“Typical Subway. The prices have increased since the last time I was there, but everything has, so . The menu has changed too. One thing I really do not like is, when you order a specifically named sandwich from their menu they ask you what you want on it. And then they have to look at the menu to make it. When I went this time, he still didn't put the correct items on it. The kids really liked the WARM footlong cookie!The restaurant was mostly clean. Crumbs on several tables from where people recently left.All the staff were friendly.

“The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. “What is the point of placing and paying for your order online if you have to stand in line when you get there with everyone who is ordering in the store. Would it not make sense to be able to go straight to the pickup counter? That’s what every other food business does. Super annoying and will make sure I don’t go back. “I like the Subway at Citadel Mall in West Ashley. They are a good Subway in just about every aspect and the location is perfect inside the mall, but still enclosed and separate from the food court area. They are consistent in their quality and sandwich artistry and I have always had excellent sandwiches every time that I have been here. The staff here is cool and listens well.“

“Big communication issues with the girl at the counter. She didn't pay attention or remember anything well. I asked for a GF club sub and Club Supreme on herb bread. Next thing I know, she is making a Large club sub sandwich on herb bread. I asked her if that was mine. She said yes. I never asked for a large. She cut it in half. And asked what the GF one was. I said Club Sub. She said they're both club sub? I said no, the other one was supposed to be a club supreme, but don't worry about it now. I told her what before and she finished the sandwich I asked her to put the bacon on. She said, didn't you say no bacon. No this is my first time mentioning bacon. The other guy made the GF sub and it was much smoother. Glad I didn't order ahead.“

“I have not had Subway in years due to a few bad experiences and the rise of Jersey Mikes, but there are some things you just can't get at other chains. For myself, it is the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. A few months ago, I gave this location a shot...Hands down, one of the most consistent and friendly experiences I think I've ever had at a fast food joint (the first time and the 4 or 5 times since). Sauce and condiments are inside the bread where they belong when I get home to eat. No pic as I barely got the car in park when I got home to eat...“

The manager Alex took care of me. He was so nice and accommodating. The food is always delicious and we love going there every chance we get.
I’ve had sandwiches and salads.
I love supporting our first responders and this another way of doing that.
