crispy wonton chips with any soup order, but you have to ask for their homemade duck sauce on the side (costs like 25¢ iirc)!!! My favorite foods from here are: wonton soup, their complimentary jasmine tea, shrimp toast, beef & broccoli, sweet & sour chicken, general tso’s chicken, pork fried rice, and the bao bao platter (it’s such a fun treat eating this for dine-in). You will always receive the same quality service and food here, and somehow over the years it’s even gotten better! Da Chen is child-friendly and has high chairs available to use, and is wheelchair-accessible straight from the ample free parking lot and into the restaurant. Da Chen accepts cash, debit or credit. “A Chinese food place that I have been ordering from since I was little. It’s local and convenient. Great wonton soup and egg/spring rolls. They don’t have a huge variety of options but it is a smaller place. It’s also located in a good spot, right next to Double Decker and across from 7/11 so people are sure to recognize it“

“I've tried all of the available chinese food options in the gibbstown-paulsboro area and this place is far and above the best of them. The portions are great and the food is always tasty. The prices for all of them were about the same, but this place doesn't charge a really high additional fee for using credit/debit to pay. If you want Chinese food in this area, this is the only place you should go to.“

“King Garden is very good. I'm picky about my Chinese food takeout and will only get it at like 2 places. I have gotten it 3 times when my usual places were not open or too far. “Good Morning Google Family. How are you doing today? I decided to visit since I was so hungry!!! I do not like the white rice that the chinese places always give you so I asked for brown rice. I ordered a small won ton soup, 2 egg rolls and a Happy Family meal to go. I waited for a good amount of time and then they called me with my order. Thank goodness they have a seating area there to wait for your orders. I paid using my debit card and then they said I could have a can of soda. I got ginger ale for my mom and then I left. “Since new Owner (Linda) has taken over this establishment, it has become my "go to sushi joint"!! Their sushi chefs (John & Yanni) are both amazingly talented and they have created custom sushi rolls for me according to my preferred fish and other ingredients. Presentation is awesome as is the freshness and tasty items they prepare. Linda and her Manager (Cindy) are so welcoming and very attentive to their guests...making everyone feel like a VIP!! “Prices are a little high but overall the food is pretty good. Lunch special prices are great but outside of that orders can get very expensive very quick if ordering multiple things. Definitely call and order, don't use the online ordering cause the fee is ridiculous, like you could order an entire additional pint of anything on the menu with what you'll save calling in your order. General Tso's is always delicious tho sometimes I wish it was a little crispier. For whatever reason their Lo Mein is pretty bad anymore, used to be great. Food is always ready very fast, even delivery arrives really quick compared to anywhere else we order delivery from.
