“After getting food poisoning from Great Wall, I found Rice House. They have the absolute most incredible and fresh food. I highly recommend getting their coconut chicken, honey chicken, sweet-and-sour chicken, egg rolls, their duck sauce is the best. Their portions are very generous and they have lunch specials up until 3 PM every day. My daughter and I absolutely love this restaurant and the owners are so sweet. “If you’re craving good lo mein, look no further. At the recommendation of someone on the local community page, we tried King House a few months ago and now this is the ONLY place I get Chinese from.

Their vegetable lo mein is always loaded with veggies, super flavorful & fresh. It’s not greasy like some other places either. The Singapore mei fun, General Tao’s, wonton soup & steamed dumplings are fantastic as well, and the owners/employees are always so friendly to boot.

“Tried takeout today for the first time and everything was delicious. This is more of a takeout place since the vibe is very basic, but there are a few tables for eat-in. I had the Pork Rib noodles and it was a very large portion with fresh bok choy, nicely spiced pork, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Also tried spring rolls and hot and sour soup (standards to see how they compare to other restaurants in the area). Spring rolls had options of chicken or chicken and shrimp, not greasy at all, and very good. Hot and sour soup was hotter than I've had elsewhere and not as thick as usual--i prefer this version. Prices were very good especially given the portion size of the noodles, easily enough for 2 meals. I will definitely be back!“

“I just ordered from here and oh my goodness that was so good. I got basic sweet/sour chicken, white rice, wonton soup, and Chinese donuts. The chicken was so fresh and crispy. The chicken was also really good quality, very trustworthy. Flavor of the wonton soup was on point and it was stuffed with wontons. The donuts could have been covered with more sugar but the dough was still good. I can tell the oil they are using is fresh (at least for my experience.) Food was ready fast.“

“Hunan Palace is take out only. That doesn't bother us at all. This was our first visit. The food here is much better than our former Chinese restaurant. We ordered a variety of items; springrolls, general tso chicken, beef and broccoli, bbq spare ribs, chicken on a stick, vegetable lo mein. We felt the springrolls could have used a little more flavor but that's just our opinion. Every other dish was excellent. Plenty of sauce on all the dishes. The spare ribs were tender and moist not dry or stringy as they can be from other restaurants. Their chicken on a stick is prepared differently than I had ever had it. It had a light coating on it. No dried out, leathery chicken here! We will definitely be making Hunan Palace our regular chinese restaurant.“

“This business just so happens to have some of the better food and cleanliness in comparison to the other options that are in that specific neighborhood. Again (Compared to the other neighborhood options) Employee does round off prices/ totals to the nearest dollar and has made up prices a few times.Also the one lady who normally takes the food orders is just not nice or good with the way she handles what could be seen as a small issue, no matter how pleasant the patron is communicating the issue at hand, the woman seems to handle it poorly, even tossing someone’s “order” to the other end of the serving glass door and the persons change, while yelling things out. The usual demeanor of this woman is usually, impatient and slightly irritable. (I say this knowing what it is to work in customer service for many years and with all walks of life.)To keep it simple, she gets pretty disrespectful when it’s not called for and I’ve seen it firsthand and dealt with it myself but I do well at not entertaining ignorance. They were mask and gloves I like the others so far. First thing I look at is pots and prep area and you can see there through the window.“
