“We ordered delivery, but somebody accidentally forgot my drink. The delivery driver (I think his name was Joshua) called to let me know he would bring it back, we tried to tell him he didn’t have to because it’s raining and late, but he said he was absolutely going to get it to me tonight. He not only brought my drink, but upgraded the size and left 2 coupons. It’s pouring rain, 9:30 at night, he really did NOT have to do that. I am so GRATEFUL. Thank you for going the extra mile!“

We stopped by for hard serve icecream on waffle cones. The place was packed with so much recent notoriety from their famous decked out hotdogs but the desert line was seperate so we were served immediately. It's no Brusters, but the store bought quality of icecream was good and the price per cone easier on the pocket book then were it made in store. We will be repeat visitors.“

“I frequent the Clinton Hwy. store (Unit 1233) at least once a week and went this evening at 5:15 pm to purchase 2 chicken nugget meals. You would think at 5:15 pm the food would be fresh but I will say that tonight was the nastiest food I have ever had from this store. The nuggets were horrible. Nasty, tough and uneatable. The fries were cold and mushy. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager on duty, Anna and informed her of my experience and how it was very unusual as I am a regular customer but that my mother and I threw away $20 worth of uneatable food. After no initial response, Anna's reply was "sorry for the inconvenience , thank you for the feedback." What poor management skills. Greg Jones is listed as the Restaurant Operator. Greg, I hope you read feedback and take action unlike your manager on duty tonight. Needless to say I will not be returning to Unit 1233 any time in the near future.“

“Today my son and I went to the Oak Ridge Arby’s for dinner and we were met with so much kindness and care by Trina. She went above and beyond which is genuinely appreciated. She literally made our day and we will be coming back because of her!“

“The double 1/4# with cheese is always fresh now they make them when you order them. In the past they would be stale from sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes, it takes a minute but fresh is best for me. Cust service people were friendly and smiled.“

“I have visited this location several times and i'm always very pleased with the quality of my food. It's consistently good which is a rare quality that most restaurants do NOT possess anymore. One night, about a month or so ago, I visited this location and I had the pleasure of chatting with the assistant manager who was operating the drive-thru that particular evening. She is so warm and inviting! I know that she is definitely a HUGE reason as to why this restaurant is so successful!“

“Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. Only posting to bring attention to a possible issue in service that can be easily corrected.“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“

“I don't typically give five stars to established chains and corporations. However, this Chick Fil A is a special one. It may be because it's in Hardin Valley and two minutes from my house. But that's just part of the charm.

This Chick Fil A has been great and always top notch with service like most other Chick Fil A's. I can't speak to the women's but the bathrooms are always clean and tidy, same as the eating area. I usually order the spicy chicken meal with some extra chicken tenders. Plus ranch and buffalo mixed and put on the sandwich. And of course chick fil a sauce! It's Chick Fil A, you'll get the same food at all of them.

The benefit of this Chick Fil A though is the Hardin Valley charm. I regularly see the owner walking around taking orders, cleaning trash, checking on patrons, etc. I love seeing that! Also, there is limited seating compared to other Chick Fil A's, but don't let that deter you. We're all neighbors in HV and even today during lunch, I saw people sit together who didn't know each other. If there's not enough seats, ask to sit with someone and strike up a conversation. We're all living here together anyways, might as well enjoy the company!

For the service, the dine in is about the same time. The drive through can move slower. Which again, is not a negative. Take that time relax, and enjoy life. We don't want Hardin Valley to move quick. These are our homes and this is where we want peace at the end of the day or during lunch around a hectic schedule. This Chick Fil A does a good job of that. By far, my favorite Chick Fil A in Knoxville!“

“Usually I get at least 4 star food, this time I got a country ham biscuits that was about 1/2 inch thick including the ham. Evidently bad biscuit maker on Friday and Noone was doing quality assurance. I will still frequent Bojangles for breakfast. Usually the best buscuits.“

“Pulled up exhausted, sweaty, with three wild kids in tow. The manager David—in his bowtie—saw us coming, opened the door, and ushered us in with a big smile. Even gave us toys for the kids. The place was spotless, and nobody batted an eye when the kids stormed through the restaurant to the play area.
The whole team just has this vibe like they actually care about their jobs and about you. You just don't see that anymore, even at fancy restaurants. Food was hot and perfect as always, but the friendly, no-drama service really stood out. Made a rough afternoon feel a lot better.
This location gets it right. Definitely coming back.“

“I went to this location today after church and was very pleased and reminded why I love Qdoba! I haven't had Qdoba in about 4 years now, but my burrito was packed and they have more toppings than I remember them having. I love that queso and guac aren't an extra cost too. “I went to this location about 1230 last night. Upon arrival I saw a girl running around the restaurant I went in the drive-through and then after a few minutes, a woman came out and let everyone know that there was a car whose battery died in the drive-through and that she would be opening the lobby and making sure everybody gets taken care of. She unlocked the doors. She had a wave of customers come in and her crew knocked it out of the park I actually helped the guy jump off his battery, but I just wanna say the manager Kelly, I think Took control the situation and made sure every customer was happy! When I called to complement her, she gave credit to a couple others on her team and thanked to me. This woman deserves a raise not sure what she’s making now but I’m telling you you can count on and depend on her. If I ever have an opening, she might get sniped. Meaning, I would try to steal her away. She took control the situation, handled it perfectly and made you guys money when a lot of people would have turned people away just saying that car was blocking the drive-through kudos to all of you working in the early morning shift 1/16/2026!“

“I ordered at the drive through and the young guys had it all ready and at the window before I could pull around. They ALL were friendly and courteous and I had a very positive experience. These boys are keepers. Just an old lady’s opinion.“

“Kudos to this Wendy's as today an older gentleman fell off the curb while leaving. The Wendy's staff handled it professionally and called 911. The Metro fire and ambulance arrived within 8 minutes to take the gentleman to the hospital. By the way, the service and food are great here!“
