“Great quality ingredients for both food and drink! Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I love the changing art on the walls too! You have to try the Goat sandwich. So delicious!“

“We came here on a whim on Thursday afternoon as the hot light was on and my daughter wanted to see the doughnuts being made. We were greeted by Paul who was extremely friendly and made the entire experience worth while! I would highly recommend this location to my family or friends who are looking for a nice family friendly place to pick up some doughnuts. Thank you Paul for being so welcoming to us and my daughter! We will definitely be back!“
“great drinks, great staff, great bar.“

“Love this place, the staff and their coffee! Unfortunately their wait times are often very long and only have one barista working both windows at the Lebanon location. Many times I (and others) have to leave the line as I can't wait 30min plus during my lunch break.“

“As if the White Chocolate Vanilla Frappe wasn't enough, the atmosphere is pretty awesome and actually reminds me of my days in Seattle. A plethora of choices await you from the drinks to the pastries and the entrees, which I'm looking forward to trying. To top it all off, Keith is about as mellow and nice a person as can be, which makes going there an even more pleasurable experience. Take the time to get out to Donelson and find this gem, you will NOT regret it.“

“First: I’m extremely picky about my lattes. I am sensitive to overcooked (burnt taste) beans and undercooked (sour taste) beans. I have gone here repeatedly for iced lattes and they have always provided the perfect texture and balance. They are by far (and I don’t say this lightly) providing the BEST espresso in Nashville. Second: What truly makes this cafe great is that it’s the only cafe in town that makes you feel like you’re wanted. All of these cafes built in the last 20 years are hard, cold and sterile. If you’re younger than 40, you probably don’t even remember that cafes used to be warm, social, inviting and a home for many people. New cafes are so uninviting and I feel it’s done on purpose to get you to leave so more customers come in. But the Daily Grind? It’s homey, has couches, the walls are filled with all sorts of crafty love and plants and there’s a poster on the front that lets you know this is a SAFE space for all. It’s reminiscent of the old days when you had warm social spaces where you could spend hours every day with friends playing games, drawing, talking and no one glued to their phones. I hope this cafe gets to expand and provide even more of this nostalgic homey feel and bring that needed community experience back to Nashville. Third: GREAT food and customer service on top of all of the above“

“We stopped by Tempo Nashville on Nolensville Pike for breakfast/brunch and left super impressed! The food was absolutely delicious — we tried the bean and cheese quesadillas, the steak and egg tacos, and a few bites of everything because it was that good.
If you’re low-carb or have dietary restrictions, they’re super flexible — you can skip the tortillas and still get a generous, satisfying portion. Love that kind of service!
🌱 One thing that really stood out to me was how eco-friendly the place is. The plates, cutlery, even the vibe — all very sustainable and conscious. Wooden silverware, biodegradable everything. Small touches, big impact. 👏
🍴 Now for the honest part: we do NOT recommend the chips and queso. Definitely skip that one. But everything else? Chef’s kiss.
I brought my two kids — 8 and 13 — and they both enjoyed their meals (and that’s saying something). It’s casual, friendly, and quick, but still feels cool and local. We’re giving the food five stars, but the atmosphere lands at a strong four — cute and clean, but a little basic inside. Still, the staff was kind, and we’ll 100% be back.
Whether you’re hunting for breakfast tacos, brunch near Nolensville Pike, or just want good food with an eco-conscious twist, Tempo is worth the stop. ✅“

“We’re visiting from out of state and we were looking for a place to grab a good coffee and some food and found this place on Google. It did not disappoint. It’s a cute little place and we all LOVED our food. The Bianca sandwich was delicious on the focaccia bread and it was huge! And the coffee was also well made. I also got one of the best vanilla matcha lattes to go. All the staff members were super friendly as well. So bummed this place isn’t close to home!“

“I went to 7Brew today and they gave me a drink with cream that was curdled. I came to my usual dutch bros just to buy a different drink, and they asked about my 7brew drink i was throwing away. They gave me a free drink and a cute little drink float for a pool! They were so kind and caring and now they have a customer for life!“
