“(EXCUSE MY CAMERA)..THIS WAS FROM OCT 28, 2024… VERY FRESH, VERY DELICIOUS WELL SEASONED FOOD!!! I HAD THE 10 WING DINGS WITH MAC & CHEESE & COLLARDS…. THE CHICKEN WAS IN A SWEET THAI CHILI SAUCE THAT WASN’T DRENCHED IN SAUCE, YET HAD THE RIGHT AMOUNT…. THE MAC & CHEESE & COLLARDS TASTED LIKE HOME!!!…. THIS WAS REAL COMFORT FOOD THAT WASN’T SKIMPED ON OR LACKING!!!… AS A MATTER OF FACT, I’M ORDERING AGAIN TONIGHT!!!… I HAD ENOUGH FOR TWO DAYS UNTIL MY GREEDY GRANDSON CAME THE NEXT DAY & SAID, ‘NA NA, WHAT’S IN THE PLATTER?… CAN I HAVE SOME?’…. THERE WENT MY NEXT DAY’S DINNER!!!.. BUT DON’T WORRY, I’M ORDERING AGAIN TONIGHT & WILL HIDE IT!!!’??. BUT ORDER YOURS, REALLY GOOD FOOD!!!!??. (NICE LADY, I PRESUME OWNER WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!)“

“My GO 2 for fresh hot food never had any issues with food or staff the rice is always so fluffy and delicious i can eat it plain... ALWAYS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!
I definitely recommend getting food here .

“I love everything about this place. I started coming here looking for a quick place for lunch close to my job. They have the freshest shrimp rolls with the freshest seafood I’ve ever had? I’m completely addicted. I took my co-workers there for lunch and they all were completely happy with their order. I come here often, and my coworkers said they’re definitely returning also. This place is tops for quality, speed, freshness, presentation all at good prices.

“We went to Creeds to celebrate a couple of birthdays. It's a great place to celebrate special occasions. Our server Alex was attentive and offered great suggestions. Our drinks were fabulous! We had a variety of dishes including steak, scallops, halibut, and oysters and calamari as appetizers. Everything was done to perfection. Topped it off with my favorite....affogato! Mr. Creed stopped by our table to say hello and another manager checked in twice to see how we were doing. Highly recommend!!“

“Illata has become our favorite Fitler Square restaurant, and we've been in the neighborhood for 22 years. It's a little gem, nestled on Gray's Ferry Ave just steps from South Street. The staff is extraordinarily pleasant and helpful, and the food is - in a word- exquisite. All delicious, all prepared beautifully, a very balanced menu of seafood, red meat and vegetarian options. Their desserts are divine!
But perhaps the most amazing, and extremely reasonable addition, to the menu is their sourdough bread- hearty and flavorful, with a perfect slightly chewy feel on the tongue. We've taken to order some to go!

“Customer service was exceptional. Seating area was a bit small but everyone was so friendly and worked as a team. Honestly the best service I ever had. I went for restaurant week and ordered the shrimp creole. Omg I cleaned my plate and was still salivating over the idea of more when I got home. My partner ordered the crab soup and the salmon. Eyes rolled in the back of his head y’all. Everything was so well and for my first time they left a lasting impression. Would definitely dine here again. I’m just disappointed the shrimp creole isn’t on the regular menu.“

“I really wish I could give a stellar review because the food is absolutely fabulous here. Not to mention, they will modify anything on the menu to food specifications, for instance for me who can't have gluten, eats only seafood and no cheese. Yes, they work with this with ease and everything is delicious.

The reason I can't give an amazing review is because having gone twice now, the first time our service was excellent and the second time more recently the service was very poor. Our food came out at different times to the table and as a group of four it was very disruptive. Also, many tables were turned over before we even got half way through our meal. I'm not sure what happened to be honest. I will say this was not our experience the first time we went and given how amazing the food is we will try it again.

The response from the owner that he would reach out was completely false. It is over 2 weeks now and I have heard nothing. For me, the irony was I was actually planning to come back out. But now…. ?‍♀️.

It was clear he cared about our experience.The executive chef, David, was equally engaging and it was clear he cared about the quality of the food. The GM stopped by our table to ask about our experience. At the risk of sounding repetitive, he was wonderful as well. “Excellent food and service. I had a very nice juicy well seasoned Ribeye steak. (Perfect for mama) Hubby had king crab fried rice, crispy rice sushi and lobster bisque. The rest of the family also had what I was told amazing dishes and cocktails.

This is a really great place and the staff are very nice. The bar seemed pretty busy. Lots of people celebrating birthdays. If you are looking for a nice date spot with good food and don't mind paying a little extra you can get a really amazing meal here.

Parking: Streets are horrible both afternoon and night. Your best bet for parking is to park at the mall inside the garage. You can pay through your phone to secure a spot.“

“We ordered a medium steak at this restaurant, but both steaks we received were almost well-done. It was clearly overcooked and we pointed this out to our server. She cut into the center of the meat, acknowledged it immediately, and made me a new steak. The new meat was a satisfactory medium cooked steak. After that, the manager came and checked again to make sure there was no problem.
Overall, I think the service here is top notch. The distance between seats is appropriate, so it's not uncomfortable, and the interior is also great. I just think the quality of the steak taste wasn't as great as I expected. I think it's a great place to go to set the mood for a special day, or just have a glass of wine with a light menu. However, if your goal is to experience the best steak taste, we recommend going elsewhere.“

“Wick's is awesome! Their staff is always super friendly! I always bring coolers of food from Wicks with me to the Outer Banks when I vacation there for a week in a house rental. Wick's has almost every product available; from burgers, hot dogs, french fries, onion rings, chicken fingers (homemade right there on site), all things seafood, chicken patties, roast beef and gravy and mac and cheese right in the aluminum pans to cook them in, vegetables, almost everything imaginable. I highly recommend this place of business.“

This place is a hidden gem in Upper Darby and needs more exposure. I left reviews on Facebook and Tik tok because I had to let everyone know about them after I learned about them on JL Jupiters channel.. please try them! They definitely won’t disappoint. “It's your average Hood Deli. Breaded chicken wings are to die for. No thrills, but always FRESH. Mother and Father own and run the business. Both can be a little brash but overall it's a good place to get a quick bite that isn't expensive. Never ever have to worry about the food not being fresh either.“
