“The little hiding piece of perfection was awesome! Food, we had banners and corned beef, was delicious. Bartender was constantly making sure we were good. Servers was friendly and helpful.

Other than the perfect lighting, great selection and staff my only thought was some Irish music would have set a better tone.

Side note : save a little room for a small frozen yogurt next door. They staff was great too and their yogurt delicious!

“Fast service when your very hungry and the food is spot on. Wait staff are very friendly and attentive. I take my family there once a week to catch up with each other and Cabana always facilitates wonderfully.“

“I normally do not like shrimp and grits but theirs was delicious! Also the pasta salad, squash, butter beans, and tomato pie were yummy as well. I hate sugared cornbread so that was a no for me. The crab cake wasn't bad but I personally don't think it's worth that price. Great service, location, and food overall!“

“Awesome place to eat, I had no idea it was right next to the pour house. The service was awesome, the suggestions were better and I know I’ll be making a 2nd return maybe even a 3rd. The atmosphere was great and they had a beautiful bar and more seating outside which is covered my plants so you’d never know there would be seating. It also blocks the traffic, I would have to say I did love the drinks but I’d rather a cider beer. But I managed and overall an awesome place.“

“First time visit recommended by nephew. Great food, great server and prompt service. Always try to be considerate in not overstaying our welcome when people are waiting to be seated. We finished our lunch having been there a total of one hour , enjoying talk with nephew who we hadn’t seen in months when another employee rudely and abruptly said “so, are you ready to settle up?” Never have we felt like we were being ejected from a restaurant! And the real rub is there were at least 3 empty tables and a booth in our seating area. We three were so stunned by her rude manners, we politely gave her our card, (and she took the liberty of pre-selecting a 22% tip which we gladly gave our server)paid our bill and left - NEVER TO RETURN!“

I’ve been fans of Kwei Fei since back in the days of their pop ups at The Daily. They’ve always brought the heat (literally) and have been eager to try this new venture, Beautiful South.

Stopped in for Sunday Brunch and it did not disappoint. The char siu fried rice had that familiar wok char and was on point! Also had the char siu bao, salt and pepper pork, and shumai. It brought back memories of dim sum in the Bay Area (big compliment) but without the old lady that gets mad when u don’t like what she has on her cart! ?

“I went into this after flying in from CA. I wasn’t sure what to expected given there aren’t that many vegan options in Charleston, but wow! This place was great! The staff were kind. The food had so many flavors packed into it. I couldn’t believe it! And the cocktails were really good.“

“I have been Rancho Lewis several times before and have always enjoyed it. It was a nice place to be on a cold and rainy day. Our server was attentive and the food was very flavorful. We were a group of ladies chatting and reminiscing and catching up with one another. All of us exclaimed over the large portion sizes. My Christmas Burrito was so large that I was able to have it for dinner. I will definitely go back.“
