“I want to commend the Pink Mama's Ice Cream bus driver. I personally witnessed him stop his vehicle at a crosswalk at 385 and West Georgia Rd. He helped an elderly lady cross the street in heavy traffic, ignoring his own safety to do the right thing. The best part was when the elderly lady got to the other side of the road he handed her an ice cream sandwich, free of charge. Anyway, these guys exemplify what being a civil servant is all about!!! “Ok how have I lived here for 2 and a half years and have been up and down the cross street where this is and never noticed it? I’m also dumb because I thought it was ice cream. Finally went tonight and got the cold brew coffee froyo. It was sooooo good and they have excellent choice of toppings, including my favorite dark chocolate chips which is not common to see. The service was excellent and love the retro vibe of the place, don’t change a thing! It’ll be a spot for me to grab a sweet treat again for sure. They also have a coffee shop inside the establishment so they’re open early in the morning for that and a drive through! Who needs that other green logo coffee brand??

“We finally make it downtown to the most awesome, made on premises, candy, fudge and ice cream shop. So excited. It's literally 5:02 pm. Normal close time 10:00 pm. There is a sign on the door that they closed at 5:00 pm for an employee outing. Feeling beyond totally disappointed, we sit in the courtyard trying to get motivated to find something else to do on this beautiful day. Apparently we looked extremely sad as well, because in a few minutes an employee comes out with a Kilwins chocolate box and says she saw us looking sad and felt very bad we were so disappointed. Please take these chocolate dipped strawberries we had left over, and come back and see us soon. My goodness so many strawberries! Ripe and juicy and, of course, dipped in some of the best chocolate I've had in my life. So fortunate to have yet another great thing here, a delicious candy, fudge and ice cream shop!! “Slow .. but good ice cream. I think Brewster's needs a better ordering system. Customers should get a numbered ticket while waiting for their ice cream to be prepared. They were handing out one desert about every 10 minutes when there were at least 40 people waiting for their order or in line. It was total mayhem. Work smarter not harder it's common sense. Its confusing for customers when the order is being called out as a banana split instead of order #17 or something like that. It appeared several people got banana splits at the same time. Very disorganized but friendly and professional.“

“I visited the Crumbl in Greenville today to purchase some cookies on my way home from dinner. I must say that I was impressed with how they managed the large crowd of guests that were waiting for orders. I counted 16-19 people waiting and there were about 6 people working. Despite the constant flow of people coming in, the staff managed to consistently satisfy orders and manage the heavy flow of traffic. No one waited a long time for their order to be prepared and the crew of workers all seemed to work well together. The facility looked to be in good condition and everyone had a cheerful attitude. The most impressive part is how delicious my cookies were!“

We love to go on family walks after work when it’s nice out and go up and down the Reedy and then stop in for some STB ice cream as the grand finale. An impressive plethora of flavor options, along with waffle cones they make right there in house - you can watch them make each one in the morning - make it the perfect highlight to take friends and family to when they visit from out of town. Greenville is full of wonderful and unique coffee and ice cream shops, but in our book, Spill the Beans downtown tops the list comfortably. *Grateful tip of the hat to the All-Star baristas in the morning, including Maddie, Leah, and Chloe, who offer the white glove experience every establishment looks for in their staff 🫡“
