“Celebrated my birthday last nigh food was outstanding as always service superb couldn’t have had a better experience it is this way each time I come I’m never afraid to bring guest as I am sure their experience will be out standing as well I want to commend the manager last night there was a young man that obviously felt entitled and acted inappropriately I sat at the next table and heard his nonsense over nothing and was acted poorly the manager was kind and gracious and handled this situation with such dignity snd class so not only impressed with meal wait staff but management as well LOVE THIS PLACE”

The Tuna Salad looks like it was plated by a contested on one of the cooking competitions. It is beautiful and tastes wonderful, as well. It is enough for two or three lunches for me. The restaurant is not fancy, but the food is quite delicious and always served at the right temperature. The brothers are friendly and eager to please.”

“Anderson needs a new special restaurant and they got it. Enjoyed the 5 course dinner for $85 and it was so worth it! Started with Nona's meatballs that we were moist and delish. Then the homemade ravioli, a real highlight. Salad and then the pork entree . Followed by the dessert platter. Holy greatness!. Took half of everything home for dinner the next night. Our server was fantastic, explained wine selections, food and was always checking on us throughout the meal. The atmosphere is cozy, sexy,and warm. A perfect place for that special night or just a drop in. Haven't been there for lunch yet, but plan to try it soon. Don't miss this hidden gem, Anderson.”

“This would normally be a total 5-star review but this incident has happened two times within the last few months. I completely understand the need for cleaning the floors between shift changes (and I do not have a problem with that) but the use of an extremely fragrant floor cleaner (Fabuloso) while customers are eating is unacceptable. I found it difficult to breathe (much less enjoy my meal) while inhaling the fumes. Please consider purchasing a different less-fragrant cleaner to use in the presence of dining customers.”

“We are new to Anderson, and our neighbor recommended that we try Earle St Kitchen. When we got there the place was very clean and we were greeted warmly. Our Waitor Silas was very helpful and explained the daily special. It was salmon, that's all my wife had to hear,and she ordered it, I went with the meatloaf. The drinks came quickly and were good. The food came soon after. I was more than impressed, I was blown away. The meatloaf was excellent, the portion was huge, the mashed potatoe fritters were amazing. My wife was over the moon with her salmon. We were impressed with the quality food and generous portions. We ordered the salted caramel cheesecake. You have to try it to believe just how good it is. We feel like we went to a local restaurant, never expecting to have 5 star food and service, at a very reasonable price. Needless to say...We are going back soon.”

My one and only gripe (again, I’m a picky eater) is that I have never heard of peas and Lima beans being in Mexican or Spanish rice and it just threw me. Everything else is great. They even bring multiple salsas and queso to the table that are complimentary. Try the Texas margarita!”

“This is the real deal in Mexican around here. It's in an old HoJo Resturant. so I'm not certain if that qualifies as high end Mexican, Classical Mexican, or Just Short of a Dive Mexican... but the place is clean and organized. Let's call it HoJo Mexican. We built a house just up the road. As we were building the place, we stopped by once or twice. Since then we have been numerous times and honestly each time the place has been better. Once during a fishing tournament they got absolutely slammed and had a tough time getting the food out, but they sprung for some free margaritas so all was forgiven. The folks who work here are seriously hard workers. The lady who owns it works harder than anyone I have ever seen in a Resturant. Their cooks are great. Everything is prepared after you order and it's done in a very reasonable amount of time (unless there is a major fishing tournament, LOL). The food is great. I've tried everything I can think of on the menu that I would remotely enjoy and it's all good. They can make anything you would like, and to be honest my wife and I often simply order a couple of soft tacos, chicken, with sliced avocados. The chips are some of th best I have had anywhere. Freshly cooked, thin, super crispy. Same for the salsa, excellent. They have regular and spicy. Neither is too hot for me. I like hot, but don't care for painfully hot. Oh don't forget that they have a full bar... They have Margaritas of all sorts... and then they have Texas Margaritas. As best as I can figure, that is equivalent to a "loaded" Margarita. They are good. The menu includes beer, tequilas, and whiskeys. I suspect that they can make whatever you want, but suffice it to say that if you are there for Mexican and want an appropriate drink... it's available.”

