“Sandwich was good, but they got busy and started to mess up orders. I got the hot Italian and it was great, but they didn’t put the veggies on, and I had to go up a few times to get them. Overall, I would go here again! Good quick stop on our way home.“

“Wanted to give this spot 2022 review this location has really upped it in terms of quality I guess the Owner cleaned house and replaced the staff of ladies that was there early last year don't get me wrong they were really nice but the new staff is much faster and keeps everything clean and organized and everything seems much fresher has been my go to subway spot in the Lakeland area for a while definitely prefer this one over the ones on stage and the one by the sprouts farmers market“

“My boyfriend and I recently visited this Subway. We usually go to one closer to our house, but I believe we will be driving the extra distance for this one now!! The OWNER of the store was working behind the counter, took our orders, and made our sandwiches. He was very friendly and personable and actually carried on a conversation with us. We really appreciated seeing that kind of effort from the owner. Our food was also perfect, just what we ordered.“

“We love the Philly cheese steaks. They are the best we've had in the Memphis area. And I love that they remember my name. I use a walker, so it means a lot to me that they frequently rush to open the door for me when they see me coming.“

“My favorite place to eat. The best sandwich by far anywhere in the area. I have NEVER had a bad experience there. Always just fresh ingredients delicious and consistent. They forgot the double meat that I paid $4 for, and they forgot tge large order if fries w/ fry sauce, but I called and the SUPER NICE manager said he would take care of the fries on my Debit card in a few days. I didn't realize that they forgot the double meat until I got off the phone. I think they gave me my rewards points back so that's cool. Maybe tonight was just a fluke. Because we always get great service at Firehouse on Appling. I appreciate kind service and they are good people who fix something if it gets messed up. Thank You!“

“I would recommend, but the owner needs to make sure each store is consistent. I've only eaten from there 3 times. the one in Southaven I had the salmon combo - delicious, awesome. The one on Walnut I Door Dash for lunch last week and had a double sliders combo for the first time - it was delicious - sandwiches were made as I ordered. I was really impressed! the only the wrong was i ordered carrot cake & got lemon cake instead I don't care for. someone should have called to give me other choices. Today I skipped going to Southaven (who's customer service was excellent) to go back to the Walnut which is 9 minutes from me - bad choice. I ordered online & got my food to come home. should've checked it first - will do IF I go back to that location. got sliders combo will all I had the last time just left cheese off. The patty wasn't half as thick as the one patty I had on the delivered order. I didn't get my grilled onions. I had to open the sandwiches to see if a slice of tomato or lettuce on each - may have been a thin 1/3 of a slixe of tomato on each. I don't even know how to describe the lettuce. The German chocolate cake - deeelicious! I will support again, but service should be the same at all the stores. I know to check my orders even though Southaven shows their customers the order before bagging it. I shouldn't ha e to drive out there when one is closer.Oh your onion rings are the BEST at both locations! And the salmon sandwich - best I've had! I plan to try more on your menu.“

“My new go-to place for a sandwich. Nice place and staff are OK. My only issue is that they break 2 pieces of bacon in half and put on your foot long. The lettuce is a little wilted.

“I took my son to eat at this Subway after a Briarcrest basketball game. Several of his teammates met us there as well. When we walked in the manager, as well as the lady checking customers out, welcomed us. The manager seemed to know everyone that came in, kids to adults. It was like the Subway version of Cheers. I even ordered cookies for all my son's friends and then promptly fumbled them onto the floor worse than an Ole Miss football player. The manager said "I got you" and replaced them for the boys no questions asked. Basically the manger is him. I shall return.“

“I think Shrinkage has come to the Chick! I was confused that this constituted a bowl of Broccoli Cheese soup for 5.49. The total for my order without a drink was 15$ and some change. For a scoop of Sassy Scotty, a complimentary cookie, pickle and some saltines. Reminded me to make my own with Rotisserie Chicken....Thanks Chick!“

“I came to this location because it happened to be close to where I was and it was one of the cleanest subways I've ever been in. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I left my purse here for about 20-30 minutes and it was still there when I came back. My food was delicious as well. I don't understand why this place has bad reviews, but it's honestly one of the best subways I've been to.“

“There were 2 young men working and they did an excellent job. There were customers constantly coming in, and the 2 young men kept the flow steady. Great service!!

Customer service is decent too!Since it’s a new location, they have new staff so I understand the frustration/tension when I saw them training staff..However, this place is promising and I will remain positive & patient when they get it rolling!“

“Clean environment. Staff greeted me upon arrival. I arrived early am, like between 9 and 10 am. Some veggies looked old in one bay. Sandwich was prepped order however veggies were applied sparingly. Will patron again to seeing different experiences.“

“Food is always on point. We eat here often! Customer service is up and down. Sometimes it’s great! Today not so great. I placed an order for myself, my son, and his friend. I asked the young man did he get everything and he said, “yes.” I asked him if he needed to review the order. He said, “No. I got it.” Wait time a little longer due to busy time frame.

This is where the service declined. My order was ready. I get ready to grab the sandwiches and notice that 1 of them had ranch on it. It was supposed to be plain. Just meat, cheese, bread, lettuce. That’s okay mistakes happen. Right? Not the case. The gentleman went back and forth with me about what I said I wanted on each sandwich. Thankfully, I am a ln adult and stayed respectful and restated what I ordered and why I requested him to review the order.

The young lady stepped in and I asked her to just change the top bun. No worries.

“I rarely ever leave reviews but this subway is truly the best subway. I got an all American club and my friend got a tuna melt, my club was fantastic and my friend could not stop raving about the fresh veggies on her sandwich. She did say the tuna was a bit mushy but honestly neither sandwich lasted long enough to take a picture so I’ll let that speak for itself. The cleanliness was up to par, especially for it being just after the lunch rush. The service was also spectacular, the two young ladies and young man were very kind and attentive.“
