“I was Blindsided by this place. I drove by it for years. Finally stopped in. Plain and simple, this place has a serious manager. Never even met him/her. But, I have never seen a Subway so clean and well kept. The sandwiches are made perfect. The staff seem to be following strict instructions whether they feel well or not. That tells me someone knows how to manage. Sandwiches are always good. This is literally the last Subway I will eat at in the country. I gave up on the rest. Good job guys.“

“On August 23, 2025, a large commercial fire occurred outside Holly Hill, SC. Fire departments from multiple counties responded and were on scene all day. When it became apparent that the response would continue through the night, the American Red Cross was contacted to provide water, snacks, and dinner for approximately 40-50 firefighters. I contacted the Holly Hill Subway store 17288 at approximately 7:30pm to inquire whether they could possibly make sandwiches for 60 people right away. There was only one employee at the time, a young gentleman named Dhruv. He said he could make that happen. When I arrived at the store a few minutes later, he had already laid out the bread and made a plan. He assembled 30 footlong sandwiches in about an hour, with no advance notice. When other customers came into the store, he efficiently worked their orders in to his system. He was organized, detail oriented, and friendly. I want to thank Dhruv for helping us out so much last night. The firefighters were grateful to have fresh sandwiches and the Red Cross is always appreciative of our local partners that make it possible for us to serve in our community.“
