“We went into Nixtamal in Boiling Springs for drinks and dinner. We had the table side guacamole, which was amazing, Margaritas and I had the ACP for dinner. Our server Cole was very attentive and did an excellent job. We will definitely be back.“

“My husband and I went to Casa Carrion Greer for the first time after reading so many rave reviews and I can see why so many people like this place. There's plenty of seating so even with a line out the door, the wait isn't long. Food comes fast, hot, and fresh! Service was friendly. I really enjoyed the salsa bar (the creamy green salsa was my favorite) and the tropical margarita. The one in the photo is a medium. Next time I'll get the small 😂. The brain freeze was real. Overall, a great neighborhood Mexican restaurant with a diverse menu and fantastic prices.“

“This is my favorite local restaurant, the waiters are always very nice and attentive, the prices are fantastic, and the food is amazing! I have a wheat allergy, so I have to be careful with what I eat, but I've never had a single problem with the flautas, and when I've had questions about ingredients, which I know can be irritating, the staff has always answered my questions patiently and kindly. Definitely give this place a try!“

“This place is Increíblemente delicioso(amazingly delicious) Love the brisket tacos especially. Cannot wait to try the tamales. Also they actually have REAL hot sauce. This is the first and only place that we've had real hot sauce in this state. So much appreciated. Also the staff workers were very nice. Its very clean too. I give them 10 stars.“

“Best AUTHENTIC Mexican restaurant in town. Food is amazing and fresh. I’m usually not adventurous at restaurants but this place every item is enjoyable down to the hot fresh tortilla chips and homemade guacamole. They’re definitely not like the rest drowning everything in cheese. All dishes are seasoned well and flavorful. And the couple that run it are very humble and sweet. Try it you won’t be sorry!“

“Excellent authentic honduran food. That's mainly what I eat here. Various fish plates as well as excellent soups. Excellent tacos ,sopes,tortas. Cold beer. English there can be a little spotty sometimes So try to prepare for that. Forget calling in unless you know Spanish.“

“I went today during lunch. It was fairly busy but the service was great and the person working the cash register was great. They did ask people to put masks on when they entered but I didn’t see any big fuss like previously mentioned. Although, I don’t know why anyone would get upset about that since it SAYS ON THE DOOR that masks are REQUIRED. Some people believe rules don’t apply to them.“

“I had an excellent experience. I have dietary restrictions and knew what I wanted but didn't know how to get it out of the menu. Trey was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. I practically licked my plate clean because it was everything that I wanted with nothing that I didn't the perfect amount of flavor spice and creaminess. All served in a very short period of time so that I could get back to work. If I could give them 10 stars they would have it.“

“Local family style small business with no frills, but has tasty food and cakes. We stopped by today for our visit here. It was a quick workday lunch in a small plaza, nothing fancy, but we were pleased with the service and the food. They also have some yummy cakes in the cold case. Worth a try if you're nearby and don't have time for the crowded big chain mexican restaurants. This one was like abuela made it. 🙂👍“

“OMG!!! I do not know where to start. Just decided to pull in on a Friday night. Turns out its karoke on the patio. The staff is super friendly. Nothing but smiles all night and the 6 of us ran her to death in 95° heat. Yes, we tipped everyone generously. The food was what I imagine its like in Mexico. Fresh & authentic tasting. Now...its SUPER loud and the DJ loves crowd interaction. The beautiful Hispanic ladies were gracious as we tried to imitate their culture. We did not understand some of the songs but that made it even better. Its places like this that make Spartanburg great. There were no uneasy vibes. My friend and I expressed to each other that it ranked as one of the most fun nights we have had in awhile. Going back with all our adult kids!!!!!“

“Came in yesterday with my entire family for a birthday! I met Dennis & his daughter who gave PHENOMENAL service!!! Super friendly & just a great can-do attitude!!! I enjoyed it so much, I returned today & even dropped off a couple of movies tickets for them!!!
Also, wanted to say CONGRATS to Dennis & his family on the new baby!!! Hope y'all enjoy the movie!

“Chips and Cheese is one of those places that just gets it right—every single time. The service is always friendly and fast, the food is ridiculously tasty, and they’ve got the coldest beer in town. I love that they always have music playing and a salsa bar that takes it to the next level. You even leave smelling like you’ve been somewhere worth it (in the best way). On top of all that? The prices are just as good as the food. Makes it even easier to keep this place in the regular rotation. Big thanks to the team—y’all crush it every time.“
