“We tried this for the first time today. The Lox Bagel reminded me of the ones I had back in Chicago-- authentic, perfectly prepared and delicious! The atmosphere reminded me of Chicago, NYC, and Newark bagel establishments I've visited, and the service was outstanding! My wife had the Chocolate Croissant and loved that, too! Prices are reasonable compared to what one would pay elsewhere for similar food. The Lox bagel, in particular, was only $7.99.“

“I just moved here and the employees and the manager at this location made me feel very welcome . I enjoy Starbucks coffee and if you can have service with a smile and a great attitude that says a lot about you. I just had Katie make my iced pumpkin dirty cha with cold foam. So delicious! Well done, Katie! Keep being an awesome barista . As far as Aidan the manager goes he is absolutely amazing and truly cares about each customer. His heart and passion are in this industry and I see see that drive in him. You are awesome and you are going to go far! Never doubt yourself. If you haven’t been here before to this location I highly recommend it.“

“Good people still exist! Tonight, September 8th at 8:55 I walked into this Dunkin' desperately needing a coffee. I had been at Children's Hospital in Knoxville all day with my daughter and 4 month old granddaughter who has RSV & was admitted. A very scary & stressful day. I was exhausted and still needed to drive home. I hated to go in 5 minutes until closing but I needed to stay awake 45 more minutes to drive home. Their card machine wasn't working & could only accept cash. I didn't have cash. The 3 men working, without hesitation, each pitched in and paid for my iced coffee. I was so overwhelmed with their kindness that I broke down in tears. I thanked them profusely and left. Thanks you gentlemen so much for helping this grandmother out, I will pay it forward!“
