“i’m a brewista from another stand, and i came through this morning on my way home from vacation, the three ladies that served me in lane 2 at around 12:30pm KILLED IT 🔥🔥🔥 the line was double wrapped, and i expected to be waiting, but i didn’t even have time to ask their names for my review, before my drinks came out, and they were perfect 🔥 i was so shocked at that SOU !!!! keep it up!“

“Good people still exist! Tonight, September 8th at 8:55 I walked into this Dunkin' desperately needing a coffee. I had been at Children's Hospital in Knoxville all day with my daughter and 4 month old granddaughter who has RSV & was admitted. A very scary & stressful day. I was exhausted and still needed to drive home. I hated to go in 5 minutes until closing but I needed to stay awake 45 more minutes to drive home. Their card machine wasn't working & could only accept cash. I didn't have cash. The 3 men working, without hesitation, each pitched in and paid for my iced coffee. I was so overwhelmed with their kindness that I broke down in tears. I thanked them profusely and left. Thanks you gentlemen so much for helping this grandmother out, I will pay it forward!“

“Well I Must Say That The Staff Are Fairly Friendly They Are Hardly Ever Crowded And The Dining Looks Very Nice And When I Go Alone My Food Is Usually Ready Within 3-5 Minutes And It's Always Fresh I Recommend Downloading The App For Some Good Deals And When You Order You Get In App Credits For Free Food“
