“I just absolutely love this place. One the food is always good. Two the customer service and atmosphere always has been for years amazing. Three did I mention the food, let me mention it again. The best gyros in town. If you’re visiting Pittsburgh this is a must. If you live in the area or a hour within this place, this place is it. So worth it.We’ve ordered from them for years, lately in the past year we’ve got Rodos almost once every two weeks. Prices are reasonable, food is amazing, portion size is good, and customer service 5 star.Tonight we ordered late and we never do, close to closing time. It was busy when we placed the order, didn’t realize it was close to closing time at the time. Went to run a errand and we got there past closing time. About 5 minutes. Grateful for them for waiting for us. I understand they have to clean and get things ready for the next night but I so appreciate them. We were about to be gyro-less. Even if I didn’t get my food tonight I would have understood. Thankful for the management team, owner, the employees always.Highly recommend this place. 100 stars! Not just tonight, every single time.(In the picture we definitely ate some gyro meat on the way home. We did ask for a extra pita and cucumber sauce split one gyro. #BestGyro hands down)- Sam & Day“

“We're visiting Pittsburgh and stumbled upon Georgie's during a walk. We came back today for breakfast and it was wonderful. The servers are very friendly. One went above and beyond by moving an additional outdoor heater closer to our table so we could each have one. They're very thoughtful and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend giving Georgie's a visit if you're in town.“

“My mom & I love to visit different coffee shops and this one was definitely one we will come back to! The atmosphere is cozy from the moment you walk in with different homemade local arts/goodies to browse. There are lots of different options to choose from as far as coffee/tea flavors go. I ended up getting the Baristas Choice of “Caramel Brownie Latte” and my mom got the Seasonal “Luck Charms”. Both were so yummy!! Would recommend and will be back again ?“

“This cafe is in middle of nowhere for me, but I had heard great things about the cafe, so I had to check it out. it’s situated amidst residential area, so there are not a lot of other shops around. The cafe is quaint and has some oldworld charm to it. it. Apart from a cafe, they also sell some limited Italian groceries. The cafe is rather small with about four or five tables and about 15 chairs. I visited on Tuesday noon, so it was pretty empty and sitting wasn’t difficult to find. I had large iced matcha latte and dark chocolate and almond biscotti. The latte was incredible for its price point, given the quantity and it tasted pretty good as well. The biscotti was also good, but I have had better. While the food and drinks are just above average, what stood doubt for me were two things. The first one was the hospitality itself. The barista was incredibly welcoming and nice. While I was enjoying my drink, couple of other customers came in, and she seemed to know all of them, and had lovely hearty animated conversations with all of them. This tells me that this cafe is frequented by the community around and has a lot of regulars. Second was how relaxed the vibe of the place was. No one was in a hurry. People were just sitting there, enjoying their coffee and conversations. I can see myself just coming here, getting a coffee and reading my book and spending hours in here.“

“Phenomenal restaurant with staff to match the vibe. Everyone here is super friendly, and even the staff that are new seem to hit the mark without jeopardizing customer satisfaction. I would like to mention that I had a large party of 13 people. We did not demand to be seated together (because that would be ridiculous) but did have a specific time we would like to be seated. I had arrived an hour early to check in, and the staff were more than reasonable to accommodate us. The service we received was fast and friendly despite the obviously heavy load on the servers at the time. My table had a newer server, but he was still very skilled and accommodating. I will be returning often. I love this First Watch!“

“I stopped in last night, there were two young ladies behind the bar that didn't acknowledge my presence. But when I came in there was a young man sweeping the floor because it was almost closing time and he put the broom down and came behind the bar to wait on me. He's the superstar in this story! Even after he got my drink, the young ladies behind the bar never made eye contact with me. Hard to believe you can go to a place in East Liberty and be treated as if you are invisible.“

“Really enjoyed this little coffee shop in the Homewood neighborhood. My husband & I went in for breakfast. You quickly see & feel its "coffee with a cause" mission - the family-owned business created by the Bible Center Church has a big display board in the back that tells its story. It's very community oriented. I love that it has a community kitchen for rent & is connected to a nearby farm/fishery for fresh food. Our English muffins were pretty tasty - Turkey sausage, egg, & cheese. The woman checking us out recommended fresh spinach - so I added some on mine. My husband's cranberry (orange?) muffin was not good, though. Quite dry. The coffee was good, as was my chamomile tea. We sat on a big couch by the front window to enjoy our meal. Most of the other diners were at tables working on laptops. A nice experience. We'll be back.“

I think the place could use some acoustic treatments it's a nice place to do work but it's a little loud if one person is loud. The menu was also really small and hard to see!!! You guys should make the font bigger. I also missed your special lattes board bc it wasn't on the menu, but on the small board by the reg. I would probably have ordered one of those. “Its a nice cafe don’t get me wrong, but nothing really stood out for me. The space is large and bright but somewhat boring. The are a bunch of wooden benches and chairs both indoors and outdoors where you can enjoy the sun. There is free wifi so you can work from there. It was pretty busy on a Tuesday afternoon but the service was quick. Both the baristas were really sweet and welcoming. I ordered the matcha latte and it was pretty good. The barista whisked the matcha in front of me and I asked it to sweetened with honey and they happily agreed. I only wish, they had proper mugs for people having drinks in the cafe instead of serving everyone in disposable mugs.“

“FIRST OFF, I DO NOT RECOMMEND MIXTAPE!! When Mixtape closed, it hurt. There really wasn't a place that was chill with all types of Dope people. It was a place to bring friends or just a date night. The music was good late 80's and 90's Hip-Hop. They understood what, by definition, is a Mixtape. Google it and see of Indi-pop pops up... Nope! I've hoped that someone would buy it and bring that vibe back. It was successful. I was excited to see that new owners had announced soft openings last month. There were soft openings that advertised Indie Pop and David Bowie? Not to knock either, but at Mixtape? The new owners found old plans that made Mixtape a dance lounge, so now you can dance there? The reason the original owners didn't go with those plans because it was better as a lounge. They had it right. The new owners, NOT AT ALL! The old Mixtape seems to be gone and like most things in that area, there is a new common theme. Out with the Hip Hop and in with the Indie Pop. Thanks for taking the soul out of Garfield...“

“This is a great spot for brunch! There's a nice patio outside where you can sit in addition to the indoor area. The portions are pretty big and prices are reasonable. I didn't realize how big the portions would be so I got both a savory and sweet crepe. I ended up needing to pack the sweet one to go since I could barely finish my savory crepe. I got the salmon crepe and it was nicely balanced out by the sweet tangerines in the salad. It also comes topped with creme fraische. My bf got the ham and cheese crepe and I think that's probably my favorite so far. It's packed with cheese and very flavorful. This place has so many different varieties of crepes so I'd love to be back to try more.“

“Really good meal-- we wanted a light lunch after an over-heavy breakfast, and they were able to seat us immediately. I had the large Caesar, which was just right on every count, big shavings of cheese, a few croutons, and a dressing that may have been house-made. My wife greatly enjoyed her very authentic afternoon tea service, which was just the right mix of pastry, scone, and things to put on them. All of this goodness and great service (and a ice tea) was a very modest $35. Plus, we got to watch the gift shop cat walk around outside from the window (OK, it's a first class garden too).
