“I am writing in regards to your location in 609 Metacom Ave, Warren, RI 02885. I am not only a customer but a delivery person. I have frequented this location a large number of times and I want to make you aware of the amazing manager you have at this location. I witnessed her praise her staff and kept them completely calm during a very fast, peak time of the evening. With every burger that came out. Every cup handed to her. It was absolutely unbelievable how important she made each and every staff member feel. The smiles on their faces told a story. I am almost 50 years old and I have frequented many establishments over the years. I have never seen or heard anything like this in my life and I know how it is to be an employee and be praised for your hard work. Sometimes it means a lot more than the paycheck they receive. Sometimes it if you could please give “Alex” the praise she deserves. I would greatly appreciate it. Managers should all take advice from Alex’s handbook on being a manager. This lady is an absolute gem. Thank you for your time.“

“I hold mixed feelings on this McDonalds. When I am not being hit repeatedly by the underpaid employees that I bribed to do so, I am usually ordering 3 McDoubles and a side of the Burger King chicken Nuggets and immediately sending myself into diabetic shock. The store is not very wheelchair accessible and when I brought my morbidly obese friend there I tried to push him and his wheelchair up the deceptively deep ramp and I dropped him. He subsequently suffered from a cerebral hemmorrhage.

Overall, the money that I have received via lawsuits against this store have more than made up for their shortcomings. Good Job!

Dietary restrictions: They do not address ANY dietary restrictions, and I too have joined the ranks of the morbidly obese population of America.

Parking: When I went there I was under the influence of Acid and therefore it took me 20 minutes to navigate the parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: I had the employees carry me in a litter and address me as Pharoah.“

“This is, by far, the best Del’s location you will find in Rhode Island. Parking is not the best, as turning in or even exiting can be a hassle, but the quality of the frozen lemonade is worth it. “This is the first time I’ve wanted to rate a McDonald’s at more than five stars. Firstly, the young staff was very polite, cheerful, and accommodating. My cashier made a few recommendations that made sense and saved me money. They made a mistake on my “specialty sandwich” and when I politely took it back to the counter, another young person promptly apologized and promised to quickly correct it, which they quickly did. The manager himself brought the corrected order to my table. And perhaps the most surprising thing . . . All my food was actually hot. I almost never got my food hot at McDonald’s. At best, it’s usually slightly warm. My fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets were piping hot. I almost didn’t know McDonald’s could do that (because they never do). Before leaving, my wife and I stopped at the counter, called the manager over and thanked him and his young staff for such fine service. I could tell the manager was a nice and positive guy, not because of how he treated me but because of how positive, joyful, and cooperative his kitchen seemed to be. My hats off to this staff! “I was very hungry and decided to go to the jersey mikes near my house. The 2 young men working there whose names were Will and Jelson helped me pick a sandwich because I have never been there before. They recommended me the Big Kahuna and it was the best sandwich I have ever had. The service was amazing and the food came out quick. Usually I dont talk to the servers at fast food places but they were actually putting in an effort to make my experience wonderful. I 100% recommend!“
