“My name is Patrick Wesley and my Mother Judy are big food people and we needed to let everybody know about an amazing place for dinner if you love Mexican Food!
The food was exceptional but we were most impressed with the great energy and generosity of the Staff that was working.
Humbly speaking but We are both Food Service Experts and the Customer Service we received this evening was refreshing and delightful. We are thankful.

“I really like this place. I can walk there without any sweat. The food is nice, and the staff are happy to help. There are kiosks, and there's even some outdoor seating. The service is also pretty quick. I think I wait about 3 minutes on a good day and 10 minutes on a bad day.“

“Last owners were great, but new owners are super welcoming and sweet. The food AMAZING. I had black beans over white rice, chicken in sauce, sweet plantains and let me tell you… FLAVORFUL!!!!! Clean bathrooms and clean dining. You get nice Spanish gospel music while you eat. I like the new addition where they have a buffet still options to choose from. You want delicious Spanish food in a welcoming atmosphere… this is your place!!!!!“

“It's latin food truck but they also have hotdogs, Philly cheesesteak and chicken wings. Their pastelitos (aka empanadas) are amazing, especially the cheese pastelito (totally recommend if you're vegetarian). Totally recommend if you need a good snack to-go that is much better than anything taco bell has, with better quality meats, ingredients, and is more natural. Quesadillas are another great item on the menu. Doesn't come with the typical sour cream, salsa, guac, but doesn't need it. If anything the pink sauce is enough if you ask for it. It's a shame there's no tables or chairs set up to eat. I just had mine standing up.

Vegetarian options: Some items like the cheese pastelito is highly recommended. Many items I'm sure like the quesadillas for instance can be modified to be cheese only, which would still taste amazing and comes with fries. Tostones (deep fried plantains) is another good option.“

“Great service. The food is okay, but its always been that way. My order was correct but it is what it is with fast food. It's an easy meal but not the best food ever. Their McNuggets are amazing thought but I wish they'd give more sauces. If you order a 10 piece they give you 2 sauce unless you ask, 20 piece they give you 3 unless you ask and a 40 piece they give you. Now I dont know about anyone else, but for any of those sizes, that is enough sauce me. The workers wonderful because if you ask for an extra sauce or even an extra two or three sauces and the manager isn't around they will give them to you for nothing even though they're not supposed to without charging you I believe it's 25 cents a sauce and they will give you two or three if you ask without charging you. Now if the manager is there they have to charge you for the sauce and that is not on them but I just find it ridiculous that you are being charged for extra sauce. It's not the fact that it's only a couple of cents more per sauce it's about the fact that they don't give you enough sauce in the first place and there's really no reason to charge for it especially if you're only getting one or two. I could see if you ask for six of them and that's why they would have to charge you but 9 times out of 10 that is not the case. And I do not blame the workers at all“

“My husband and I came in late for a replacement order Saturday night expecting to be treated the way you're normally treated when you go ANYWHERE for a replacement after an issue; but boy, we're we wrong! The crew that were working that night went above and beyond! Our food was replaced quickly, was hot, fresh, beautifully presented and excellent!! Antonio, Nathan, & Dalton were 3 of the most wonderful employees I think we've ever encountered!! These 3 gentlemen were so kind and helpful and friendly, they should be training the rest of the staff because they KNOW how to treat not only customers, but people. Burger King should be extremely proud of the 3 employees who not only took pride in their jobs, but took pride in themselves as well, which you don't see often in the younger generation anymore. I will definitely come back to this particular store!! Good job, guys!“

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. “Got subs here a few times recently via doordash and doordash doesnt let you add speciifc requests like extra oil, extra vinegar. I called this location to get that and they couldnt have been more friendly and accomodating. A really nice lady works there, wish I knew her name.“
