“We loved this place! Our family went Saturday evening and had a blast. So many good options it was hard to choose. Our service was great, the lady who took our order was so sweet and even recommended options. Food was delicious and the wait wasn’t bad at all. We enjoyed the nice weather and the kids were happy playing with chalk and connect four. I love that it’s pet friendly. They have large water bowls sitting out in case your pup gets thirsty. 10/10 would recommend. Our experience was very pleasant and we had 10+ people.“

“I’ve heard so much about Capriotti’s that I tried the one in Steele Creek! I’m glad I did! The tuna was amazing! I got the pickled peppers with oil and vinegar, lettuce, tomatoes onion, and pickles. The bread tasted FRESHLY baked and was SOFT! I ordered the small and was STUFFED! I asked for extra mayo, but it wasn’t in the bag. Ordered thru Door Dash.“

I just want to offer praise for the associates that work there. Not a giant staff, but they are trained well, offer good service and you can tell they have a system that’s working . We order dinner so have only had interaction with the night shift male employee., I can't remember his name, but he deserves a huge raise and a recurring bonus. Give him his own Subway franchise! He embodies what Subway is and stands for. You can tell he absolutely loves his job. Waiting for my order this evening, I as well as others witnessed him make 8 subs in 15 min. During the last month ordering at this location, after ordering at another one just down the road, this man can make a sub!

“I visited this location on Labor Day and it was so busy but the staff did an outstanding job keeping up with orders and customers. They were organized and communicated well with their customers that were waiting. The employees worked well under pressure together and had great attitudes even though they had a lot of online orders as well as walk-ins. I was very impressed with the staff and this location. The dining room was clean. Job well done!“
