“55 South was the perfect choice for dinner/drinks for our "Bride-To-Be" party of 6. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted, with friendly smiles, by the hostess & bartenders. The table wait time was minimal. Our server was so great & never missed a beat. The Nola Cheesesteak (makes my mouth water just talking about it) was DELICIOUS! Hands down, 55 South should be on your itinerary if you're in the Downtown Franklin area.“

“Hello, I had the Cobb salad (strawberries, sesame seeds, romaine lettuce, ham, turkey, minus the goat cheese, boiled egg). It was more salad than I could comfortably eat so possibly going to want a to go box.

I would definitely eat the salad again 4.5 stars. I don’t like strawberries i didn’t tell them to leave them out and they’re good for you in some way. *Shrugs* ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2

We also ordered chicken tenders and fries. I would say that these chicken tenders were the best chicken that i personally have ever tried. Highly recommend. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Onion rings appetizer, they forgot what appetizer we ordered, incorrectly guessed fried pickles and came back to the table to double check before putting the order in so that was good that they made a timely fix.

“What a great place to waste your money on trash food… 75$ before tip.. two premade tasteless burgers and the kids burgers were literally one mini slider.. the price is absolutely unacceptable and the taste was pathetic.. the beans from a can taste better … wtf too lazy to hand pat out a burger at a burger joint.. might as well go to mellow mushroom and accept a red Barron pizza… what a joke.. fool me once but that’s it.“

“I had the sailor omelet. I love that you can easily swap out the potatoes for bacon and get egg whites to decrease the total calories by going with the egg whites.

My wife’s steak was a little over cooked for medium. No pink at all. Still tender and juicy. The potatoes were crispy.

They bring the carafe of coffee to the table instead of making you wait for refills.

“This has been my favorite Mexican spot in Franklin for years. There has been a recent change in staff and the girl working up front is just horrible. They’ve made mistakes on my order several times and she just hangs up when I called to have it fixed. She has hung up otherwise when I call to check on the status of an order. Hope they can improve their staff because this place has always been a great mom and pop shop.“

“The food was good. I highly recommend the turkey club. We were a party of four, two of us got it. The next night, we both wanted the turkey again, but they were out. I don’t know what the magic is, but I hope it’s on the menu next year when we’re back. Only downside was the long wait, either for a table or service; I think they were short handed.“

I had a side salad with it that consisted of lettuce, cucumber, and carrots with a few tomatoes. No one else was in the restaurant. It is a typical hotel restaurant that I thought I would try. Now I know better.“
