“We had placed a catering order for a wedding rehearsal dinner that was cancelled at noon the day of the dinner due to the impacts of Hurricane Helene. I spoke with the manager/owner, Mitch, who wanted to make the situation right. We were feeling stuck, frustrated, and already dealing with our own stressors, including the groom (my son), his best man, and one of his groomsmen being stuck in Western NC. Mitch proceeded to coordinate with other Chick-fil-a stores in the area to fufill the catering order and hand delivered it to us. He stayed in contact with us throughout the day and made the rehearsal dinner happen. Thank you for going above and beyond for us during a really difficult situation!“

“Like that they have breakfast longer than the competitors. Food is always good. Never eat inside but the outside is kept in order. I have a daughter that's vegetarian, would like gravy without sausage on menu.

Vegetarian options: Very little options.“

“I had a great Reuben: it was good tasting, the bread was firm with great texture: it was nicely wrapped and well sauced. The fries were freshly fried and not soggy at all. The person at the counter was friendly and courteous. She checked on us and removed our tray and trash. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The dining room can use a remodel or at least a refresh. It is tired and dated. The staff and the well prepared food makes this Arby's good. A nicer dining area would make it great“

“We go here a lot and it is always hot and very good. We like Popeye's Chicken Sandwich too but the nearest one is in Johnson City and that Popeye's location is horrible, the worst anywhere. No inside service and the chicken sandwiches are always dried out and cold and the employees are rude. We're glad we have this great Chick-fil-A in Greeneville.“
