“We LOVED IT. Stopped in yesterday… the wind was whipping, wicked, brutal… and when we couldn’t shake the chill, we wandered in. HEAT! It was warm! Welcoming! The soup which was potatoes leek was absolutely delicious. The warmed bread was exactly the right temperature, hot, buttery and right out of the oven. Our Guinness was delicious. Our waitress was perfect. I really love this place .“

“We went there twice this month. Brandon took care of on the patio. Great service, thank you!! We had the chicken pot pie (to die for), the pasta and beef dip. Everything was delicious!!! The second time Tori was there to help us. We had the excellent chicken pot pie (best I have ever had), veggie pizza, fish and chips and the salmon. Again everything was delicious! I really recommend this pub. Lots of varieties of beer. It’s a great time!! Thanks again!!!“

“This was my first time at this pub. There was only one person attending to all the customers, taking orders, bringing food, serving drinks, etc.. The food was good and reasonably sized. The pub itself is an older establishment that has been locked in time.“

“The restaurant does not have the Open Table app for their servers, so when we arrived, they did not have our reservation for our group of 6. They made arrangements however. It's best to call them to reserve, and not use Open Table. Service was impacted a bit because the restaurant was very busy and our group added to the server's workload. It took a long time to be offered additional drinks or get our bill. A warning that the sweet potato fries are super salty.“

Our server/bartender/ runner/ host/ one man front of house machine GREG!!!! and his cook who we couldn't utilize sadly because only those two were running the place and we had a limited time. Great environment, menu looked amazing, amd great taps available. Gregg acknowledged every person walking through the door got us our drinks with perfect timing and could be seen running the floor to help everyone out. next time We're up north this place will be a for sure stop. and hopefully we can run into Gregg again to get the same stellar service.“
