“Came here for my nieces first communion I got the 16 oz NY strip it was delicious very flavorful and the garlic mash was to die for. Only thing I would change is the chairs outside but it’s about the food not what you sit on. I rate this experience 9.7/10“

“My husband and I have been coming here once or twice a year for many years, we used to bring our kids when they were younger after a mini golf game at Jim Macks. We always get the same thing, my husband gets a large pepperoni pizza and I get a cheesesteak hoagie. We always think maybe we will try something else but we end up getting our usual because we love it. Always friendly service and don't mind waiting a little longer for the pizza.“

“Be careful if going here. It looks like they are having real issues with trouble makers, which can happen with any tavern along the river. About 10 days ago they confronted a person outside who refused to pay. That guy pulled a gun on the employee and threatened to shoot them in the head. Look online, you'll see the news story. We went there with another couple anyway for supper aware of the situation that possibly the management wasn't able to keep the trouble out of the place. Within minutes Courtney had our drinks at the table and placed our food orders ... and then some white trash at the bar left out a super loud screech or whistle looking for attention. It was bad. Then he did it again a few minutes later and left. One more time and I'd have gotten involved. The owner needs to hire some beefy enforcement right now to keep a handle on this or the place is going to get a reputation like the Bainbridge Inn as a good place to raise hell and start a fight. NOT date night atmosphere.“

A friend of mine of many years said it’s the best in the area, my wife and I just moved back from Florida and they don’t make very pizza down there.😊 Anyway, your pizza is AWESOME, TASTY and just very very delicious and great!!!! Great crust, love the sauce, curled up pepperoni!!! I loved it and I know my wife will too!!!!!😊❤️🍕🍕🍕❤️😊 The young lady bartender was very nice and personable and the young man that made my pizzas also was very very nice and polite!!!! “My neighbor took me here, it's my first time eating here. We had the potato skins with seafood, & I had the mini salad, crabcake & fries. There were so many items on the menu, I couldn't decide, especially after viewing the photos on Facebook. Our waitress was VERY busy, it took a little while for service, but worth the wait! Very nice atmosphere. I will be back to try something different.“

“Boy oh boy where do I even start. The food was to die for. Stopped by on my way in to town for a quick bite. Got 2 Philly cheesesteaks and fries and it was served quickly and could tell it was made with love. The food smelled great and looked fantastic. That fryer they have working in the back wasn’t bad looking either. 10/10 would smash again“

“This place is so underrated. I don't get it, the parking lot is practically empty all the time but this place is legit the best restaurant in the area. The food is always unique, the draft beer selection is second to none in this town (have to go to Lancaster city or Harrisburg to compete with this). Music selection is good, servers are chill... I don't get why this place isn't packed. If u pass thru Etown u need to go to the Black Gryphon.“

“Always love their food, worked there years ago back when it was crazy fun , but the food is still really good was craving my favorite chicken quesidillas and surprised my daughter , always easy to order and pick up if you don't have time to dine in . Plus they serve breakfast all day and all night long. Always a 24 hour go to spot.

Kid-friendliness: They are great with kids and when my kids were little and used to tey to act wild noone ever complained. I know they used to give out crayons for coloring.
