“Typical Subway. The prices have increased since the last time I was there, but everything has, so . The menu has changed too. One thing I really do not like is, when you order a specifically named sandwich from their menu they ask you what you want on it. And then they have to look at the menu to make it. When I went this time, he still didn't put the correct items on it. The kids really liked the WARM footlong cookie!The restaurant was mostly clean. Crumbs on several tables from where people recently left.All the staff were friendly.

Vegetarian options: You can get whatever you want on a sandwich.

“The only issue I have is that new guy on the grill making the hot subs—he messes up my sub EVERY SINGLE TIME! How hard is it to follow a ticket? The young ladies who take the order write down exactly what I ask for, but as soon as it gets to him, it’s like he decides, “Screw it, I’ll do what I want!” Who does that? I’m beyond frustrated! “I have not had Subway in years due to a few bad experiences and the rise of Jersey Mikes, but there are some things you just can't get at other chains. For myself, it is the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. A few months ago, I gave this location a shot...Hands down, one of the most consistent and friendly experiences I think I've ever had at a fast food joint (the first time and the 4 or 5 times since). Sauce and condiments are inside the bread where they belong when I get home to eat. No pic as I barely got the car in park when I got home to eat...“

“This place has the best hot subs around. Every time I go there I have tried a different sandwich and I have loved everyone of them.. they are reasonably priced and affordable. Most if the employees were wonderful at this location. The older woman who took our order and money was not nice at all.. it seemed like she does not like working with the public and should be in a different career field but what ever.. luckily we were done with her after we paid for our order.. I would say you gotta try this place out if you haven't already“

“I like the Subway at Citadel Mall in West Ashley. They are a good Subway in just about every aspect and the location is perfect inside the mall, but still enclosed and separate from the food court area. They are consistent in their quality and sandwich artistry and I have always had excellent sandwiches every time that I have been here. The staff here is cool and listens well.“

“If you’re looking for a truly good Jimmy John’s where everything is done right, I recommend stopping by the location at 7565 Rivers Ave D, North Charleston, SC. Everything here is top-notch: the sandwiches are fresh, tasty, neatly prepared, and made quickly.

I want to specifically mention one employee (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name). It’s clear that this person knows what they’re doing. Thanks to people like him, everything runs smoothly here, and you always get exactly what you came for.

I’ve visited many other locations in this chain, but this Jimmy John’s stands out. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to. If you’re looking for great fast food in Charleston, I highly recommend this location!“

I spent the hour oy, I arrived at 7:30, they are the only one open, How strange, but they were busy.
As always, the sandwich came out delicious and the service was professional.

From the sec we walked in till we left was a great time.
The 2 young gentlemen working were very friendly. Joked around and had fun. I appreciate fully the way they worked. They seemed happy to be at work and not miserable having to do their job. Customer service was some of the best service I've ever had. Even if i don't like the sub I'll be back on Customer service alone. Store was clean which unfortunately isnt cared about in most places ive been. I didn't even want a large sub but was up sold and it worked. If i could give more than 5 🌟 i would, well deserving of more!“
