“Came to Chattanooga last year, stopped by for a latte and iced coffee marked them down as a must have when in the area. Fast forward to this year I had a bag of coffee shipped to me, I must say I once again am pleased with the quality. I would enjoy a sample pack if that's something you would put together one day; nevertheless, I'll be ordering again once this bag is gone. Thank you for the attention to quality!“

“We came in and there was a 40 minute wait, however the sweet girl offered us a spot at the bar and we took it because we needed coffee bad. 😃 We were served immediately and placed our order. If you are offered a seat at the bar take it! 10/10 recommend! To the manager, I hope you know you have a great staff, which is rare these days. “I came in August 8th in need of a pick me up, both mentally physically. I left sufficiently caffeinated and with a smile on my face. All thanks to the baristas; A young woman with a nose ring and the best laugh I've ever heard and a young man wi/h braids who can carry on a sensible conversation with anyone about nearly anything! The iced mocha latte takes an equal share in making my day!“

It’s worth planning my time around, though.I love their breakfasts- I get the Taft on an everything bagel. They make a lovely flat white, they’ve got yummy iced lattes, their espresso pulls are sweet. I went in crying yesterday and one of the baristas gave me a cookie because they recognize how often I’m there and I’ve been going through it, lol! “Went early on a Saturday just after 8pm opening, not a smoker and hoped to beat the fog bank that can develop with multiple smokers, cover was around $10 and one drink purchase, I don't do alcohol and opted for a coke zero, it was flat and owner/manager heard and replaced with no problems, the bar tender/cashier Dahlia was a cute petite lady and does dance as well and I got what was a nice private room dance but despite enjoying myself I guess she didn't because as soon as the song ended she had her crocs on and was out the room, I was going to get a few more songs but didn't get a chance to ask, had a beautiful lady Trixie talk and enjoy some small talk with her got several dances from her and she was wonderful, had a dance from a couple other women and enjoyed them as well. As the name indicates it is a bikini bar so all dancers were covered with bikinis, no nudity but I still had a nice time. There were about 8 to 12 different dancers and a wide assortment from petite little treats, bbw, small breasts and large, 5' to close to 6' tall. Will be back.“

“This is a locally owned drive-thru only coffee shop. You have to be very careful when driving in because it is counterintuitive and you can easily end up going the wrong way. You do not order at the speaker but pull to the window to order. I got a hazelnut bliss and it was amazing. The service was friendly with good eye contact, knowledgeable about the products and articulate. However the interaction felt very rushed even though there was no one in line. This would have been five stars if the person had been more conversational and the signage for navigating the drive-thru had been clear. But really like the coffee and will certainly be back.“

“I've been a regular here since I moved to Southside in 2018. I have to admit I was a bit sad they got rid of happy hour from 3-5pm during the week but I can see how the hours were slower then. Anyways, I wanted to give a huge shout out to ALL of the staff who always take care of me. But this past Sunday March 16th, Emma was the best ever and took my annoying order (I stock up on coffees for the week since I can't come before they close anymore LOL) shortly before closing time! I called to make sure she'd be okay with that and she was amazing! The rest of the staff is always so great and wonderful too. I love everyone who works there! It's great to see this business has grown with different locations (I've been to the Northshore location a few times) but Southside's location will always be my go to!!! Thank you for amazing coffee! I also LOVE the customer card where you get a free coffee after 10 coffee purchases, it's the best loyalty program!!!

Side note: I've gotten their Trap sandwich before and their chocolate chip cookies before.....and their giant cinnamon rolls featured on Cheap Eats all those years ago....all delicious!!!!“

“Simply delicious, especially considering I had a healthy option, namely the Protein Scramble. They were nice enough to accommodate my request for 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites in the scramble. The addition of the goat cheese is not one I would have thought of, but a welcome addition nonetheless. Added bonus is that the coffee here is more than decent.“

