“It's crumbl.. where the cookies are larger than your face, 5-7 different flavors rotated every 2 weeks, and will always have chocolate chip and sugar cookies as options. You will pay about 30-35$ for a box of 6 and not regret a damned thing.“

“Came down to Tennessee for a woman’s conference at GVBC and we wanted ice cream. Come to find out, our hometown ice cream opened up a location! Tasted the same, better than the locations that we have in Ohio. Cleaner, bigger and more options. Come on Ohio we need remodels.“

“We had my daughter’s birthday party here two years in a row. This is a fabulous place to host a party. It is easy and affordable. The staff really took care of us on both occasions. Would highly recommend this for parties or a regular visit.“

“Just exactly what you’d expect if you visited an authentic Mexican Ice Cream / dessert parlor!
The place is spotlessly clean, the ice cream has a beautiful presentation, the servings are plenty large, and the product is delicious!
The product is made on site, in a very clean back of building ice cream shop full of chest freezers, prep tables and lots of fruit and ingredients!
I was able to take a short tour and was throughly impressed.
I visited as part of a middle school field trip and the young adults were all smiling as they ate their treats!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize an employee at your Hendersonville store who went above and beyond to help me recently.
One evening earlier last month, I stopped by to pick up a cake for my fiancée as a surprise, we were getting married in just a week, so I was already under a lot of stress. When I came back out to my car, I realized my battery had died. I felt completely stuck and overwhelmed, but one of your employees, a young woman named Kensley (I believe that’s her name,she wore glasses), didn’t hesitate to help.
She went out of her way to help me jump-start my car and was so positive and kind throughout the whole situation. Her calm attitude and genuine kindness turned what could have been a very stressful moment into a reminder that there are truly good people out there.
I just wanted to make sure her effort doesn’t go unnoticed. Employees like her really make a difference and leave a lasting impression on customers. Please extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to her for her compassion and willingness to help.“

“If you like ice cream this is the spot! Not only is the ice cream great this is a local small business that gives back to the community. We took a group of foster kids and the owner came and introduced himself, spent time talking to the kids and introduced other shops in the area to them. Go see Pepe. He has a heart for kids that don’t get the same opportunities as most. Not only was this day amazing for the kids Pepe is already thinking of other ways to help these kids. Support businesses like this. We need them to thrive. Thank you Pepe you are awesome.“

“I stopped by last night after seeing the new Thor. The lady at the window was by far one of the nicest drive thru attendant. I said to the gentleman that brought my food out, to tell his manager that I said she was one of the friendliest night shift workers I've ever came across. Bless her heart for working with all teenagers. 🥰“

“By husband and I came here to get some ice cream on a date night. Everything about this place was great. The staff was friendly, the ice cream was delicious & it was very clean.The only negative is the over powering smell of cleaning solution, it hits you in the face the moment you walk in.Luckily, it was a beautiful night and we were able to enjoy our ice cream outside.“
“By far the best Elotes in Nashville! Not can elote!!! They now make there own salsa roja for the elotes! It’s the closest to the salsa roja from Chamoys in Ft. Worth m, Texas! Plus sour cream instead of Mayonnaise! Recommend this awesome family owned business!“

“But according to the app this location said it has chocolate ice cream. I ordered a large chocolate cone with chocolate dip. I saw the guy through the window dipping a vanilla cone. When he handed it to me, I said I ordered chocolate ice cream. A woman came to the window and said they don't have chocolate ice cream. I told her the app said they did. There are some DQs that have chocolate ice cream so they all need to have it.“

“this gelato CHANGED MY LIFE. like oh. my. gosh. it is SO GOOD. at least the toffee crunch flavor is. that's the only flavor I've gotten, bc why would I choose another one. that would be like if you had the choice to choose infinity dollars, or choose a mystery amount that could be anywhere between zero and a trillion dollars. a trillion bucks would be pretty dang good, but not infinity good. and there's a chance you could give up infinity for zero too. if you want all your wildest dreams to come true, choose toffee crunch♾️ don't settle for anything less.
