The service is excellent from a friendly staff. I got a cheese pizza that was thin and crispy. Very good flavor with a good sauce. Coming from Chicago I dig a thin crust. We got an order of cheesy bread and it came with two cups of sauce. My kids are not big on hot stuff so we got it plain. It was pretty good. I also got an order of spicy meatballs. I know taste is subjective but these were little balls of hell. They were seriously hot! The scoop of jalapeños and juice they put in the bowl permeated the sauce. My head and eyelids broke out into a sweat eating them. Next time maybe just sauce for me. Now I'm not a big lemonade guy but the blood orange lemonade is the star of the show. Don't know what made me get it but glad I did. This stuff is phenomenal! A unique very refreshing flavor. I'll go back just for that. It was a good experience and the meal was good. I'll be going back to get a pizza my way without the kids. I would recommend a visit to Blaze. For the Maryville Alcoa area it's one of the better pizzas I've had. “My first interaction with Bojangles was when I called to ask about pricing. I was needing to order for a large event at our office and trying to keep it under budget. The lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and helpful in giving me pricing. She told me about your current specials. After work I drove to the Bojangles and spoke with an employee who took my order, made suggestions, and took payment. When I came in the following morning to pick up my order, it was ready and piping hot. I didn't have to wait at all. The manager asked someone to help me out to my car with my order and she happily walked me out. They even gave me a complimentary tea before I headed out the door. In this day in age, customer service is EXTREMELY lacking. I cannot tell you what a refreshing visit it was and there was not one person that was difficult to deal with. “Stopped in Saturday 9/21 for the never ending pasta bowls that was advertised, was disappointed as they advertise the never ending pasta bowls but then limit it to 3 serving including your original dish, and of course the other 2 are way smaller then the original plate, which is fine, but should be never ending as advertised not only limiting to 2 small bowls after the original plate as that's not never ending and is false advertised, doesn't even say anything on the card that shows the dishes that's on the list of never ending pasta bowls or on their advertisement. We got to table and had to ask for silverware. After we got our drinks we had to ask for straws. My wife got her water but no lemons. I got a lemonade not an Arnold Palmer. We had to ask for the lemons. She brought the lemons rudely like we was broughting her. After we ate our salads she came back I ask what my drink was. She said it was an Arnold Palmer. I said it was more like a lemonade. She slapped the check down on the table and said "there is that" and stormed away. We paid the bill with cash.“

“This is the CFA closest to our house so we were glad when it opened again. The double drive thru takes longer than ordering on the way there in the app and doing curbside pickup though so do that if you can. We were most disappointed they got rid of the playground! My kids are now 6 & 8 and it seems like many places are getting rid of their playgrounds. My kids loved climbing up those triangle shelf-like things and sliding down the slide at the old playground here. We will still come back if we just want food but if we want to do a play date with friends we will have time go to Turkey Creek or Bearden where there are playgrounds.
