“My coworkers and I ate here for lunch only one person was working a female with dark hair there were roughly 10 people in line and it was the fastest service I have gotten at a subway ever she was very quick great customer service and made everything great at this location.

Parking: This location is beside a Shell gas station which is very busy and limited parking

Wheelchair accessibility: There are two handicap parking spots one for the Shell station and one for Subway“

“A bit run down and old and usually looks kinda dirty to really dirty but food has always been OK. BUT I DO NOT GO HERE OFTEN! I ALWAYS DRIVE TO THE ONE ON OAKLAND AVE DUE TO STAFF (JUST FRIENDLIER AND CAN'T USE MOSE PROMOS AT GRAY LOCATION- DUE TO OWNERSHIP)..PREFER OAKLAND AVE ALL DAY EVERY DAY AS FAR AS IT ALL GOES, INCLUDING PRICE EVEN THOUGH ITS AN EXTRA 25 MINUTES OUT OF THE WAY (INCLUDES BOTH WAYS). But staff was fine in Gray on this visit. The place was just dirty and that sucks, someone needs to go in and clean house y'all! Hate to see another snap business close but it's coming if someone doesn't STEP UP- I'M SPEAKING TO THE OWNER! YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PLACE-I RECOMMEND BEING JUST THAT!“

“Love, love, love Sully Steamers since we lived in South Carolina. But this location is superb. Ashley who waited on us at the front, fabulous! She is kind, informative and just has a great personality. The young gentlemen who cooked our food, gave me great recommendations for a new sandwich. I will also note I observed their shift handoffs and it was seamless. If you haven't tried their sandwiches - do it! You won't be disappointed! And this location is my favorite now. We will be back!“

“I had a large order for 14 people. I was having trouble doing it through the phone. I went inside the store to place an order with no issues. Billy helped me placing the order. It was prompt and made easy. My food for 14 orders was made extremely fast. McKenzie helped me take the order to the car without hesitation.

“I have celiac and came here every day for band camp, and not once did I get sick, in fact the workers were so friends that when we walked in on the last day the said hey and started wiping the slicer because the remembered us , it was awesome

“We order online once or twice a week. The food is always ready and on the shelf when I arrive to get it. Subs are delicious everytime! Our order is always correct, and we've never once had an issue with the location. Staff is very kind and polite.“

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! “Excellent service. Every team member was very friendly, attentive and efficient. I got the #8 Club Sub regular on rosemary parm bread. I love that JM fresh slices the meat for the sandwich. Can definitely taste the difference in freshness. Very clean and our meal was delicious.“

“It's clear the management and owners don't care about their employees. It was scorching hot on a hot day inside subway. We asked why it was so hot and the employee told us that the heating and air was broken, so basically it was 86 degrees in this subway. The employee was so kind, the food was great, but the owners and management need to get their act together. It was an unsafe working environment at that temperature and in NO world should they have been open to the public. Even food trucks have fans and AC! Get your act together, Subway. Pay your employees more for dealing with that overheated BS!“

“I just had the Philly Egg Rolls and Sweet potato waffle fries and both were absolutely delicious. This place is a great little restaurant that gets it right. If you want amazing food with great service hands down this is the place to come, you won't be disappointed.
P.S. The sweet potato fries are amazing with the homemade honey mustard dipping sauce. Sounds crazy I know, but you have to try it. Definitely will be coming back.“
