“Went through the drive-thru last night, seemed to take a long time to order, pay, & receive our food.
There was also a miscommunication or something; the cashier/order taker said they were out of toast over the intercom when we placed our order, so we thought they were out of bread.
Once we got our order there was a literal piece of bread, untoasted, in our plates...it was kind of confusing as to what they were out of.
They do have an amazing chocolate ? milkshake ? though... ? ? ?“

“This KFC is very good. The staff is very friendly and they greet you right away. My food is always good. Hot food is hot and cold food is cold. My only complaint is that when you get it to go, they put the cole slaw in the box with the hot food. I take it out when I get to my car so it won't be warm when I get home. I just need to remember to ask them to pack it separate.“

“I hadn't been to Popeye's in 10+ years. My son and I decided to eat lunch there today and we're not only thrilled with our food, but with the whole vibe of this establishment. After finishing our food we talked with Steve, the GM and his AM shift lead whose name I didn't grab. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. It's refreshing to go out to eat at a fast food place and have such a positive experience. Our chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside, the popcorn shrimp on point, the rice and beans were hearty and full of flavor and the mashed potatoes were incredible. As someone who enjoys flavorful food this was a surprisingly delightful meal and we will be back again soon! Well done Steve and team, keep up the great work!“

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like this one is well-deserved. I’ve only been to the Popeyes in Anderson a handful of times, but every single time, Pamala has been the one to help me. She is consistently joyful, kind, and polite.
I know how tough it can be to work with the public day in and day out, and it’s not always easy to keep a positive attitude. Pamala not only does that—she excels at it. Her customer service goes above and beyond, and it’s clear she takes pride in what she does.
It’s the little things—her smile, her kindness, and the way she treats people with respect—that truly make a difference. Those qualities go a long way, and they don’t go unnoticed. Popeyes is lucky to have someone like her representing their team, and I hope she knows the impact she makes on customers like me. She is absolutely crushing it. I will be back because of her!“

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to the Clemson sc location! I thought I lost my promise ring so I called to see if they’d found it. They looked and called me back. They said they would call back again once they cleaned up for closing if they found it. I ended up finding it myself and they called me back to assure me they didn’t find it. I commend the dedication and I’m so appreciative that they searched for it and kept me updated. Very good customer service!“

“food came out extremely fast. one plate got made wrong due to miscommunication on my end but emily got my replacement out to me even faster. currently sitting in the lobby tearing this salad upppp.wings and things bomb. and the shake is amazing.“
