“Typical Subway. The prices have increased since the last time I was there, but everything has, so . The menu has changed too. One thing I really do not like is, when you order a specifically named sandwich from their menu they ask you what you want on it. And then they have to look at the menu to make it. When I went this time, he still didn't put the correct items on it. The kids really liked the WARM footlong cookie!The restaurant was mostly clean. Crumbs on several tables from where people recently left.All the staff were friendly.

“The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. Minus the UberEats merchant system issues, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Russ and the team provided me. Wonderful!“

“What is the point of placing and paying for your order online if you have to stand in line when you get there with everyone who is ordering in the store. Would it not make sense to be able to go straight to the pickup counter? That’s what every other food business does. Super annoying and will make sure I don’t go back. The whole reason for placing the order online is so you can stop by quickly and pickup....,not stand in line for an additional 10 minutes for the lunch rush.“

“The only issue I have is that new guy on the grill making the hot subs—he messes up my sub EVERY SINGLE TIME! How hard is it to follow a ticket? The young ladies who take the order write down exactly what I ask for, but as soon as it gets to him, it’s like he decides, “Screw it, I’ll do what I want!” Who does that? I’m beyond frustrated! They are a good Subway in just about every aspect and the location is perfect inside the mall, but still enclosed and separate from the food court area. I went to the subway on dorchester rd last week, the one in the shopping plaza with publix next to ashley phosphate, and the women working in there, especially the chubby white girl with darker blonde hair just seemed like they hated life and every customer that walked in. That white girl put off such bad vibes I felt depressed when I left there. I came in with a smile saying hello and told her I had an online order. She said she hadnt made it yet which i expected, I let her know thats fine i just placed it. Then asked how her day is today and didnt get a word out of her. She did not want to conversate, smile, make eye contact, nothing.

BUT THIS LOCATION ON UNIVERSITY! OMG I LOVE YOU!!!