We love Italian & Greek food but each one of us got Italian dishes: 2 stromboli's and a manicotti dinner and garlic knots for appetizer. The .manicotti was a bit hot (possibly hot red pepper flakes?) but it was the best I've had since moving to GA from Pittsburgh, PA 6yrs ago. My son & husband had stromboli's and looked them as well. If you're looking for a restaurant with good food I definitely recommend this place. I was debating between the manicotti and gyro but I'm glad I had manicotti. My mom used to make homemade manicotti for me for my birthdaysince I was a kid and this was just as good minus red pepper flakes. You'll enjoy each bite.”

I’ve seen a few people refer to it as the best pizza in Anderson. I don’t know about that . I’ve even seen a couple of folks declare it the best pizza in the upstate. It definitely is not that .

Its chain pizza is what it is , albeit with a tastier crust than most chains . The dough is advertised as proofed for 48 hours , and it’s seems to be true .
The pizza is cooked in an open flame oven .

Half of this was double pepperoni with extra 3 cheese blend , the other half was pepperoni, Italian sausage and extra mozzarella.
It actually tasted a bit better when I warmed up the leftovers .

Is the best in Anderson ? I don’t know it’s the only pizza I’ve had in Anderson . It’s not even close to being the best in the upstate , but my wife liked the wings , loved the salad bar , and the pizza was tasty enough that we will be back again .

EDIT: I should have mentioned that of the 3 crust styles , I opted for the thin over the more traditional hand-tossed .”

“It's an affordable menu with fast service and a lot of variety, not my go-to coffee place but the coffee's actually very good despite the small selection. I don't live near Anderson but I wouldn't mind making a trip to the mall just for this place. The customer service is amazing as well as the overall esthetic. One of the few bakeries I've felt that deserves every bit of recognition they get.

The place was spotless, the waitress went above and beyond to serve us with 100% satisfaction, and our meals were very delicious to say the least. We were served salsa and chips while we waited on our entrees, and the portions were extra large for each meal selection. We had 1 beef burrito, 1 enchilada, 1 taco, and stuffed zucchini with grilled chicken, onions, bell peppers, and shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. What I wasn't able to finished, my husband completed!! The Arnold Palmer was perfectly blended! When you dine out at a restaurant that is super clean, along with excellent service, that's a plus all-round for me. Lord willing, we will return soon, as well as recommend you to others.”

“We came to Anderson to watch our grandson play football, at Anderson University (which is only about a 20 minute drive) and had a wonderful relaxing time. The campground was very nice, quiet and clean. Cindy (I believe she was over. seeing the Campground while the owners were away) was awesome! She checked on us each day to see if we needed anything, gave us rides on the golf cart around the campground and even hung out and chatted around the fire a couple nights with us. As I said before it’s convenient located to AU, ClemsonUniversity and downtown Anderson. The restaurant on site was excellent unfortunately we didn’t have time to take advantage of the waterpark but it looked like so much fun. We will definitely be back.”

We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 and was seated in the bar area were no other patrons were currently being seated. There were plenty of people out in the main dining area so we figured that they must just be short on servers and that we would be waiting on by the bar hostess. The first item we ordered was an appetizer (chips with chili quest) that we didn’t find out for almost 20 minutes they were out of. Deciding to change our selection we ordered a second appetizer that we thought was going to be tater tots and it turns out it was balls of hash browns deep-fried in old oil that tasted absolutely terrible and were extremely greasy. We ordered food ( chicken and waffles) and about 10 minutes later we were told that they no longer had that item because they were out of waffles so we were once again asked to change our order. When we got the hamburger to replace the chicken and waffles they said they couldn’t make it was on a bun that was soaked in some type of fluid (water or grease it didn’t really matter) but it made eating the hamburger virtually impossible. We spoke to the waitress about the tater tots and she was going to take it off the bill but when the bill arrived she had not done it and informed me that the management would let her do it. She was preoccupied because they were closing early so maybe she never tried If your idea of a good meal with bad service is a sloppy hamburger and s ball of hash browns that are greasy and taste like an old oil then this is the place for you. It’s not $45 that I’ll wish to spend in that location ever again.”

The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload”
