“⚠️ Poor Management Can Ruin a Good Concept Before this experience, I would have rated this location around 4.1/5. I actually liked the concept—cold beer, sports, decent food, and a lively adult-oriented atmosphere. The concept itself was never the problem. The problem was management. I brought a legitimate safety concern to management expecting a simple conversation and a willingness to address it. Instead, I felt dismissed and left with the impression that my concerns—and my business—didn't matter. 🚩 I also filed a BBB complaint, which was ultimately closed as “Unanswered” after management failed to respond. That's disappointing enough, but failing to respond through the BBB raised even more questions about accountability and customer service. The atmosphere may bring people through the door, but management determines whether customers come back. Cold beer, football, and themed events don't make up for feeling ignored when you raise a legitimate safety concern. If you're looking for a loud, adult-oriented sports bar atmosphere filled mostly with middle-aged men, this may be your place. But if you expect management to listen, take legitimate concerns seriously, and value your business, I'd think twice before spending your money here. A good concept can only go so far when management loses the trust of its customers.“

“Have eaten at JJ’s many times, have had many menu items from breakfast to sandwiches and all things in between. Great portions, waitresses are spot on and very friendly, clean, and cold beer is a plus!“

“Walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm and invite welcome by Lexi S. This is the first time I have tried your food and let me say it was phenomenal. It what made the experience over the top was Lexi having such a bubbly personality. Y’all better hang on to her.

“We had a large group come in for a family reunion the next day and needed somewhere to eat dinner the night before. They seated us outside on their large deck. Brooklyn was the sweetest server I’ve ever seen! She waited on us with patience and professionalism, which must have been a challenge, considering everyone was more interested in socializing and moving around. She got all of our separate checks tallied correctly and handed out little cards with inspirational verses on them. Those were the biggest hit of all! BTW - the food was delicious!😋“

“The food was made fresh to order, it was fast, and the staff was very attentive and courteous. The restaurant area was very clean and well kept. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the bathroom was dirty and the toilet seats need to be changed out. They look like they are 20 years old.“

“Absolutely ridiculous amount of fries in the order of large fries but when the lady at the window saw that I was literally speechless, she filled up my bag with fries. Lol This place used to give you a ridulously LARGE amount of fries, now the serving size is the joke.“

“Of the fast food places in white house, I have been to all of them, of them this whendy's is not only the quickest but also the most helpful, the employees and management are polite and friendly. If you want a quick bite to eat in white house and dont wanna go to a sit down place this is your best option.“

“We had been going to another restaurant for breakfast on Saturdays, but wanted to try Wendy's. Not disappointed at all! Coffee is some of the best in town and the home fries have a good seasoning. Crew was helpful and courteous. So nice to have a peaceful place to go. Can't wait to go back for breakfast!“

“5 stars and 3 💋💋💋! I'm just a humble visitor in town burning up a few hours. This DQ is connected to BP Travel Center. The DQ is clean. Staff are on top of things and are sassy in a fun way. They have all the DQ classics plus all the seasonal items. The place is peppered with locals so I'm evesdropping on snippits of conversations and enjoying the TN accents especially the children (not in a creepy way). I'm just north of Nashville. Looking forward to a night on the town but enjoying these kick-back moments in Joelton DQ.“

“This was our first visit to any Whataburger anywhere and we were delighted by the service and ambiance. Wyatt was especially friendly and helpful answering our beginner questions, though I suspect he didn't fully understand that there is an upcharge for changing the drinks on the full meal deals. We found out on the bill. We tried two of the special lemonades with fruit bits and found them to be undrinkably sweet. He apologized for our disappointment and kindly allowed us to dilute them with copious amounts of water in a larger cup to make them drinkable. The burgers and fries were fine, but not memorable. The spicy ketchup, which he offered us from a condiment tray which he presented at our table, was a unique twist. In future, I think I would experiment with the self-service ordering screen to figure out what we wanted and fully understand our options and prices before ordering. To our surprise, our feedback to the online survey received an unexpected and prompt response! We'll have to try them a second time at some point and make a more informed order. The store was clean, and the music playing was so delightful that we got up and danced!“

“It's McDonald's enough said. However I can tell you the Goodlettsville TN McDonald's has a double lane drive-thru and you can order ahead with the wonderful app that always gives you discounts. Don't buy McDonald's without using the app. People say it's expensive but it doesn't have to be You can get stuff for free. You use the app.“

“Went to this location for a quick dinner both combo meals was very hot and fresh. And the young lady and young man that waited on my wife and I through the drive-thru was super nice! We will definitely be going back again for great service like that. And the price was awesome!“
