“For a little counter service in a 7 eleven, Raise the Roost is pretty good and inexpensive. Mostly fried foods, but the tenders are pretty tasty.
They close early, usually done by 8 o clock. But still surprisingly fresher then some more expensive chicken places.
You order your food and then are free to roam around the 7 eleven. Then they ring it all up in one order.
There are even a few tables inside if you need a place to take a break from the road.“

“We see the long line of cars at the one close to our house in 8 Avenue. It truly snarls the traffic no matter what time of day. We have wanted to try it, but wanted to eat in, which didn’t seem possible at the busy one near our house. We finally did at the Brentwood location and have to say it was pretty good. We had grilled chicken sandwiches which tasted better than they looked. We had the waffle fries and chocolate milkshakes. The milkshakes were very good served with whipped cream and a cherry on top. $4.75 was reasonable we thought for the shakes. \n\nThis place is very well run with food delivered to our table quickly. Our only complaint was the guy who took our order was very hard to understand. We would return.“

“Love this place. I go here 3 times a week for their incredible salads that are always served fresh. Jessica and her staff are the best and are always courteous and make me feel at home. By far the best Zaxby's in all of middle Tennessee!“

“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Shut the cluck up is a little hot (I can eat 3 ghost peppers in a sitting raw with nothing to help the heat). The difference is that the heat hits full power almost right away and the volume of sauce helps the intensity steadily climb. For those not looking for 3rd degree burns this is amazing compared to the knock off Nashville chicken I find in Maryland, I think this is my favorite way to have tenders/chicken sandwich! And don't pass on making a sweet tea Arnold Palmer! I wish one of these were in Maryland!“

“Traveled from Atlanta and found this gem through TikTok . The food was absolutely amazing! Cooked fresh! Nothing is premade and you can taste the difference. It was Piping hot juicy and flavorful! Oh so delicious! The owners/staff were excellent, we talked about life, travel, and culture. Definitely the best place we have tried. This is the best location! We were so happy with the food we went back the next day, and the quality was still the same! We are back a couple weeks later with the family and we will surely be going back to our new favorite spot!“

“Came here to eat during a shopping day and it did not disappoint. The food was super fresh, cooked to order . The chicken was well seasoned and just the right amount of spice . The service was amazing as well. We dined in and MIT was the best host . We will definitely be back . 10/10 would recommend !!!“

“This is a standard Chick-fil-A that ISN'T TOO CROWDED. They have curbside pick up. It's hard to turn left out of the parking lot onto Charlotte Pike. If you need to head toward downtown Nashville, driving through the parking lot and exit with the light. THEY EVEN HAVE THE OLD STEIRFOAM CUPS!!!!! It's my pleasure to bring you this information.“

“I placed an online order to dine in almost as soon as we pulled up. Walked in and grabbed a table and scanned the table number. Our meal was fresh and hot in less than five minutes. Every person serving was friendly, happy, and went out of their way to provide the most excellent service. The owner operator was in there as well working as hard as everyone else. “I just want to talk about how great or an experience I had with this Chick fil A’s customer service. I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. This type of service is so rare nowadays and this is what keeps me coming back. You rock Coolsprings team!“

“I came in the drive-through at about 9:30 today, I was originally in the left lane but the woman seemed annoyed and was ignoring customers as she was quite busy on her phone, so I switched to the right and had my order taken by a young girl. I think her name was Rayyan but she was so extremely kind and patient. We had quite a big order with a gluten allergy and she made sure to clarify and even called on her headset to let her team members know, she didn't rush us at all and she did it all with a huge smile. Shout out to her for her patience, kindness and such a memorable experience!“
