“Today I looked to see who had the best burger and this showed up. So we decided to try it out. We gotta say they have the best nacho appetizer we ever had. They made it like it should be. Then I had the steak burger and he had the all American burger, great food. I have to add the server Laurie was great. She was friendly and very accommodating. Anything we asked for she got it right away. Took time to talk to us and a great server. We definitely found a new place to go to. Thank you so much. 10+ all the way around. Thank you Laurie we will be back.“

“It was our first visit today. I had a beautiful cobb salad with maple sugar bacon, fried chicken, avocado. So good. My husband had a caesar salad and 1/2 flatbread pizza. The 1/2 size was large. Loved it. We will be back - will bring friends.“

“This is the cleanest Shoney's I've been in in a while. The buffet was kept up well and the staff was super friendly. Can't go wrong with the breakfast bar, but the other dinner buffet offerings were good too. Perfect for picky eaters and families.“

“My wife and I went to restaurant to get a salad on the 29th of December. The Kaneisha was taking our order. I ordered the salad bar and an Arnold Palmer. My ask about the specials. Kaneisha said rudely something about a fish sandwich. But she ordered salad bar and water with lemon. We went to the salad bar. The salad bar was bad at least eight items was empty. We got to table and had to ask for silverware. After we got our drinks we had to ask for straws. My wife got her water but no lemons. I got a lemonade not an Arnold Palmer. We had to ask for the lemons. She brought the lemons rudely like we was broughting her. After we ate our salads she came back I ask what my drink was. She said it was an Arnold Palmer. I said it was more like a lemonade. She slapped the check down on the table and said "there is that" and stormed away. We paid the bill with cash.“

“My Home style chicken was terrible. It didn’t taste like the home style I have gotten before and it’s one of my favorites. I didn’t eat hardly any of it. I was disappointed and wished I have just ordered a vegetable plate. The green beans are terrible also I think they’re cooking them a different way. I was so disappointed and I’m a fan of Cracker Barrel but may choose to go to a different restaurant next time we go out to eat.“

“"Marina" the GRILL CHEESE QUEEN OF BLOUNT COUNTY!. These grill cheese are off the chain and this is coming from a black man, from the hood. I know a good grill cheese. I cant just have 1. The grill cheese of lays potato chips. this place is awesome my wife goes there almost every time she's in the area. This Soup Kitchen is absolutely amazing. the staff is awesome, that shift needs a raise!!!!!!!“

“Cheddars does well. Leah was our server and she was fantastic. Kind, patient, and got our order correct. Something we all know can be a challenge when dining out.

Even as two elderly ladies behind us have her a hard time, she held her poise, kept her cool, and quelled the situation.

So why 2 stars for the food and atmosphere? Well, the food here is just okay. There’s nothing special about it, and it’s priced accordingly.

The atmosphere is hit or miss. Sometimes you get sat in a wide open space, and the massive fish tank is a nice touch. Tables like “Table 1”, however, are less awesome. A little hole of a table with a main lane on one side, and right in front of the kitchen. VERY BUSY! Not a very peaceful atmosphere to dine in.

I never see anyone eating on their back patio for some reason. The bar doesn’t get busy EVER. And new faces are seen here constantly, indicating high turnover and poor management.

The hostess and person that seats you are not awesome. They don’t smile, speak to you as they seat you, or even say anything to you after you sit down. They just walk away like “whatever.”

Someone with some dining knowledge and management skills should take over here. It has potential, but it’s obvious that management has no presence or skill in professional development.“

Was actually in a bit of a low mood, but my server, Karleigh (spelling) was so nice and attentive that it made this guy's day just a bit brighter. Sometimes, someone's kindness goes a long way. You never know what someone else is going through, so be kind. Karleigh is a star at that.“

“Very thankful for Applebee's being so accommodating, we had a large group. However we did call a head so we could be seated at a specific table. Food was good and the waiters where amazing. we had one person in our group that was kinda forgot about and when they did remember to get his order had to resend the steak back because it wasn't cooked correctly. However the manager took care of us and was very sweet about everything. Honestly with such a big group we expected it to be hard to manage but they did amazing. Thanks Applebee's!! 😊“

“I had such a great experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings! Our server BRANDON!! Was attentive, friendly, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He checked in often without being overbearing, made great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and enjoys what he does. It made the visit way more enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service!“
