“Cava has a great variety of items to select from. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. You can build your own bowl with fresh ingredients. However if you know what authentic falafel tastes like skip their falafel.“

“I do recommend Country Burrito. However…today I visited your Town Center location, and my experience wasn’t great. The food was fantastic, bathroom was very clean, atmosphere was nice, but it seems the hostess waited on us, and unfortunately she was not attentive to our table, kept forgetting us it seemed like. We didn’t even get a check back for a refill on our drinks until towards the end of the meal. Then, out of nowhere she straight up left work. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to flag down another waiter who was busy with what seemed like all the tables in there. I’m not sure they know, but staff shouldn’t leave work unless all of their tables are closed out. If our table was meant to be taken over by another server, we should have been told. There was no communication. I have never not tipped for service, but in this case there was literally no service. My only recommendation would be to have your front of house employees be more structured and responsible. Sadly, this also isn’t our first experience with something like this happening before, either. We may have to just get our food to go from now on. I’d hate to see the company fall under because of no service. Please do something about it.“

“We were pleased to find that the food, drinks, and service of Don Gallo's was as it used to be when it first opened in Hardin Valley. We'd had some rather disappointing drinks and meals on several occasions from 2019 to 2022, so we stopped eating there. Gave it another try for dinner and we were very pleased with everything. “Visited this location 17aug2025. There were only three people on staff but they were very professional, very fast and very organized. I was surprised the older lady with the burgundy hair. I didn't get her name but she was very very nice. The younger lady with the dark hair and the tall gentleman all were excellent. I commend them and I thank them for their professionalism“

“We ordered delivery, but somebody accidentally forgot my drink. The delivery driver (I think his name was Joshua) called to let me know he would bring it back, we tried to tell him he didn’t have to because it’s raining and late, but he said he was absolutely going to get it to me tonight. He not only brought my drink, but upgraded the size and left 2 coupons. It’s pouring rain, 9:30 at night, he really did NOT have to do that. I am so GRATEFUL. Thank you for going the extra mile!“

“Take your taste buds here. We did a late lunch here Thu taking advantage of the lunch menu. My lovely wife had lasagna and I had chicken parm both were very good. Of course the never ending salad and breadstix were delicious too. What was more delicious were the $6 take home stuffed manicotti dinners we had Fri night. Take advantage of this deal while it lasts. Our server Cindy was awesome, we lackred for nothing. One final observation, the lunch menu pricing doesn't give much of a break. $11.49 for each of our meals.“

“This is my favorite blaze pizza location! They sometimes get pretty backed up with orders, but it’s worth the wait here! The gluten free crust is great. They take allergies seriously. Today, after a long day at work, I ordered my pizza online to the wrong location, and they were able to make my pizza and transfer the order/payment from the other location. The service is incredible and I totally recommend it here“

However, I accidentally left my purse at the table and only realized it once we got home. When I called the restaurant, I was relieved to hear they had found my bag. “My wife and I went to restaurant to get a salad on the 29th of December. The Kaneisha was taking our order. I ordered the salad bar and an Arnold Palmer. My ask about the specials. Kaneisha said rudely something about a fish sandwich. But she ordered salad bar and water with lemon. We went to the salad bar. The salad bar was bad at least eight items was empty. We got to table and had to ask for silverware. After we got our drinks we had to ask for straws. My wife got her water but no lemons. I got a lemonade not an Arnold Palmer. We had to ask for the lemons. She brought the lemons rudely like we was broughting her. After we ate our salads she came back I ask what my drink was. She said it was an Arnold Palmer. I said it was more like a lemonade. She slapped the check down on the table and said "there is that" and stormed away. We paid the bill with cash.“

“Marcos is hands down my favorite pizza in Knoxville! The crust is perfectly crisp without being too hard, and everything always tastes fresh and delicious. The staff at the Ebenezer Rd location are always so sweet and friendly, which makes picking up my order a great experience every time.

I also really appreciate that their prices are reasonable, and they offer great discounts and freebies from time to time. My food is always ready on time, quick and easy to pick up, and piping hot when I get it. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great pizza and great service!“

“OK, so when I go there, the only thing that I order is the club sandwich but I make it a wrap without the lettuce and it is delicious extra pickles cause it’s free let us pray. FYI, I do not get sides or drink.
