“This is a special gem in the city of Philadelphia. I can not express how hoog my burrito was; the soft rice, creamy avocado, tasty meat, wrapped in a good tortilla. The green salse complimented it perfectly and had my taste buds singing.

I also ordered the horchata and a matcha. The drinks are just as good as their food. The matcha had that ice earthy quality without being grassy. They honestly do it better than some shops dedicated to matcha.

This horchatta was also the best over ever had.

Hubby and I stopped in to grab breakfast, before heading back home.
Hubby got the Cream Brulee French Toast. This was delicious!!!
I got the plantain French Toast. Topped with Nutella and Condensed Milk. There was hardly any Condensed Milk. The Plantains were not very sweet. But it was still delicious.
We both just had coffees. The food takes a long time. But it is mot fast food. So don't expect a rushed plate.“

“La Chingada was absolutely AMAZING. The food was spectacular — everything was full of flavor, fresh, and honestly one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The owner was so friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. He even gave us a free dessert that’s coming out this summer, and it was SO good. “Found this place randomly when we searched for who has California burritos - wow have we been sleeping on Burrito Mix! If you go here - the Birria Pizza is a must order! So delicious and flavorful. The California burrito was also amazing, and the my husband said the flan was “elite”. Definitely will be returning. No photos because we were stuffing our faces.“

“@halal_mexican is a hidden gem in Philadelphia that has some of the best HALAL Mexican cuisine that I’ve ever tasted. I love that I was able to find a Mexican halal spot. Pictured: -Flautas -Shrimp Chimichanga -Mini Corn on the Cob -Chicken Tacos -Steak Burrito Bowl My favorite item from there has to be the flautas. It’s a deep fried rolled chicken tacos served with pico de gallo and sour cream. Highly recommend this restaurant to all those seeking a tasty mexican restaurant with good service and halal food!
