“WOW! We stopped here for subs on a road trip and Danielle just warmed my heart. She was so sweet and did such a great job making the sandwiches. Even after sitting in the fridge 2 days, my boyfriend’s leftover sandwich still tasted fresh and delicious. I wish we had one in Charleston, and it’ll definitely be a place we stop back by on trips in the future. Especially this location, thanks to Danielle.“

“This place was the best Subway ever under the prior ownership. The owner was very nice. He maybe worked too much, but he was always very accommodating and friendly.

The new owner isn't nearly as visible in the restaurant. The napkins in the dining area are often out of stock. They didn't have drink carriers when I really needed one. Also, they've been a bit skimpy on the toppings if I order ahead in the app and can't ask for more.

Honestly, despite all the complaints, it's still an above average Subway. I just miss the old owner as he created an exceptional experience.“

“We have been regularly coming here for years, always consistently good food. Today I had my usual nacho basket, for some reason the jalapeños are now dumped on top of the chips, I suppose for presentation. problem is that the juice makes the chips soggy. this might seem petty but there's nothing worse than soggy chips. also the cheese sauce was brown and clumpy, like it was old. this was my first bad meal. please go back to the peppers in a cup and a nice fresh creamy cheese sauce. thanks!“

“Rebekah the general manager at the South Lake location went above and beyond for myself and 2 other teachers at Deerfield Elementary School. She drove her personal vehicle and used her gas to deliver an Uber eats order that I had issues receiving. I’ve NEVER experienced customer service at such a superior level. I told her that I didn’t need her to do it, and she insisted because she didn’t want our experience ruined. How extraordinary is that?! She inconvenienced HERSELF to own a problem that wasn’t even her’s! We were so grateful of her actions and I wanted to make sure I took time out of my day to express my gratitude to her.“

“So good that after all of my years on Google, I had to come on here and make my second review EVER. Anyways, today was a day full of unexpected events. I decided to end the day off with a nice sub from subway. And man, was it a good decision. We ordered online and it was ready right when they said it would be. I got the #18 Italian sub, and it kept getting better with every bite and the ingredients just falling out of the sub as I eat it. In the store, the atmosphere was nice, the employees welcomed me in, and then I grabbed my sprite from the refrigerator which just topped it off on this nice, 105° day.

Parking: Store is beside Shell and Corner Pantry, you will have to park in the Gas Station parking lot and walk there or park elsewhere.“

“Frequently order lunch for delivery from this location. They have been nothing short of great every time I order. The subs are always delicious and they always deliver it in a timely manner. This is definitely my go-to when I don’t bring lunch. My favorite is the turkey Tom and the summer jalapeño chicken wrap“

“I have eaten here a few times. The chicken salad is great! The croissant each time is a bit dry. I switched to their wheat bread, which was better. The quality of their chicken salad is amazing. So flavorful! The lettuce and tomato are fresh. The cute little cookie you get just ordering a sandwich was a nice treat! I’ve tried the broccoli cheddar soup, that is very cheesy and tasty. The pasta salad was kind of bland and a super small portion but that’s ok. They have lots of options to figure out what you like. The price is not bad if you just do the sandwich, less than $10. My favorite is the Kickin’ Kay Lynne. The sriracha is a nice touch! The cranberry Kelly is good too! That one reminds me of cape cod chicken salad like back home. This place is always packed but the staff is always nice and get you in and out pretty quickly. My new favorite lunch spot!“

“I order on the app & my food is always ready in the time it says it will be & this is definitely not the case at some other locations I order from that are less busy. The sandwichs are exactly the way I ask for them to be with 'less or more' for certain ingredients. The staff are always friendly & the store is always clean. There's another location closer to where I live, but the extra drive time/miles is well worth it!“

“We've been to this Subway many times and usually its just ok. This week (Wednesday) we went in and the the dining area was new and fresh. The 2 young men at the counter were very exceptional. Friendly and attentive, they meticulously laid each individual piece of meat yet with speed. They were appropriately generous with the meat, cheese or other toppings. I'm hoping these 2 are new managers or something like that. We'll gladly come back if they're still running the place. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them.“

“I was waiting in line behind a large family and the sweet girl that was on her break walked over cutting her break short and took my order and made my sandwich to perfection. She was so sweet. I think her name was Kelsie but I’m not positive. I had a horrible day and she made it a little brighter not even knowing what I was going through. The world needs more people like her!“
