“I'm typically not a fan of the chain coffee shops but this one is AMAZING!! First of all, the coffee is the best I've ever had but the main reason is the way the company operates and the STAFF!!! Regardless of time of day or weather, they are always happy, friendly and accommodating. As for the company I will forever be loyal. On one particular visit, I wanted to try another coffee flavor but was skeptical, they offered me a small coffee at NO CHARGE!! It is now my favorite, and I get one every morning!! And yesterday, their system was down and they were only taking gift cards and cash. I was told if I didn't have either, they would give me a small coffee FREE!!!! This company and their staff have forever have a loyal customer in me!! Thank you Hixson!!!!“

“I didn’t order anything, but I did go in looking for a limited edition Hello Kitty stainless steel cup for my boss (she REALLY wants it lol).
Upon walking in, I didn’t see it on their display shelf. Because this was the 4th Starbucks I’d been to today looking for this cup, I went up to the counter to ask if they had any left that weren’t on the shelf. Initially, someone said if it’s not up they wouldn’t have it (which I totally understand!), but then a very kind man named Jay said they actually still had a ton of boxes out back and that he’d go out and look for me. He took around 7 minutes to go back and look through those boxes, and even though he confirmed they were in fact out, it was so touching that he’d go through the effort of going to double check. He even recommended two other Starbucks locations that are nearby for me to check.

“I have been coming to Chattanooga every year for 15 years since my grandma lives here and we recently discovered Chattz last November on our trip and we now make it a must have every morning of our trip! “Absolutely great place to get coffee! This shop is located inside of a hotel but still is great small coffee shop to go to. The barista there was testing different ways of making coffee and giving it the tests to customers to try. Also asked me a few more questions than usual to try and find a latte that would suit me. The atmosphere isn’t the best compared to others but the location and coffee are incomparable to a lot of cafes I have been to.“

“This is a locally owned drive-thru only coffee shop. You have to be very careful when driving in because it is counterintuitive and you can easily end up going the wrong way. You do not order at the speaker but pull to the window to order. I got a hazelnut bliss and it was amazing. The service was friendly with good eye contact, knowledgeable about the products and articulate. However the interaction felt very rushed even though there was no one in line. This would have been five stars if the person had been more conversational and the signage for navigating the drive-thru had been clear. But really like the coffee and will certainly be back.“

“I have been traveling to Chattanooga for work over the summer. Really enjoy when I get to hit be caffeinated. Some mornings I have to be at work before the breakfast at the hotel opens up. Yesterday for my afternoon coffee I grabbed some of the spinach egg bites with the intention of eating them for breakfast this morning. I've had lots of egg bites lots of different places and some are okay some are awful. But even reheated in the microwave this morning these things were delicious pillows of goodness to the point that I felt obligated to make a review. I wouldn't complain if you gave me access to the recipe so I could experience the magic when I'm not in town. I'm thankful to all the kind Baristas that I've run into. And your espresso is good and Rich and not too bitter like some other places I've experienced here in Chattanooga.“

“I stopped by a Starbucks recently, and honestly, the experience was way better than I expected. Even though there were a few people in line, they moved fast and had my drink ready pretty quickly. The whole place was clean and actually felt nice to sit in for a minute.

I’ve gotta shout out one of the workers there—Ethan. He was super friendly, made sure my order was right, and just seemed like he genuinely cared about helping people. Little things like that really make the visit better. I’d definitely come back to this location again.“

“I’m so disappointed. Every time I order a white peppermint mocha I seem to always get a peppermint mocha without the white chocolate. It happened yesterday again. I was running a store around the corner, and had someone pick the drink up for me and I could not return it because I was working at the store alone. I couldn’t leave. The addition of the goat cheese is not one I would have thought of, but a welcome addition nonetheless. Added bonus is that the coffee here is more than decent.“

“Grungy vegan spot with amazing food that feels like your grandparents from the south walked out the kitchen with it after pouring love galore into it.
Highly recommend this spot! And prices are very reasonable. We got the diamonds and rust place which has their infamous seitan and it was filling, nutritious and delicious.

“Couldn’t be a better coffee shop. I’m watching my caffeine, I know maybe a coffee shop isn’t the best bet for that, so I asked if they could make me an hibiscus tea latte. They said their hibiscus tea came pre-prepared and was for iced drinks. I gave them a tea bag I brought with me and they said no problem. I didn’t invent the hibiscus tea latte, but I think it was a first for them. Excellent cup of hibiscus latte and you couldn’t ask for more accommodating service. “Went early on a Saturday just after 8pm opening, not a smoker and hoped to beat the fog bank that can develop with multiple smokers, cover was around $10 and one drink purchase, I don't do alcohol and opted for a coke zero, it was flat and owner/manager heard and replaced with no problems, the bar tender/cashier Dahlia was a cute petite lady and does dance as well and I got what was a nice private room dance but despite enjoying myself I guess she didn't because as soon as the song ended she had her crocs on and was out the room, I was going to get a few more songs but didn't get a chance to ask, had a beautiful lady Trixie talk and enjoy some small talk with her got several dances from her and she was wonderful, had a dance from a couple other women and enjoyed them as well. As the name indicates it is a bikini bar so all dancers were covered with bikinis, no nudity but I still had a nice time. There were about 8 to 12 different dancers and a wide assortment from petite little treats, bbw, small breasts and large, 5' to close to 6' tall. Will be back.“

“I visit Starbucks 2-3 times a day and because they always make my hot mocha perfect. this is one of my favorite locations bc they always make my White Mocha perfect. I felt bad when I saw they are open on Christmas Day but, after It was explained that no one was being forced and they’re making time & 1/2 I’m actually happy that they’re given the opportunity to make some extra.“

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I get the appeal of Starbucks as a café and as a place to hang out with friends and study for classes. I really like this one in particular for that purpose because it has plenty of space inside for customers to sit down and relax over coffee or one of their other offerings. This Starbucks location also offers a wide variety of breakfast options and pastries, though they're often in limited supply. Either way, if you're a student, you can come and visit and even use your meal plan to pay for your coffee! Definitely worth a try.“
