“this place is basically a lil shack with 3 older ladies working it. we ordered burgers and hot dogs. the burger was very good it is a hand made patty very juicy. they keep kind of odd hours 1030 to 545 during the week and 1030 til 245 on Saturday. I will definitely go back if nothing else to talk to those 3 ladies and have a great burger.“

“I went for lunch in the middle of a crazy Monday lunch rush. Cars wrapped around the building. My order was hot and perfect but the really exceptional thing was the two ladies in the drive through. They were so friendly and helpful even under lunch rush pressure. Amazing customer service!! Thank you!!“

“Freakin love Cook Out! Open really late, burgers, hot dogs, chicken, quesadillas, onion rings etc not to mention any kind of shake you can imagine (well of edible ingredients. I don't think a bullet and scabs shake would be made and who would want one anyway!). All these things and more and prices are CHEAP! YAY!. Also I have not been to a Cook Out (including this one) that I have gotten unfriendly service. These folks are so nice and I'm talking at 3am. “Every time we stop here the employees are super welcoming and friendly. They always ask if we need help when ordering on the kiosk and are familiar with their app. Which is always very helpful, since I'm new to the whole rewards thing. No matter what time of day the food is always amazing, never old fries or hard bun on ny burger, which for McDonald's is amazing! Also very clean for being fat a truck stop.

Parking: It is attached to a Love's gas station that also has a Subway inside. The drive-thru is easily accessed and tons of parking available, to get to the gas station you just have to walk thru the subway and don't have to walk back outside if you don't want to, the bathrooms are always clean and they even have showers available for truckers or whom ever needs for 17$ I believe.“

“I'm not sure what the young man's name was who served us on Thursday 9/25/25 mid afternoon. He stopped what he was doing in the lobby, to come to the counter and graciously accept our order. We could have used the kiosk, but he chose to serve us with a smile. It's not easy to be an older person in this high tech modern world! But it IS easy to be kind. I wish I knew his name, so I could give kudos to the right person. To whomever it was, your unselfish kindness and willingness to serve did not go unnoticed! 👏“
