I had the chicken with succotash, and my husband ordered the steak—both were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. We couldn’t resist dessert and are so glad we didn’t. The peach cobbler and banana pudding cheesecake were ridiculously tasty—seriously, save room! Even our server - Celia was top notch. Highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!“

The peel & eat shrimp so plump and served ice cold I have craved them since I had them. The service was above and beyond. The atmosphere encouraged private chatter but also conversation with next table easily. Friendly and cheerful and above all excellent food served with smiles, suggestions, and ease. I will never visit Charleston again without making sure to dine here. (Do not eat the soup. I actually sent it back to the kitchen. “Only tried the coffee and pastries for our first visit, coffee was 10/10 as was the cream puff, hands down the best I’ve ever had (it was overflowing with delicious filling)! With having a small child I really appreciated that they find & bring your order to you! Can’t wait to go back to try the other menu items!

“My husband and I sat at the bar and were pleasantly surprised by the cocktail engineers helping us navigate our lunch. We started with drinks and an order of calamari; prices seemed high, but we are always willing to pay for superb experiences, after all, this is our first time in Charleston, thus our first time at Bar167. The place was packed; everyone was chatting with one another, along with the friendly staff. Between my husband and I, and the new friends we made, I think every cocktail on the specialty menu was made and sampled. The cocktail engineers were knowledgeable, attentive, and welcomed all the questions (no matter how dumb they were). We had the crab roll and the fish sandwich – did not disappoint! CAN I JUST TELL YOU, the damn Tzatziki Drink was unexpectedly amazballs.
This was a great place, if we are ever in the area again, we will be there“

“I have mixed feelings. Our first visit was over a decade ago and it was wonderful. Our anniversary was yesterday and it was an ok experience. We sat in the courtyard AB’s was placed under the above heater. We started smelling gas and the heat never reached the table area. So we were freezing. The appetizers were wonderful. The couple got seated next to us ten minutes after us and received their food first. Was told about different and best food options and a dessert menu. We were not given either. Bbq in the shrimp and grits was over powering any other flavor. Husband got fish and grits and it was excellent. Not a 0 but I’m in no hurry to go back or recommend to anyone else. Ruined my anniversary to be honest….“

We each got different chicken cutlet sandwiches and they were all amazing! The owner came out and chatted with us for a while, overall it was a great experience! “We were in Charleston for work at the Clemson Research Center. This place was recommended by a coworker that visited often. It was promoted as real British fish and chips food. They only serve meat pies and fish and chips. That's it. GO. It's the best fish and chips I've had since visiting London. The World Famous is a full pound of fried COD. SSOOOO GOOOD!!!“

“Blūm is one of our favorite hidden gems downtown. A quiet, roomy coffee shop with plenty of space to spread out and get work done. The coffee is always delicious, and the atmosphere is calm and inviting. We love meeting clients here because it’s easy to focus, and the parking situation (rare for downtown!) is super convenient. It’s the perfect mix of cozy and professional.“

Ordered coffee...I asked from across our table of 4 may I have cream with a straight face no smile picked up the creamer and slapped it front of me. Here it is As if to say are you blind . Very rude. This year I didn't buy a tee shirt and If next year I stop for a meal but probably not.“

We were a group of ladies chatting and reminiscing and catching up with one another. All of us exclaimed over the large portion sizes. My Christmas Burrito was so large that I was able to have it for dinner. I will definitely go back.“
