“A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. A must visit when you are lucky enough to get a reservation though other friends have happily sat at the bar for dinner just to be there!! Kudos to Dish!“

“This location was recommended for a medical school reunion in Pittsburgh by our alumni association. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. We did the family style dining for a large group, and it was very well received. One of my Italian classmates sate the the Cacio e Pepe was the best that he had tasted outside of Milan. I would strongly recommend this location for really first rate Italian food and a great atmosphere“

“The Market in Verona is so awesome. It is so great to go in and get good quality food that you can reheat at home. I recently got the Eggplant Parmesan, pasta and risotto balls. Everything was so delicious and enough for another dinner. My husband got the Chicken Parmesan and really enjoyed it also. The service at the Market is outstanding and it was so nice to also meet Andrew the owner. I am looking forward to coming back again and getting more of this high quality and delicious Italian Food that reminded me so much of what my Mommy used to make. I highly recommend them.“

My favorite is the stuffed crabmeat mushroom appetizer, bruschetta and Chicken Romano. The meatballs and pasta are so good. My favorite dessert is the Tiramisu. “My son and I had dinner for Mother’s Day. Our first experience at this restaurant. Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. The app, sides and entrees, as well as the gluten free chocolate cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.“

“We have been going to Piccolo Forno for years. It is my favorite restaurant. The staff is outstanding. The food is creative and menu items are changed regularly to make use of seasonal ingredients. There are so many delicious choices on the menu that it is difficult to decide what to order. The food is reasonably priced and the corkage fee is less than most restaurants. This restaurant is a gem for anyone who loves delicious Italian food!“

“First time dining at Ranucci's and it will not be the last. We were greeted by the owner upon arriving. Very friendly and very inviting. Our waiter was also very friendly and ver attentive. The food portions were very big and absolutely delicious. We started with a beet salad and it was so good. I had the CC's veal with crab cakes and my friend had the Sunday gravy. Both dishes were delicious and the red sauce on the Sunday gravy was out of this world. We had a tiramisu for dessert and again, it was outstanding. For a nice evening out, give them a try.“

“We (PTO) used Sprezzatura to cater our meal for teachers before our schools Open House, and everything was wonderful! Menu selections included: • Gemelli with Homemade Meat Sauce – twisted pasta served with a rich, slow-simmered sauce • Cavatappi with Creamy Pesto – corkscrew pasta tossed in a vibrant basil pesto sauce The food servings were plentiful, the aroma was inviting, and the dishes were bright, fresh, and full of flavor. You could truly taste the quality of the ingredients. Jen was excellent with communication throughout the process, making everything smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend Sprezzatura for your catering needs!“

“Service was excellent. Top notch. What I didn't understand was why we were sat next to the window with fake bushes blocking our view of the rest of the restaurant. The place was empty. Every single table inside the rows of hedges was unoccupied when we got there. Maybe 2 or 3 tables were sat during our dinner but I truly didn't understand seating us in the corner, right next to the door, blocked by this greenery. It just felt weird. Also the olive oil cake was terrible. Dry, salty. Not good at all. The rest was good. We got 4 dishes and shared them. Maybe ordered 4 drinks. Bill was $250. Not terrible but also not big portions cause they were all shareable small plates. Like there were 4 of us, we got the scallop special, and they gave us 3 scallops. Just give us a 4th scallop so we each get one! If you wanna upcharge for it fine, but like why give 3 scallops to a table of 4 when they know we're sharing everyhing. We made that clear. And yeah that cake sucked. Don't get it. I don't need to go back here. Mostly cause I dislike supporting DeSchantz. So take that as you will.“

Zucchini app was served fast. Wine cork fee $5. Dinner salad was very small, but dinners; veal Marsala & chicken piccata was generous & delicious. Seemed there was a staffing shortage, waitress was catering to party of 12 celebrating a bday. Had to practically beg for a dessert & coffee. I asked for a coffee refill; waitress replied do you want to wait on a new pot as she took my cup & saucer from me. for @ 20 patrons in restaurant it was noisy. Family atmosphere with white table clothed tables. Good parking. Would go back for food, hoping not getting same rude waitress.“

“We had a great experience at PGH EATZ today. We ordered ribs, loaded baked potato, and the homemade coleslaw, and everything was delicious! The ribs were very meaty and the Cole slaw tasted very fresh! The kids loved their chicken fingers and french fries too. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we really enjoyed talking with them while we were there. Great food and great people, we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!“

Yes, Joe is our cousin and that is definitely warm and wonderful but Louise, Joe's matriarch, was there too which made it extra special. Lulu, chef, Delaney, "Ms. Brown", Linda and all staff were amazing and fun. So the food, sauteed arthichoke hearts, pasta fagioli, wedding soup, Chicken Romano, Veal Romano, beverage list unsurpassed and our usual standards and oh the red velvet cheesecake was picture and taste perfect. All food made to order fresh and it definitely shows the attention to every morsel we enjoyed. Oh, the bread is made locally and it's the best. “Visited this morning for the first time. Got egg and cheese sandwiches, one croissant one ciabatta - both were amazing!! The lattes were delicious and rich. You can really taste the quality of the espresso. They were short staffed (1 employee who was grinding hard!) so I did wait about 25 minutes for two coffees and sandwiches. I didn’t mind that much and it was well worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!“
