“Tonight my friends and I had the pleasure of being served by Anna at J. Alexander’s in Franklin, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we sat down at the bar, she greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel comfortable right away!
Our cocktails were excellent. Each one was perfectly mixed, presented beautifully, and tasted great. Anna was attentive without hovering, checking in at the right times and making sure we had everything we needed. She remembered our drink preferences after just one order and kept our waters filled without us having to ask. She also offered helpful suggestions for cocktails we might enjoy, which we really appreciated.
We come to J. Alexander’s a couple of times a week and have always had good service, but Anna stood out. She is professional, approachable, and clearly takes pride in her work! The atmosphere at the bar felt even more welcoming because of her.
It is not just about the drinks, it is about the overall experience, and Anna made ours great from start to finish. We truly enjoyed having her as our bartender and will definitely be asking for her again on future visits.
If you want excellent cocktails and friendly, attentive service, Anna is a great choice. She made our evening even better, and we look forward to seeing her again soon!“

“Stopped in on a Friday night with a group of 9 and had great service! Kate was fantastic! Food was great (some things weren't very warm - but I realize harder with a large party). Our teenagers loved their meals so much they ordered seconds haha. Drinks were delicious! Cute place with lots of space and wonderful service! Would definitely recommend, and we will be back if in the area.“

“Had heard a lot of good things from multiple sources about Merridee’s so had high expectations. Food ranged from fantastic to good and they had a lot of options for breakfast. Ordering was done at the front desk and food was brought to you later. Coffee and tea was standard fair and nothing to write home about. Overall they seemed to have a ton of bakery options as well but we did not order those so cannot speak to how good that portion may have been. There were multiple people eating there that only got the pastries.“

“55 South was the perfect choice for dinner/drinks for our "Bride-To-Be" party of 6. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted, with friendly smiles, by the hostess & bartenders. The table wait time was minimal. Our server was so great & never missed a beat. The Nola Cheesesteak (makes my mouth water just talking about it) was DELICIOUS! Hands down, 55 South should be on your itinerary if you're in the Downtown Franklin area.“

“Man I wish I took a picture of my plate! This is my second time I have eaten at brown bag. First of all, I am crazy happy to support such a great cause! But Morceau, their food is killer! Easily the very best lunch and all of Franklin it is so fresh and the food is all perfectly cooked. And for those who care, I also like that, they do have nutrition facts on their website, which makes it helpful to choose Wise foods on certain days. I will be back multiple times.“

“I really like the corner bar. Kitchen is open past 9, and I wasn’t expecting much in the way of food, but the 3 meals my group ordered were all spectacular. Bbq sandwich was great, chicken wings were great, just the right level of spice, and the smash burger was great. Excellent draft beer selection with daily specials. Live music when we came made it difficult to talk but there was plenty of atmosphere to enjoy instead.“

“The Good: Love the ability to actually carry on a conversation without having to scream over noise! Beautiful, modern environment. A bit hard to find, but ample parking. A true hidden gem thats actually been around for years, but on a Saturday night, wasn't full? If you forgot about it, try it! The lobster rolls, apps, and drinks are always great and plentiful at what is today, a fair price. The OK: Service in general was not as strong as the food, but the manager checked in as soon as we had an issue and was very accommodative and friendly. The ugly: They delivered the wrong sushi to one guest. Quickly replaced it with the correct dish ordered. The 2nd sushi was way oversauced to the point where the shrimp seemed invisible and the seaweed was limp. So, not our favorite for sushi. Go for the Lobster role. You won't be disappointed.“

“Waldo’s does not have a freezer. EVERYTHING is made fresh daily in house. The food is sooo good. I tried the leg quarter, onion rings, biscuits, Mac n cheese, Cole slaw and banana pudding. go to spot!“

“My husband went to o/charleys for dinner tonight. He got the chicken finger dinner, got me fish & chips. They were so over cooked, I had to break open and smell of each to know what was what. We eat there so often because we're both disabled, but they just lost a good customer. The puppy got full.....“

“I was in last Friday and sat with Desiree, she was AMAZING! She was so sweet and helpful, she made great suggestions and was super patient (and not at all annoyed) with my gluten-free, dairy-free friend. Best service I've had in a really long time and the food was really good too.“
