The most recent time I went they kindly, happily and generously accommodated a unique request that I made in the comment section of a pickup order and even left a very kind note on my sub packaging!“

“My coworkers and I ate here for lunch only one person was working a female with dark hair there were roughly 10 people in line and it was the fastest service I have gotten at a subway ever she was very quick great customer service and made everything great at this location.

Parking: This location is beside a Shell gas station which is very busy and limited parking

“A bit run down and old and usually looks kinda dirty to really dirty but food has always been OK. BUT I DO NOT GO HERE OFTEN! I ALWAYS DRIVE TO THE ONE ON OAKLAND AVE DUE TO STAFF (JUST FRIENDLIER AND CAN'T USE MOSE PROMOS AT GRAY LOCATION- DUE TO OWNERSHIP)..PREFER OAKLAND AVE ALL DAY EVERY DAY AS FAR AS IT ALL GOES, INCLUDING PRICE EVEN THOUGH ITS AN EXTRA 25 MINUTES OUT OF THE WAY (INCLUDES BOTH WAYS). But staff was fine in Gray on this visit. The place was just dirty and that sucks, someone needs to go in and clean house y'all! Hate to see another snap business close but it's coming if someone doesn't STEP UP- I'M SPEAKING TO THE OWNER! YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PLACE-I RECOMMEND BEING JUST THAT!“

“Love, love, love Sully Steamers since we lived in South Carolina. But this location is superb. Ashley who waited on us at the front, fabulous! She is kind, informative and just has a great personality. The young gentlemen who cooked our food, gave me great recommendations for a new sandwich. I will also note I observed their shift handoffs and it was seamless. If you haven't tried their sandwiches - do it! You won't be disappointed! And this location is my favorite now. We will be back!“

“I had a large order for 14 people. I was having trouble doing it through the phone. I went inside the store to place an order with no issues. Billy helped me placing the order. It was prompt and made easy. My food for 14 orders was made extremely fast. McKenzie helped me take the order to the car without hesitation.

“Inside of the BP on John B. Dennis nearest to Interstate 26. Fresh food the way you like it, friendly service from Subway and BP customer service representatives, and two tables for your convenience if you come at the right times ( in between regular mealtimes).“

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“

“We order online once or twice a week. The food is always ready and on the shelf when I arrive to get it. Subs are delicious everytime! Our order is always correct, and we've never once had an issue with the location. Staff is very kind and polite.“

“Was having a late-night (mom was in a nearby hospital w/cancer for months then passed and now my dad having health problems) I live about 45 minutes away, but when I do come to Johnson City and I'm in the mood for a sub, I come here they’re always awesome and fast and efficient only thing. “I just had the Philly Egg Rolls and Sweet potato waffle fries and both were absolutely delicious. This place is a great little restaurant that gets it right. If you want amazing food with great service hands down this is the place to come, you won't be disappointed.
P.S. The sweet potato fries are amazing with the homemade honey mustard dipping sauce. Sounds crazy I know, but you have to try it. Definitely will be coming back.“

“I haven't been to this location but been to the Walmart Subway on West Stone drive. The Gibson Mill Subway which is near the hospital and the urgent care and the North roan Street location which is where T-Mobile and Easy money is and the fort Henry Walmart Subway location that used to be there but now is permanently closed I'm been to the one on north eastman Rd which is where the food City is on 1205 North Eastman road My aunt has been to the North Charles location. The South northshore drive location“
