“The Lobster Benny on the brunch menu was really delicious! The rich, creamy, and slightly acidic flavor of the hollandaise sauce combined perfectly with the savory and sweet flavors of the lobster.

The steak and eggs were also excellent. The garlic pan gravy took the dish to the next level.

Our table wasn’t ready until a little over ten minutes after our reservation time, so we hung out at the four-seat bar next to the host station for a bit.“

“Took my toddler here Monday and my only regret with coming here is that we’ve lived in North Smithfield for several years and this was our first time coming! My son (almost 3) loved seeing the cows and trucks that were set up there. We went inside to get a snack and he started having a mini meltdown because he wanted to go back outside. An employee (wish I got her name) came from behind the register and gave him a couple stickers and told me I was doing a great job, which really means a lot when you feel like you’re doing something wrong as a mom. I appreciate that woman more than she realized! 💕 I ordered a cream puff and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When the employee from behind the counter handed me my box she let me know she gave us an extra cookie! The employees really were amazing. My son loved his cookie, and I’ve been dreaming of that cream puff ever since 🤤 we can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream! Great snacks and even greater employees! Thank you for a great day!“

“Finally ate at Rhody Roots last night and the only thing i’m disappointed at is that we haven’t gone in and tried their food sooner. They were so accommodating, our server was fantastic,and everything we ate was amazing!! 10/10 100% recommend!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!“

My husband and I were also visiting for the second time this Saturday. There usually is two girls so she was short staffed not to mention she was under the counter trying to fix the credit card processing machine when multiple tables walked in so she tried her best to get every table situated as she didn't know who sat first or what. Now a days nobody has patience and it's awful now she has got these guys their coffees and she gets a few other tables drinks and comes back to take their order she says what can I get for you guys and they say the check so she looks confused and could see they were upset so she then tells them they are all set as she pays for their coffees! Then she starts taking the next tables order and they start shit talking her before they get to the door how ignorant and rude it's a family style diner and you can't even be patient or realize kids are presents entitled assholes. Anywho we love Timmy's & Tara & Natasha they are always so kind and prompt and try their best!“

I only got pics of our appetizers as we were hungry and chowed on our mani courses. Started with a 1930 DAQ, Wawtuhmelon and a Vino Rosso Gaio - all drinks were tasty! We started with the Truffle fries and the Crispy Duck Meatballs- oh my both were great! The flavor in the Duck meatballs was amazing! The sweet chili glaze just hits it out of the park! On to dinner I ordered the Steak Frites - excellent flavor and cooked perfect! Wife ordered the Chicken Picatta - very tasty with a great lemon flavor! Daughter ordered the Pink Vodka - also really flavorful with interesting noodles I had not had before. Thank you for a great experience- we shall be back! Thanks Chef Max!“

I got the Asiago cheese bagel with the from scratch homemade scallion cream cheese and I can honestly say this was the best bagel I have ever had. We also tried his fresh squeezed orange juice that was pure heaven and his homemade tuna and that was amazing too, it has a bit of a slow heat kick as you eat it, truly worth the trip as you won’t be disappointed! 100 % recommend. “We just came by boat with two little kids not realizing the new fall hours. The employee working saw them peaking into the window and was so kind bringing them each out doughboy donuts. It was such a generous and thoughtful gesture that truly made these two little kids day! We look forward to coming again in the spring (during hours your open)“

There was absolutely no strawberry until the muffin was just about gone and there was a tiny bit of filling at the very bottom and it barely tasted like strawberry. Really hope they can tweak that recipe because it was more so just a regular muffin with a cream cheese filling.. remove strawberry from the name at least.“

“Never heard of this brewery until we ate lunch at the Malted Bareley recently. Had one of their beers on tap and looked it up. As it turned out, it was only 5 minutes away. What a great neighborhood spot with plenty of outdoor space. Family friendly for sure with a great selection of beer and thankfully not hyper focused on IPA's. We will certainly be back.“
