“We’ve had a couple meals at the Helmway and they were delicious! The calamari is crispy and done just right, the harvest salad is excellent! The scallops were done to perfection…sweet and tender. The lobster risotto is excellent too! We had the cinnamon toast bread pudding…just wow!! The wine selection is just right! We’ll definitely go back and highly recommend the Helmway!! “Spectacular dining experience between the service, Sarah and Olivia were phenomenal! The food, the scratch made fettuccine was perfectly cooked and coated with the hearty bolognese full of flavor, the eggplant app was mouthwatering and the Gorgonzola dip w/ garlic bread was incredible- they should bottle the stuff! The atmosphere was inviting and full of locals who were eager to share their recommendations! 10/10 will be back!“

We were instantly seated & our Server, Isabella, was So Friendly! & kind took our drinks & apps pretty swiftly that night. “Great old school donut shop. Run by Portuguese family and they offer Malasadas every day. They also have really good apple fritters. Crispy on the edges. Carmelized sugar on the edges. One of the top 5 apple fritters I’ve had nationwide.“

“So so good! It’s a must go if you are anywhere in the area. We were heading out of Newport after a walk at the cliffs, and the sign caught our eye. Every sandwich we had was fresh and amazingly good! Fun, unique, and creative sandwiches, plus plenty of tried and true traditional sandwiches for those picky eaters.
