“It was very delicious and the service was good even though it was pouring rain. This was our first visit here and me and the husband enjoyed everything. The reason for a star off was i paid almost $2 to add bacon to my burger and it wasn't in there.“

“First off, I loved seeing how every employee moved around the line in different positions with no issues. It’s not everyday that you see employees able to handle different positions without direction/guidance. A few workers came back from break and others went on break which resulted in the movement. The PIC (person in charge) was the manager although wearing a red shirt like the others. She stayed alert and filled in areas to ensure ticket times were on track. Upon ordering the gentleman did a good job offering me a fry and drink. The order was placed correctly and I was greeted with a smile. My total ticket time was under 8 minutes and the lobby did have quite a few customers inside. The lobby was mostly clean, however the drink/condiment station needed some attention but very minor overall. The ketchup station had already started turning brown so this indicated it had been there for a while. The trash can near the exit was also full but was emptied before I left.

I really liked my burger which was very hot and fresh and all with correct toppings. A large amount of fries were given and the perfect amount of salt added.

Throughout the visit the staff continued to bust out orders and were friendly to all customers.

Just seems like they are going backwards now getting slower and slower and slightly less friendly. overall still a good experience but the higher ups need to put a focus on this location. It is in a very good location utilize it.“

“I don’t usually gift credit but I give credit when credit is due this Arby’s establishment off of Highway nine and bowling Springs has some of the best service I’ve ever had for a fast food restaurant. There was this young man. His name was Ayden and I have to compliment him in anyway, he has the brightest future going for him. He is the most respectful, young outgoing, and he just wants to be something one day, and I respect that he reminds me of a young version of me and honestly, I am so happy that I picked Arby’s that day. “A little taste of Wisconsin in South Carolina. We were driving back after picking up a pinball machine and we saw culvers. Holy cow! Wisconsin butter burger with onion rings and a natural coke hit the spot for lunch. They were super busy food came fast and found a table. That is what I am talking about.“

“Had the spicy chicken biscuits. It was good, the chicken was a crazy thick piece and crispy. The biscuit was great, classic southern butter biscuit. The hashbrown was okay, it was crispy but not burnt, however, it didn’t have much seasoning but that’s okay ketchup helps lol. There was no line so that was nice to get in and out fast. Definitely will be back to try more options.

I could tell they were having a rough time, but They never missed a beat our food was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly. Me and my husband eat here a few times a week. Last night they informed us that the lobby was closed because they were short staffed. But the Manager went ahead and took our order and told us we could dine in and that made my night I had a complicated order and I mentioned to him that they never get it right. “Very disappointed in this location. Went to the cow event and my 3 year old wanted a picture/hug with the cow. the cow didn't pay her any attention and barely stayed out before returning to the back. then I tried to order food and the cashier said she would be right back. when she returned she skipped me and my kids when we was trying to order and started taking the people behind us order. we left and took our business to another restaurant.“

“Always a clean store. But the two boys who worked the night of 5/9/26 did absolutely amazing. We got pick up. And not only did they put Mikes way on the side, they put a cup of salt and oregano. Never had that done. I have ordered Mikes way on the side for years. Very nice boys and had my pickup in less than 10 mins! Please reward them.“

“I had an unusual experience at the local Arbys drive thru. I am disabled and on oxygen so the drive thru is great . Sometimes the person in the window is uncomfortable with my appearance and that makes me uncomfortable. The young man at that drive thru not only greeted me with a warm smile he also asked if I was ok and did I need anything. I was very pleased and wish I had written this that day. With all the negative news about the disabled and people of color I wanted to share his kindness and smile with everyone. Guys like that make my day.“

“Stopped here on our way home from SC to TN. I have dietary restrictions so brought in my own dish but the rest of my family are there. I accidentally dropped my glass dish and pieces shattered everywhere. The workers were incredibly friendly and helpful, not upset at all about the extra clean up.
The only complaint is that the floors must have been cleaned with some product that made them slippery. It felt gross walking on them and I can imagine someone more imbalanced could potentially slip.

“I’ve always been a big fan of Five Guys, so seeing that Boiling Springs now has its own location is fantastic news. If you know Five Guys, you know exactly what you’re getting — great burgers, incredible fries, and food that always tastes fresh.

The burgers are outstanding. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way you want them, with plenty of topping options so you can build it just the way you like. But let’s be honest… the fries are legendary. That big scoop of hot, perfectly salted fries in the bag is one of the best parts of the whole experience.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything came out quickly. It’s just a solid, dependable place to grab a great burger and fries.

“I seldom visit mcds. We've been here 6 times. This location has it going on! The food is consistently cooked right, comes out blazing hot, yay! And they have not messed up an order yet. The staff is friendly and fast. Keep it up. We drive 25 minutes for this one, passing atleast 5 others that consistently overcharge and mess it up. Good job!“

The manager is always there to make sure everything goes smoothly and everyone that eats there is taken care of. “Always quite inside. Cole freestyle machine is a plus. Cup sizes are excellent. Could place more condiments on sandwich. Option for extra pickles in app are nonexistent or not honored. The staff is usually nice. The same level of options should be given to the promos as regular orders. I found it distasteful that the condiments were stricken to a bare minimum on choices.“
