“Went through the drive-thru last night, seemed to take a long time to order, pay, & receive our food.
There was also a miscommunication or something; the cashier/order taker said they were out of toast over the intercom when we placed our order, so we thought they were out of bread.
Once we got our order there was a literal piece of bread, untoasted, in our plates...it was kind of confusing as to what they were out of.
They do have an amazing chocolate ? milkshake ? though... ? ? ?“

“I hadn't been to Popeye's in 10+ years. My son and I decided to eat lunch there today and we're not only thrilled with our food, but with the whole vibe of this establishment. After finishing our food we talked with Steve, the GM and his AM shift lead whose name I didn't grab. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. It's refreshing to go out to eat at a fast food place and have such a positive experience. Our chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside, the popcorn shrimp on point, the rice and beans were hearty and full of flavor and the mashed potatoes were incredible. As someone who enjoys flavorful food this was a surprisingly delightful meal and we will be back again soon! Well done Steve and team, keep up the great work!“

“This KFC is very good. The staff is very friendly and they greet you right away. My food is always good. Hot food is hot and cold food is cold. My only complaint is that when you get it to go, they put the cole slaw in the box with the hot food. I take it out when I get to my car so it won't be warm when I get home. I just need to remember to ask them to pack it separate.“

“I moved here in 2017 from DC where there is a Popeyes almost on every corner!! had stopped coming to this Popeyes because the team was so rude EVERYTIME, and they were always out of chicken when I came. How is that? And you're gonna be rude on top of it? Well, my Popeyes taste buds ran so high today that I said, "I'll try one last time!" So glad I did, thanks to Johnny. His customer service hospitality was top notch! I had a few special questions to which he graciously accommodated. Great job, sir! You have redeemed the franchise!“

“Not the most fabulous Chic-fil-A we have been to. The place was dirty with a sticky floor; food was fine; server missed a drink on a very easy app order; and attention to the front counter was non-existent… almost like customers standing at the counter and waiting for refills were invisible. Artwork on the wall was amazing, but that’s not really why we come.“

“I'm not sure if this is something all the chains are doing now but made me very uncomfortable, but the girl came out the door / window at drive thru stopped me beforehand so I wasn't directly in front of the door she took my card and phone to scan rewards and pay for the food it took a little too long for my comfort and when she finally came back she had everything in hand ( phone could have fell because her hands were full) but I just didn't think they were supose to do that.“

Zaxbys customer service reached out and provided a full refund for my order. I upgraded the rating because of their follow up and great customer service.
I ordered through the mobile app to save time and had a horrible experience. I was first offered someone else’s order and then told to go park at the front of the business because my order was “almost ready.” I gave them 30 minutes and then finally parked to go inside, concerned that I was completely forgotten about despite there being very few other customers. As I was walking inside, the drive-thru employee came running with my food and said “sorry, it was in front of me the whole time but I didn’t see it.” As expected, all of my food was somewhere between room temperature and cold but I couldn’t afford to wait another 30 minutes by asking them to remake it. I also upgraded my Wingz and Thingz meal to have a large fry and I think I got less fries than I’ve ever gotten with a regular meal. This meal was a total disappointment and a waste of $25. This would be a 1 star review but the employees were friendly, despite forgetting about me.“
