“Day trip today, first stop is Meldgie's. Meldgie's has been a staple for us over the past 20 years. We vacation in the area from Agawam, MA. Our first stop and only breakfast spot is Meldgies. The food, atmosphere and service is always spot on. Thank you for always being our go to over the years. Honorable mention to Ruby our waitress for delivering great food and service!!! See you in a few weeks when we come back for vacation.“

“We learned of Mews as both our kids went to URI. Our kids love the casual atmosphere and love the food. I’m here to give high praises to our waiter Peter. Having many dietary restrictions, he was so patient, and did everything he could to find an entree for me. I ended up with just basic salmon and brocolli - they tried, didn’t charge us for the full entree, I really truly appreciate that. Most eateries do not. My husband loved his Philly steak sandwich and great selection of beer! 1 out of 10 people can not digest alliums and dairy. Hint: Cabot Cheddar is lactose free, mayonnaise is not dairy : ).“

“Went to the Coast Guard House for my daughter's birthday a couple of weeks ago. Our server Julie made us feel comfortable like family. She was very attentive taking care of every need we might have. The food was great. I will definitely be back. Hope I get Julie for a server again.“

Enjoyed the Lobster Roll, homemade chips, wine and key lime cheesecake! Our waitress was super attentive and efficient. Prices are fair, if you plan to have more than one glass of wine...in some cases it's more cost efficient to buy the bottle! There is a takeout window and a Tiki Bar on George's beach. Next time, we plan to stay there for the day! Great views of all the boats made for a really wonderful day.“

“I recently ordered 7 live lobsters for a group dinner for 5. The lobsters were 1.5 to 2.0 lbs. They were shipped from Rhode Island to Michigan by Fed Ex and arrived on time and in perfect condition. Kudos to the Lobster Guy staff for a friendly and efficient process.
Their steaming cooking directions were the best with outstanding results.“

“My wife and I discovered the Hungry Haven a few weeks ago. We’ve been back four times and haven’t been disappointed yet. The food is great service is great good portions quaint atmosphere, if your hungry and in the area, Hungry Haven is the place.“

“A not so hidden gem! After a long day of fishing I decided I wanted a good seafood dinner, so I went to Iggy's. They were busy which is a good sign, I ordered a scallop combo meal, and even though they were busy, it came out so fast and was so hot and fresh! The amount they gave was just amazing, I can't say enough good things about here, next time I go fishing this will be my go to dinner place!“
