“Zaxby in mauldin is on point great, the food is excellent and great portion for the money. And service is good. Do not go to zaxby downtown greenville, or the 1 in Simpsonville. Simpsonville being the worse 3 times. Food was short, no condiments and the best salad they ever came up with was horrible. Now the salad (sensation w a z) has not been good at any zaxby this time around. The lettuce is not mixed greens as it use to be in 2010, and it's not good to take home because of how it's put together now. It's not the best that it used to be and it's not happy food anymore it upsets you because of the quality of the salad. That's from Simpsonville mauldin downtown and greenville laurens rd. Mauldin hands down is the best to receive good hot food. It's been consistent. My children always choose this place. Even during covid time they stayed consistent. That's mauldin zaxby.“

“This place got me through tons of cravings over these last few months. The service and staff are wonderful, and the drive through experience is quick and painless. Unfortunately I think they might be officially out of the old waffle fries and have switched over to the reformulated waffle fries that have a starchy texture to them despite the nice crisp that the reform was trying to accomplish. It’s a noticeable enough difference that my cravings are completely gone now 😬“

“Came here for some hot chicken, have been to the original princes in Nashville and wanted to compare. The wife got the medium tenders and I got the xhot chicken sandwich. Chicken was fresh, with the perfect amount of breading. The wife said the medium wasn't as hot as she was hoping. The xhot was more of a hot for me, I'll definitely do the xxhot next time. Love this place, perfect outdoor seating for dogs. The only thing I don't care for is that it's a little expensive because is downtown Greenville. Will go back again, still reccomend. Just don't expect it to be affordable.“

“Good chicken and fries. Great sauces. The service is always fine but not extraordinary. If you go when it's busy, expect long waits, even if you order ahead. The dining room isn't very inviting, very uncomfortable seating. It's definitely more of a drive thru/take-out place.
Wish they'd give more sauce (1 sauce for five tenders is wild) and let you pick up online orders in the drive thru. But overall, it's consistently good and we pick up tenders to go every few months.“

“Me and my son's fav fast food chain. He's happy the play area is open now cause he loves it, of course! The food is fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I also get the same thing a Chick-fil-A sandwich combo and it's bangin. I always get Dr pepper and it's quite tasty as well. There's no place like Chick-fil-A. You gotta eat there. “Great people. I was charged for a sandwich I didn't order. I called and asked if they could refund just the sandwich over the phone. The manager said he couldn't without having the card present but he could refund the entire purchase without me coming back. That was so nice of him. I was in town for my son to have back surgery at Shriners Hospital. That was his first meal after surgery. I really appreciate the kindness the employees all showed.“

“This might be the fastest drive thru I've been too in a long time! Everyone was kind when I ordered, and the food was excellent. There's been one time when they got really backed up and they compensated me with some free brownies, this location genuinely cares, and it's why they've gotten more of my money than I like to admit lol. Highly recommend visiting if you're on the go or want something quick to run back to work with.“

“Extremely clean floors. Very spacious. Many tables could have used a good wipe down, especially when slow like then. They were just taking pot pies ? out of oven & we asked for those. They were amazingly good. Staff, the only one we saw, was very friendly & helpful.“

“Kayla Crady at the Main St/Hwy 14 location in Simpsonville absolutely went above and beyond for my group of seniors on January 7. Not only did she make it seamless to place an order for 20 seniors, she (and her team) got every single order correct and out very quickly. The seniors loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It was not hectic or loud which is perfect for the memory care residents I had with me. Kayla checked on us periodically & also surprised us all with a sample of the Key Lime Frosted Lemonade which they all enjoyed greatly! Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had with my group at a restaurant!!!“

“This is my FAVORITE LOCATION! The managers come out and bring your order to you, the staff are very friendly and listen attentively. And their french fries are always hot and crispy! Their sandwich bun is gluten-free and tastes delicious!This location knows how to add the right amount of sugar to their sweet tea! Love this location!!
