“Went through the drive-thru last night, seemed to take a long time to order, pay, & receive our food.
There was also a miscommunication or something; the cashier/order taker said they were out of toast over the intercom when we placed our order, so we thought they were out of bread.
Once we got our order there was a literal piece of bread, untoasted, in our plates...it was kind of confusing as to what they were out of.
They do have an amazing chocolate ? milkshake ? though... ? ? ?“

“Went to one KFC drive-thru and was told to come inside to order cause they were swamped. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! Went to the other KFC and had an extremely difficult time hearing the order taker over the intercom. Also, my food wasn't wrapped properly. I'm not a customer any longer.“

“I hadn't been to Popeye's in 10+ years. My son and I decided to eat lunch there today and we're not only thrilled with our food, but with the whole vibe of this establishment. After finishing our food we talked with Steve, the GM and his AM shift lead whose name I didn't grab. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. It's refreshing to go out to eat at a fast food place and have such a positive experience. Our chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside, the popcorn shrimp on point, the rice and beans were hearty and full of flavor and the mashed potatoes were incredible. As someone who enjoys flavorful food this was a surprisingly delightful meal and we will be back again soon! Well done Steve and team, keep up the great work!“

“I must say after watching this crew work with only 3 ppl and run the store like a well oiled machine is AMAZING! It was like they had a full staff. 1 cook, 1 front line, and the Manager Pamela on the drive through and still helping whenever her staff/team needed her saw amazing to watch... They all kept a positive and calm demeanor about themselves!
The only reason I gave them a four star on atmosphere is because they were working so hard and they kept everything flowing and going some people were frustrated. I told some of them you have to look at how well they are going and flowing they should be proud. They're not having an attitude or not wanting to walk off theirJobs. They was very appreciative of me noticing how hard they worked and were working. The customers took another look at the situation and said WOW your right, and agreed of how well they were working!
It speaks volume for Pamela and her staff members.“

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to the Clemson sc location! I thought I lost my promise ring so I called to see if they’d found it. They looked and called me back. They said they would call back again once they cleaned up for closing if they found it. I ended up finding it myself and they called me back to assure me they didn’t find it. I commend the dedication and I’m so appreciative that they searched for it and kept me updated. Very good customer service!“

“Quick and efficient service, and the food is great. The employee that helped me (Jason) was very kind and had a great attitude. As someone who has managed restaurants for over a decade, employees who show that level of respect and kindness are hard to come by. Highly appreciated“

“I went through the drive thru and got me a 10 piece chicken tender. On my mama! Whoever was back there on 11/08/2025 at 5:12PM needs kudos and a raise! These tenders were absolutely stunning and juicy. They were extremely hot and fresh I didn’t even need my sauce! You made my night, thank you.“
