“Have eaten at JJ’s many times, have had many menu items from breakfast to sandwiches and all things in between. Great portions, waitresses are spot on and very friendly, clean, and cold beer is a plus!“

“One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in my life! I came in last night May 17th, all the workers were very polite and had good energy. Food turned out amazing. Usually dining out for me and my daughter is hit or miss since we have dietary restrictions, but the staff here were very respectful and made sure to attend to it. “The bathrooms were clean. The staff was a pleasure to order with. I am keto so I order lettuce bun substitution. All I got was smiles and kindness. No attitude or feelings like an inconvenience. The food was fresh and delicious. Well put together. I will be back when drive through on vacation again.“

“We stopped by for a late lunch. I’m not a fan for the way you have to order but I understand it. While we were eating an older gentleman n 2 ladies came into eat. They did not understand how to order, the first worker tried to explain but did not do that well of a job. As they were still trying to figure out how to order a worker from the back came out to take an order outside. When he came in he told them to have a seat and he would take care of them. They told him they were ready to order, he took their order and told them he would bring it out to them. The gentleman went to fix their drinks but without having an order number to scan the machine wouldn’t work. The worker that took their order brought their drinks out to them with their meal. Now this worker did not have to help these people at all but he did out of the goodness of his heart. They paid their bill and left the worker a very nice tip. I hope he sees how much he blessed those people today.“

“We had a large group come in for a family reunion the next day and needed somewhere to eat dinner the night before. They seated us outside on their large deck. Brooklyn was the sweetest server I’ve ever seen! She waited on us with patience and professionalism, which must have been a challenge, considering everyone was more interested in socializing and moving around. She got all of our separate checks tallied correctly and handed out little cards with inspirational verses on them. Those were the biggest hit of all! BTW - the food was delicious!😋“

“this is the best one I have eaten at in a long time the food was hot not lukewarm but hot the service was fast and waiter stay on top of us the whole time we were never without anything he even joked with my grandchild about 67 🤣. I recommend Springfield Tennessee O'Charley's 100%“

“i came by there was a christmas party and you can tell how much the employees loved working with each other and they were very attentive to us as well. Michael recommended the Bacon Grilled Cheese and it was the best sandwich i’ve had in a long time. Will be back to this store very soon“

“I have had cook out before however only a couple of times and it's been quite a while. My recent visit has made me a huge fan of this establishment. They have so many food options and the prices are more than competitive...you would be hard pressed to find better... I'm sure of it. On too of that the portions are also very generous. My order was made so quickly I didn't have much confidence in it being fresh. But it was very fresh. Still piping hot. And full of flavor. I'm a huge fan of their corn dogs and I'm in love with the banana pudding milkshake. It's beyond delicious! Highly recommend!!“

“5 stars and 3 💋💋💋! I'm just a humble visitor in town burning up a few hours. This DQ is connected to BP Travel Center. The DQ is clean. Staff are on top of things and are sassy in a fun way. They have all the DQ classics plus all the seasonal items. The place is peppered with locals so I'm evesdropping on snippits of conversations and enjoying the TN accents especially the children (not in a creepy way). I'm just north of Nashville. Looking forward to a night on the town but enjoying these kick-back moments in Joelton DQ.“

“We had been going to another restaurant for breakfast on Saturdays, but wanted to try Wendy's. Not disappointed at all! Coffee is some of the best in town and the home fries have a good seasoning. Crew was helpful and courteous. So nice to have a peaceful place to go. Can't wait to go back for breakfast!“
