“Hello, I am going to leave a 5 star here because your chicken is so amazing and all the previous times I have been there it has been amazing . HOWEVER, there is a worker there and she worked there on Monday who does not appear to care much about the business reputation or service. She sat on the counter and texted basically the entire time, never smiling and if you asked her a question, it came across as a bother. Again, love the chicken and the place but I just figured you should know as it was very off putting and I am guessing could be for other customers as well. Thank you!“

“We ordered catering for my daughter’s bday party. We have 4 celiac in our family as well as a few guests. Everyone loved the food- chicken, fries, Mac and cheese and salad platters. Everything was delivered fresh and on time. Portion sizes were HUGE- we had a ton leftover. Great value for money. Excellent experience with Lovebird!“

“Have been going to the Chick-fil-a in Quakertown and Lansdale and as eat-in diners have had the feeling of being very low priority. They are focused on their drive-thru and take out business. This one in Montgomeryville was GREAT!! Super service and when the food came an additional little pack of a hand wipe and mint was included per person. What a nice gesture! Definitely will be stopping there again as we felt welcome and appreciated as customers that is sadly lacking at the other “drive-thru” locations!“

Chicken was tender and the Ganjeong was delicious! Wish I ordered side sauces but I'll know for next time!

“Don't choose curbside pickup, the staff will just leave your food at the pickup shelf inside without ever bringing it out. I waited for 15+ min before calling, and nobody picked up after over a minute. On top of that, the order was wrong and they missed an extra sauce. Very disappointing.
Edit: Customer service reached out to me and offered me 2 box combos to make up for it. I adjusted my review from 1 to 4 stars.“

“I wanted to recognize the manager at Chick-fil-A Horsham for the way he handled an issue with my mobile order. Some of the items I specifically ordered were missing from my bag, and unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I had already reached my destination.

When I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager, he listened to my concerns, handled the situation quickly, and most importantly, made me feel heard and valued as a customer.

Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes makes all the difference. When you place a mobile order with specific items, you trust that everything you ordered will be in the bag when you leave.

The way the manager handled this situation is exactly why I will continue coming back to the Horsham location. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort he made to make things right.“

“Max gave great service today when picking my order up. I was given the IceDream cone by another member and it was about 5 minutes before I received my fries. The cone was melting of course.