“Absolutely great place to get coffee! This shop is located inside of a hotel but still is great small coffee shop to go to. The barista there was testing different ways of making coffee and giving it the tests to customers to try. Also asked me a few more questions than usual to try and find a latte that would suit me. The atmosphere isn’t the best compared to others but the location and coffee are incomparable to a lot of cafes I have been to.“

A wonderful addition to our experience was the availability of reverse osmosis filtered water, the most delicious and PFA free version of water in my opinion. Also we sat outside and it was so cute!! “Omgoodness this is a wonderful 100% vegan restaurant. The brunch Sunday was amazing. A friend suggested this to us and we're so glad she did. We had the 2 tofu scramble tacos with a side salad and a cup of fruit. We shared it cause we were going to a friend's house and just needed something to tide us over. I'm glad we shared it cause it would have filled me up. Can't wait to be back in Chattanooga again.“

“The hotel is unique! Check-in is at the bar! Stayed here with girlfriends and enjoyed the delightful lobby with multiple seating areas designed in boho fashion. We were given a $10 token to be used for a specialty drink at the bar or their coffee shop (which wasn't open until the next morning). The "bartender/check-in gal" was most helpful and very friendly. Our room (for 3) was adequate although not very functional. Two queen beds sit back to back which looks "fun" but in reality was not very conducive for us. The decor is cool, pegs line one wall to hang clothes, bags, etc. since there is no closet or dresser. The room appears smaller than most with a narrow layout. There is no refrigerator in the room. Ice may be obtained at the bar as there are no ice machines available. An "ironing" room is located on each floor. I would find this extremely inconvenient if I had been a business traveler! The bathroom was lovely and very clean and modern. I particularly liked the walk-in shower. The hotel has one cart for customers to use to help with luggage. My one complaint is the lack of parking. We returned to the hotel at 9:00 pm and had trouble finding a space. We ended up parking in their auxiliary lot which was further from the hotel and very inconvenient. The hotel is close enough to walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Overall the stay was good, fun decor and pleasant staff!“

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I get the appeal of Starbucks as a café and as a place to hang out with friends and study for classes. I really like this one in particular for that purpose because it has plenty of space inside for customers to sit down and relax over coffee or one of their other offerings. This Starbucks location also offers a wide variety of breakfast options and pastries, though they're often in limited supply. Either way, if you're a student, you can come and visit and even use your meal plan to pay for your coffee! Definitely worth a try.“

Rob, Erin, Natalie, Haley, and the rest of the crew are always friendly. When they see my car pull up, they get my order ready. They are always engaging, asking me how my week is going. “Good Morning! Normally I just go through the drive through but today I decided to go inside to pickup my mobile order and I am so glad I did. Everyone should go inside every once in a while to see what is actually happening to make everything come out of that window. There were 7 employees that I could see, constantly moving and creating. They all worked like a well oiled machine and I never once saw one of them standing still while I waited for my order. During these times where places such as this are typically short staffed and exhausted I feel like this situation should be absolutely commended because they not only were they actively working, they were friendly and accurate and communicative with the customers and each other. “I had a great experience at this location. I was served by a wonderful individual and my food was out in no time! The food was delicious, I got the grilled cheese on sour dough and it was amazing!! My chai tea was also on point, I highly recommend stopping in if you’re up seeing rock city and want a refreshment or a quick bite before or after going in.

Parking: The parking is easy to find just drive past the location and on the right you will see signs that lead you to the parking which is slightly behind the location.“

“HIDDEN GEM!! I love this place so much! It was our first time here ever. How did I not know about this place?!
It is so sweet and charming with great locally roasted coffee (they get from an actively serving military member from Chattanooga - currently deployed). Yummy cookie dough by the slice with keto, vegan, and gluten free options. They also have ice cream and bottled drinks.

We got almond milk lattes and macchiatos, with sugar free syrup. They were very good.
The business is woman owned and everyone we met that works here is super nice.
They are all about community. I love the trinket treasure chest and community bookshelf. There are also local artist stickers and crochet animals for sale. We hung out on a comfy couch and enjoyed books from their shelf while munching our keto cookie dough.
Right across the street from the aquarium, it is conveniently located.
