Great atmosphere, intentional coffee and most of the time a gluten free food option. They will also have live music occasionally. This video was from May 3rd 2024 first Friday downtown.

Dietary restrictions: They do have a gluten-free granola bar, and then occasionally a gluten-free cinnamon roll.“

“Met my sister and BIL while they were in Sioux Falls. We had a great visit for about an hour. The store was clean, comfortable temperature and ample seating. The only complaint is how loud the coffee making machine?espresso? was. And it was going a lot!

Parking: Plenty of parking. And easy accessibility turning into and exiting parking lot.“

I had the caramel crunch frappuccino, which was very sweet.The location definitely seems like it is mainly for drive through or takeout business, and did not really have any character inside. There is seating, though, just nothing overly comfortable. I would definitely get coffee to go from here, though.“

I drove forward and was waiting to turn back into traffic. A nice girl brought it out to my car, and as someone who also works in food service I completely understand it’s a little awkward bringing customers food that was left behind. “My son loves iced coffee, Holiday drinks, etc. We always get him one wherever we are if they are available. My sister sent him a gift card for Caribou for Christmas since he has recently taken a shining to Caribou specifically (we are from the East Coast, so this is his new favorite drink spot!) We were browsing through Empire Mall, and he decided to use his gift card at this location before we started to head home. My husband and I usually don't get drinks, but this time we decided to grab something to warm our bones. The barista who took our order, made all three, and was training a new employee all at once had the most stellar customer service ever! She was beyond kind, gracious, and patient while my boys browsed the menu and decided to also purchase a Christmas ornament. The young gentleman she was training was doing a wonderful job on a very busy Friday evening! I would love to give her a special shoutout, but unfortunately, I did not get to get her name. It was this past Friday during the evening, around 7ish. Not only were the drinks delicious and beyond satisfying, but her demeanor made the experience even more lovely. Whoever monitors these reviews, it would be great for Caribou to recognize her for her excellent customer service. A smile and kind words certainly go a long way, especially when they are directed at my children. Wonderful location, delicious drinks, a perfect ending to a Friday night outing.

“Friends and I dined last night at this lovely restaurant! Loved the atmosphere. The food was outstanding! I had the pheasant pasta dish. One friend had the filet and mashed potatoes. The other friend had the spatzle dish! All were amazing! We also had the cheesecake! We will definitely be back!“

“Compared to the other Starbucks, this one is my favorite. It is light and airy, and the drinks are made perfect every time! It is also not as packed so I can go and actually spend time there. It was about 8am, and there was only one person in line. Surprising, for a Starbucks. Like most, fairly calm no rush.
