“This Zaxbys’s here has great service and an absolutely amazing staff Sierra and Katie were above and beyond awesome!!! The experience tonight we sat in downtown Greenville zaxbys on south church streets line for 30 mins to be told they had no chicken available. To cook for us and their grill was broken so they couldn’t make toast either. Luckily Zaxbys’s in mauldin stay open a little later then the rest. as we got there Sierra kindly took our order swiftly and promptly! My fiance spoke with her and told her about the situation at south church street she and Katie took it upon their selves to apologize for the poor service we received prior from down town Greenvilles location and even gave us free milkshakes for the inconvenience. The food as well was very wonderful I am beyond satisfied with this location thank you ~ The Mattisons“

“The kids in my family love the playground so we come here frequently. Although a very busy place, it's usually clean and well staffed when we've been here. I've been told they have community events here throughout the week??? The employees have always been pleasant and polite. This is probably a good as it gets for fast food. “This place got me through tons of cravings over these last few months. The service and staff are wonderful, and the drive through experience is quick and painless. Unfortunately I think they might be officially out of the old waffle fries and have switched over to the reformulated waffle fries that have a starchy texture to them despite the nice crisp that the reform was trying to accomplish. “We’ve come to this location 3 times and we have had the best service every time. Every one is so polite. We’ve only had one time that our order wasn’t exactly right but it was a pretty minor issue. The next time, they included a few cookies in our bag for the wait but we didn’t even feel like the wait was bad at all. It was a nice surprise.“

“Came here for some hot chicken, have been to the original princes in Nashville and wanted to compare. The wife got the medium tenders and I got the xhot chicken sandwich. Chicken was fresh, with the perfect amount of breading. The wife said the medium wasn't as hot as she was hoping. The xhot was more of a hot for me, I'll definitely do the xxhot next time. Love this place, perfect outdoor seating for dogs. The only thing I don't care for is that it's a little expensive because is downtown Greenville. Will go back again, still reccomend. Just don't expect it to be affordable.“

“This is my FAVORITE LOCATION! The managers come out and bring your order to you, the staff are very friendly and listen attentively. And their french fries are always hot and crispy! Their sandwich bun is gluten-free and tastes delicious!This location knows how to add the right amount of sugar to their sweet tea! Love this location!!

“Kayla Crady at the Main St/Hwy 14 location in Simpsonville absolutely went above and beyond for my group of seniors on January 7. Not only did she make it seamless to place an order for 20 seniors, she (and her team) got every single order correct and out very quickly. The seniors loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was not hectic or loud which is perfect for the memory care residents I had with me. Kayla checked on us periodically & also surprised us all with a sample of the Key Lime Frosted Lemonade which they all enjoyed greatly! Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had with my group at a restaurant!!!“
