Josh, Luke and Genevieve were the best hosts ever. So warm and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch outside on their lovely patio. Genevieve checked on us multiple times and offered water for our pup Sissy! Seriously, make Jed’s a stopping point on your visit to Gatlinburg!!“

“We had dinner at Howard’s last night (8-13). We had a beautiful table over looking the water. Our waitress was great. I wish I had remembered her name but was she was from Romania. We were a party of 4, 3 had the ribeye and 1 the filet. All were cooked perfectly. It was a nice way to celebrate my partners birthday! Thanks again for a nice evening!“

“I've been coming to Tennessee Cider Company for the last 3 years and they are the best! I always feel at home when I visit. Cranberry is my absolute favorite so I always make sure to order a good amount to hold me over. Whether you are shopping in store or online, Tennessee Cider Company always hooks it up. We just stopped by a few days ago and I want to give a HUGE shout out to Jeremy for being AWESOME! We always do the Cider tasting and Jeremy made it fun. After we were done you bet we stocked up on Cider and even grabbed some merchandise. Thanks again for always being great! You have a customer for LIFE! Cheers from Florida.“

“What a fun experience. The place was super busy, but after a short wait, we were able to belly up to the bar and start our taste testing. Our bar tender was awesome. Super friendly and a barrel of laughs. We loved all the great samples, and they had a great deal going on, so we came home with plenty to drink. If you visit all 3 locations and get a stamp, you get a free T-shirt. We will definitely come back for another visit..“

“Wait was an hour at 10am on a Wednesday, so we decided to grab a bite elsewhere since we were getting hangry. We had to have one of the cinnamon rolls all the reviews raved about, so we got it to go to enjoy at the cabin with a coffee. It was good but the icing came on the side, which I appreciated since we didn't eat it right away, but there wasn't enough. The reviews that are from when you dine in and order a cinnamon roll are swimming in icing. That being said I would definitely recommend but order it there bc I imagine it would be warm and fluffy and plenty of icing, which is what we'll do next time we visit.“

“I was on the hunt for coffee before we stared out day in Gatlinburg. My husband found this shop tucked away in a corner so I gave it a go. The iced Raspberry Mocha was delicious and just what I needed. Customer service was amazing and the coffee was made quickly. Be sure to check them out when you visit.“

“Pretzels, pizza, sandwiches, drinks and ice cream available. We ate warm pretzels and hot pizza and had some delicious ice cream. For a quick bite on the mountain, it was good. Not a very big area inside with limited seating, but it is quaint and cozy with beautiful views. Many visitors ordered their food from the window on the lower floor and ate outside.“

“We stopped in for lunch today. Actually, this place was the reason we drove out there in the first place. The Shepherd’s Pie and the Poacher’s Roll were excellent. We shared a Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert and loved every bite. They were very friendly, and this place is the real deal. We will be back.“

They did forget our appetizer, but wasn't needed after seeing the size of the entrees. Each staff member was helpful with each other and customers. Great team & great price for the location :D“

“Their deep fried oreo were really good. The soft serve icecream was okayish. Didn’t like it that much. I could’ve tried something else for dessert. Also don’t be fooled with the pictures- the mini donuts looking things are actually the deep fried oreo’s lol.
Their service was okay, seemed like all of them were trying to help you but non of them were actually helping they were just being loud to grab more customers.“

“I stayed on the 14th floor. The view was spectacular; the fall foliage at its peak. The food was fair. The bed was very comfortable. The room attendants were great; we always had fresh towels.
They have started charging for parking, which was new since my last visit. That really gets expensive if you have a large group.“

After we shopped and was walking back to our hotel we decided to give it a try. I am disabled and walk with a cane so we did the drive incline and a few steps. We got seated and Stone was there to get our drink orders. I always choose a sirloin but, none on the menu, Stone provided his top 3 with his favorite being minion. We went with that and was not led wrong very good meal, good price and wonderful service,“
