“My coworkers and I ate here for lunch only one person was working a female with dark hair there were roughly 10 people in line and it was the fastest service I have gotten at a subway ever she was very quick great customer service and made everything great at this location.

Parking: This location is beside a Shell gas station which is very busy and limited parking

Wheelchair accessibility: There are two handicap parking spots one for the Shell station and one for Subway“

“Do yourself a favor.... Order the biggest sandwich you can and watch the guy try to close it up then wrap it! Hilarious! I haven't been to a subway in quite some time, it was nice to see that they have changed. I never cared for the sleeves of precut near they used to dump on you sandwich..... seemed too... I don't know..... Processed I suppose. Glad to see that it's gone. We had a nice experience and were pleasantly surprised.“

“We were in this plaza and this restaurant caught our eye. We are so glad we went in for lunch. It was amazing. Steamed bagel sandwiches. Never had them before but they were so good. They have breakfast options that are available all day. I got the Reedy Reuben on an everything bagel. My husband got the Steamenstein on an Asiago bagel (corned beef, pastrami, Swiss & spicy mustard).
We then each got a Tiger Paw for dessert (plain cream cheese on a French toast bagel with cinammon sugar).
Everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You order and pay at the counter and then they bring it out to your table. If you get a drink, you serve yourself at either the soda fountain, fresh coffee, or sweet or unsweetened iced tea.
We will definitely return often when in Johnson City.“

“I am leaving a five star review because Jersey Mike's has Never made a bad sub for my family. Always delicious. Although I bought subs at this location and my entire family was sick for 24 hours. I won't go into details but we were very sick. We all had turkey subs....so....“

“I had a large order for 14 people. I was having trouble doing it through the phone. I went inside the store to place an order with no issues. Billy helped me placing the order. It was prompt and made easy. My food for 14 orders was made extremely fast. McKenzie helped me take the order to the car without hesitation.

“This is the absolute best place to get a gluten free sub! It's also rare to have that around here. Besides Dominos with a gluten free pizza, your choices are limited. I recommend going to see them today. Food is delicious here. I chose to get oil & vinegar with my veggie sub. The spices add an extra hint of flavor. It stays busy so that's a downside. You'll have to wait a while sometimes. However, if you have allergies, it's worth it. Staff are friendly.“

“Excellent service. Every team member was very friendly, attentive and efficient. I got the #8 Club Sub regular on rosemary parm bread. I love that JM fresh slices the meat for the sandwich. Can definitely taste the difference in freshness. Very clean and our meal was delicious.“

“Our subs were awesome at this store gas station/convenience store/Subway. They did not hold back on the fillings, the sandwiches were perfect. They earned the tip they got!
We used a coupon to get the 3 subs for $17.00. This gave us lunch and supper later.
I use a walker and had no problem getting around.“

“It's clear the management and owners don't care about their employees. It was scorching hot on a hot day inside subway. We asked why it was so hot and the employee told us that the heating and air was broken, so basically it was 86 degrees in this subway. The employee was so kind, the food was great, but the owners and management need to get their act together. It was an unsafe working environment at that temperature and in NO world should they have been open to the public. Even food trucks have fans and AC! Get your act together, Subway. Pay your employees more for dealing with that overheated BS!“

“I haven't been to this location but been to the Walmart Subway on West Stone drive. The Gibson Mill Subway which is near the hospital and the urgent care and the North roan Street location which is where T-Mobile and Easy money is and the fort Henry Walmart Subway location that used to be there but now is permanently closed I'm been to the one on north eastman Rd which is where the food City is on 1205 North Eastman road My aunt has been to the North Charles location. The South northshore drive location“

“First time eating here and loved the food and service! I made my second visit back today a week later and brought friends.

Food: 5 stars - I got the Philly, and the first bite was a taste bud explosion with flavor.

Service: 5 stars - Extremely friendly and make you feel welcome.

Atmosphere: 3.5- counter service and drink choices are out of a bottle cooler (as opposed to table service but food is brought to the table after ordering), and a more casual, contemporary style and decor, no music very quite(there is a TV)

Overall, it's a great place to eat. I will continue to come back it's definitely worth it, and I highly recommend it!“

I knew traffic would be crazy, not to mention the crowds in town.

“It was late and I was out with a couple friends so we decided to check this place out. I been to many Charley's but this one was one of the best! Food came out super hot and they really fill those sandwiches up! Definitely will be going there again.“

“This is probably one of the best Subways in the Kingsport area. They always have fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, etc and the WORKER, yes 1 worker running walk ins, and the drive-thru is very nice and always makes your sub almost perfect. She has had 10 people in the lobby and people in the drive thru and remains so calm and professional. Most people would be freaking out in that type of situation, but she keeps her cool and I promise makes the best Subs. If the people who own this store ever read this review or corporate ever reads this review, then you guys seriously need to get her some help and she would properly be able to do even better for the customers. She has dark hair is all I can say without giving out to much info on her. I believe she works nights because she is always there when I go around 7 or 8 when I get off work. You guys should really give her a bonus or something because she honestly keeps her cool and represents your company so well under so much stress.“

“TESSA was a rockstar, she made sure to keep going with only 10 minutes left till close with a smile & good energy.
Satisfaction 100% I felt like I needed to leave her cash tip and 20% on the card. You don’t find people that actually will wanna talk most the time even when it’s almost time to close ( especially when you’re the only one there closing ) but my two friends I were all happy with our subs and I was happy she was able to close down shop right on time.

PAY TESSA MORE!!! She’s truly one you wanna keep. Especially in the days that everyone complains about not having loyal /hard workers. Treat the good ones you have with respect and kindness and see how much better your team can be. How much people will wanna work for you!! It doesn’t have to be a dog eat dog all the time. We are all just trying to survive and be happy in the crazy world we are in.
