And, I was gonna just get the less expensive 20 oz rather than the 32 oz...maybe it was happy hour or something but was told any size was same price.... $1.09. Where can you get 32 oz of water for $1.... Much less a delicious orange slices tea? I shoulda circled back around?“

“First off customer service amazing, chill environment, and friendly.. was served with an item missing and the lady knew immediately upon looking at me and fixed it without question. Everything we ordered tasted amazing and great quality for the price and I cannot express how fast we got our food after placing the order highly recommend the hot dog with bbq add cole slaw 🤌🤌 chicken tenders were tasty also!! But everything was pretty good overall definitely coming back.“

“The chicken is good but the prices are ridiculous. I'm also not impressed they removed their cole slaw from the menu. I know it was a few years ago but I'm still not over it. LolAlso, I was informed recently you cannot ask for special requests. I can't eat a lot of salt and I asked for salt-free fries. I was told that was no longer an option. I've never encountered that at any fast restaurant ever so that definitely lowers the customer service rating.“

“Started visiting this location after the location on Clinton Hwy closed - we believe this location, staff, food, everything is better. Finally signed up for rewards and enjoy the perks. Frank is fantastic and plays the best "karaoke" music too. Love the aluminum cup, holy cold drink!!!

“Always so nice and very quick. The line can be wrapped around the building and you are still there less than 5 minutes. They make everything work like a well oiled machine. They are showing the it, obviously can be done so all the other fast food places that you get stuck at or told to "pull forward & we'll bring it out to you" need to take notes. 😉 Update for some points lol: (1-30-25), still my favorite fast food place,so friendly and always so fast which is worth it's weight in gold 😂😂😍“

“The double 1/4# with cheese is always fresh now they make them when you order them. In the past they would be stale from sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes, it takes a minute but fresh is best for me. Cust service people were friendly and smiled.“

“I ordered fries and a strawberry cheese cake blizzard, I asked if I could get lite cookie crumbles in my New York cheese cake blizzard and not only did she make it to perfection, but she had a great attitude, was super nice, I liked her a lot. Their menu is so great and diverse. My family has their own favorite burgers types with different sides from fries, onion rings and fried cheese.

First, my husband ordered the meal with the 24 fried shrimp & fish; he counted 8; he also ordered the butterfly shrimp add-on which would expect to be on the plate & since it came in a box,“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. “Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. “Just stopped in to pick up our order. We were greeted immediately by two different people. Since our order wasn’t ready, the manager offered if we would like something to drink while we waited. We declined but really appreciate this gesture and extra care given to the customer! Also love that the manager was out on the floor checking in with customers and wiping down tables. “This is the CFA closest to our house so we were glad when it opened again. The double drive thru takes longer than ordering on the way there in the app and doing curbside pickup though so do that if you can. We were most disappointed they got rid of the playground! My kids are now 6 & 8 and it seems like many places are getting rid of their playgrounds. My kids loved climbing up those triangle shelf-like things and sliding down the slide at the old playground here. We will still come back if we just want food but if we want to do a play date with friends we will have time go to Turkey Creek or Bearden where there are playgrounds. We have always had good experiences here with the staff and if they mess up our order you can reach out via fb and they usually send you a coupon. (That’s more than I can say for Lenoir City CFA we stopped at when on the way to go camping… there were multiple hairs in my wrap so I let them know online and they said to call so I called and they said they would send me a coupon and took my address and a year later still nothing. I just chalk it up to they don’t care and we won’t be back out there even if we are in the area.) Overall Kingston Overlook staff are polite, quick and have the delicious CFA quality food so we will continue to be regulars.“

“I usually don't eat fast food. It's probably been 2 years since I've had Wendy's due to the burger being nearly raw. I gave it a try today, and it was cooked through and actually tasted better than expected. If I'm ever in the mood for fast food, Wendy's will probably be where I go.“

“I have visited this location several times and i'm always very pleased with the quality of my food. It's consistently good which is a rare quality that most restaurants do NOT possess anymore. One night, about a month or so ago, I visited this location and I had the pleasure of chatting with the assistant manager who was operating the drive-thru that particular evening. She is so warm and inviting! I know that she is definitely a HUGE reason as to why this restaurant is so successful!“

“Usually I get at least 4 star food, this time I got a country ham biscuits that was about 1/2 inch thick including the ham. Evidently bad biscuit maker on Friday and Noone was doing quality assurance. I will still frequent Bojangles for breakfast. Usually the best buscuits.“

“I asked for veggies on the side bc I had a long drive home. They put them on the side except the pickle. They laid it on top of my bread and it wasn't in the bag either. My son got a pickle on his and he said meat cheese and bread only.“

“We were driving home to St. Louis, Missouri and we did not want to stop at a typical fast food restaurant. We chose Cook Out and man are we glad that we did! The food was piping, hot and delicious. The service was excellent. Haley M warmly greeted us and immediately took ownership of our order.
