“So far 3 of my visits to this Subway has been great. Except the dozen of cookies I bought. It was close to closing time and the young man working told me and my partner they were fresh. They were extremely hard. Even microwaving them did not help. We thought about bringing it to there attention but busy schedules make it hard. So I do not recommend the cookies at this particular Subway.

Vegetarian options: There is a medium selection of vegetables.“

“The manager that was working this morning was awsome, and the girl working the drive through widow was awesome done the job quick and easy, food was hot and fresh, I would recommend this Hardee’s to anyone, love the way I was treated and will never forgot“

“I tried the regular cheesesteak at the Arby’s in Powell, TN. Very good. This time tried the half pound cheesesteak from the Millertown Pike location. It did not disappoint. I substituted the sesame seed roll for a sub roll. The copper cheese blends well with the steak plus Arby’s’s sauce and horsey sauces complement it very well. I highly recommend!“

“Pizza is all in the sauce!! Papa Johns has great sauce. I love their large thin crust pizza!!!! The crust thin, but not so thin that when you pick it up everything falls off. Some pizza places make thin crust so thin that you don't even enjoy it! The employees are very friendly and helpful! It appears to be clean and efficient.“

“This location is absolutely horrible. Ordered over $50 worth of food and didn't even eat most of it. The fries were stone cold and only about half full. I order a Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich that I receive with no bacon or Swiss, just a piece of chicken and a bun. we also didn't receive our jalapeños slide. we went back to the restaurant, through the drive through because the dining room still isn't open, and they wouldn't even listen. Drove all the way back and got nothing! Dude was very rude. Never wasting my money again!“

“I stopped coming to this location several years ago (only 2 miles from home) due to consistent manager inefficiencies and curt attitudes often making excuses blaming staff for delays etc. Very unprofessional.
I returned this year to give it another shot and have been very impressed. Excellent food quality, every employee is helpful and polite, all management has been stellar as has customer service (today was Dan - outstanding!). Health inspection rating is 97. I'm definitely continuing to come here for pizza etc.instead of the other chains I've been using.

“This was my last shot for Pizza Hut as my experience with my delivery from the Clinton highway. Location has been horrible. Their pizzas come to your door looking like they were deep fried and grease bleeding through the boxes. so I gave Pizza Hut one more chance with carry out at the Millertown Pike location the guy that waited on me was super friendly, super sympathetic about my past experiences with a different location and he even apologized for that other location food was hot fresh looked amazing and absolutely not a puddle of grease in any of the boxes. I didn’t catch his name but a job well done and one heck of an employee.“

“I go through the drive thru almost every day of my work week that I can cause the prices are so good considering how much food you get and how it’s not horrible for you unlike other fast foods. But just wanted to say that the staff here are the sweetest people I’ve ever met! I believe her name is Chloe since that is the server name that is on my receipt lol but she was so sweet! The rice I had gotten had run out and had to be cooked and it took a little longer then usual and she was so kind about it and just her energy was nice to be around after dealing with a long day! Just wanted to give her a shout out!“

“Best subs around! Bread is just right and delicious never hard and tough to chew like other sub restaurants. Variety of toppings and app makes it easy to add what you want on the sandwich. The chilli is wonderful as well. Don't want bread they have healthy salads. I'm delighted we have one this close to our home. “I like dining in this restaurant. It has wonderful staff that greet me when at the counter. Clean store. And, the food is hot. I have never come here after 6:00 pm. With that said, it is never real busy when I bring my family here. I recommend giving it a try.“

They never get our order correct and the quality of the food is awful. We had our order Doordashed at about 5:15 AM today. The whole order was perfect, and everything was packed so neatly. “hot and good pizza on time order“

“Went on 3/15/26 @ 10 am..the young lady working was very friendly and made our subs as ordered. However the bread was so hard on one side that it couldn't be eaten, so we ended up throwing half a sandwich away due be inedible. What a waste!!! Please don't bake the bread so hard!!! Otherwise everything looked fresh and clean.“

“I had a Cheese Whopper, the version with the new bun, and it hit the spot, along with fries and a drink. The fries were better than most, but not as good as that other place. I do like BK's Cheese Burger over that other place's though.“
